First time I tried an animation and I ain't doing it again, not for me, literally took me a full year to finish 30 frames and for what? For a 1 second animation that is not even original work, it is traced from print screens of the anime because I can't draw. :'D

Anyway, have Myline exploring more about her father's clan, listening to Itachi telling her about its story while showing her the clan's former hideout/base.

The scene takes place days before his death on the same exact place.

I see that Myline survives. Did she had any reaction to losing any of the Akatsuki members? Or she didnt react at all?

Also if she were to meet Rinto as a fellow member, and get to know him, what would she think of him??

First of all I'd like to thank you for the ask, it really means a lot to me to see people showing some interest on my characters. ♥

And no worries! Your asks were actually very interesting and I am happy to answer them as best as I can!

Yes, Myline survives and is still alive in Boruto! While she can be seen as a stoic person, Myline actually feels a bit too much, she was just forced to oppress her emotions all her life. Despite being hard to approach, she actually had some very strong bonds within the Akatsuki organization, such as Konan, Nagato, Itachi, Deidara and Kisame. Itachi death destroyed her, she had lost her soul mate after all. Unfortunately for her, she had no time to rest and proccess his loss properly because she had to focus on her pregnancy as she was very close to give birth at the time, she tried to keep going as best as she could, for both of them and her child.

Since these two deaths happened pretty close to each other, she only finds out about Deidara's death when she gets back looking for Obito. She took it badly and got really mad as she felt that Deidara's death was totally unnecessary and could have been avoided if he wasn't so petty, she then remembered their fights and how she always used to tell him that his stubbornness and spiteful nature would be his demise and finally allowed herself to cry a bit.

Shortly after she loses Nagato, Kisame and then Konan, her bond with Nagato and Konan, especially the latter, was really strong, possibly as strong as Itachi's. Once again she felt like she was being punished for everything bad she had done in her life, she couldn't believe she had just lost her best friend Konan, her inspiration Nagato and the guy she loved to have deeper conversations with, aka Kisame, but little did she know that Konan had met her demise at Obito's hands. As always, she directed her growing hate towards the wrong person and village because she unfortunately does that a lot, she didn't do anything to aveng due to her current vulnerability state and she regrets it because her hate still consumes her sometimes.

Also, Obito, he pretty much raised her after Madara's death, so she had a bond with him, a toxic one because of how abusive he was to her, but still a bond. Their bond was very fragile at the time, as she had found out what truly happened to her best friend very recently. At the time of his death she was already trapped under the Infinite Tsukuyomi genjutsu, she didn't saw it happen but eventually felt some grief for him once everything ended, mostly because she still felt she owed him her life.

Overall we can see by her actions in Boruto that she has somehow developed some sort of a traumatic response to all these losses (example: Avoiding interacting with people, running away even though she was finally starting to be more welcome in Konoha, etc), she surely needed time to proccess everything, it was all too fast and during her most vulnerable moment (aka pregnancy and motherhood), because of that and the inability to mourn, everything accumulated, building anger, frustration and loneliness inside her.

As for her interaction with Rinto if they ever met, I feel like at first she wouldn't be very friendly, but that's not Rinto's fault at all, she just has too many layers to peel and it takes some time to get under them. It also depends on the situation, but Rinto has a big advantage with Myline: His relationship with Itachi and Kisame. I feel like his bond with them would help making their interactions easier as they would have a common ground for starters. Myline would certainly appreciate the fact that Rinto cares about them enough to get protective over them. Something that I am sure Myline would be amazed to see is Rinto's shapeshifting abilities!

According to the information you once gave me, Rinto seems to be a respectful person, or at least respectful towards his Akatsuki fellow members, which is something Myline really appreciates so I feel like they'd respect each other mutually and get along even if only casually, bonus points if Rinto is into deep conversations and books, then she'd probably love him and spend some time discussing interesting topics and perspectives. xD The good thing about Myline is that if Rinto manages to get under her layers, he will have a very loyal friend for the rest of his or her life (depending on who would die first of course eheh) as Myline is extremely loyal to the ones she cares about.

They are both driven by something in common though: Protecting the ones they care and love. Myline would certainly respect that.

ALSOOO, if I remember right, Rinto doesn't get along with Hidan either, right? Because I can already imagine Myline and Rinto reforcing each other stances about him during the Akatsuki reunions/meetings just to get on his nerves and then blame him when things escalate. LMAO

Was daydreaming about my characters and stopped to think about their size difference and I am quite shocked about Evelyn and Myline's size difference to their crushes/lovers so I decided to check how their size difference would look like and got the following:

I am mostly shocked about Evelyn and Reiner's size difference but at least she has pretty much the same height as Pieck, with just 1cm of difference. LMAO Also added Hange because I wanted to. eheh I believe that only Historia is shorter than her.

As for Myline I also decided to add her kid, Mybuza and apparently their height is the perfect match between both of their parents? LMAO

- Myline awakened her sharingan for the first time at the age of 13 and only gets the Mangekyō at 20, after finding Itachi’s already lifeless body. - She is rarely seen using her sharingan, we can count how many times she has used it with our fingers. - Obito presumed that she would never have a sharingan because of her eyes being red instead of black like it is usual for the inactive sharingan but her red eyes are a genetic characteristic from the Yabuza clan and it happens naturally, masking the color of the inactive sharingan. - The Yabuza Clan have their own kekkei genkai, the Kageyogan (Something like eyes of the shadow realm), with the power of teleporting trough shadows, this kekkei genkai along with Myline’s speed gives her an advantage that her opponents should always have in mind.

I pretty much only have oc x canon when it comes to my humanoid characters so I hope these count. :P

My favorite has to be the relationship between Myline and Itachi! Maybe it is because of how tragic, yet, so meaningful (at least for me) it is...it is different, it's not about kissing, hugging or intimate moments, it's about trust, tolerance, comprehension, support and mutual help.

I actually have a post about their dynamics here that I will go ahead and share because it was completely ignored back then. ^^'

I wish I could draw myself, but unfortunately I can't, so I don't really have any oc couple art I did myself. :( While I've never really focused on my characters relationships when it comes to writing (As in, I've never wrote anything that was fully romance or fluff), I am trying to write romance a bit more now but since english is not my first language I am guessing most of my followers will not be able to understand everything. :') (I'm portuguese)

I was tagged by @jayteacups to do this and this is such an interesting idea for a tag game! A warning though: English is not my first language, I'm trying my best to translate them and I am sorry for any bad spelling, feel free to correct me, I'm always open to improve my english.

Anyway, I am picking my Naruto OC, Yabuza Lee Myline, for this game, mostly because she is one of my best developed characters, I hope that's okay, considering that the person who tags me is more into the AOT fandom and all. :P

Myline and her relationships with the Akatsuki members

I've been procrastinating on this for weeks now but finally had the courage to do it.

I really wanted to talk about the kind of relationships that my Naruto OC, Myline, has with the rest of the Akatsuki members.

I will try my best to describe the dynamics but since english is not my first language I may not express everything properly.

Alright, let's start with Madara.

Uchiha Madara

Elderly Madara rescued Myline when she became an orphan, a victim of the genocide happening in her country (a fanmade independent country to the north-west of Amegakure that now belongs to the same country as Amegakure) at the time.

He knew about Danzo's plans and as a consequence, who Myline's father was (Uchiha Yashiro), he decided to shelter and take care of her as she could be helpful for his plans.

Myline didn't get to spend much time with him as he eventually passes away shortly after.

She managed to create a small bond with him and unlike Obito, she actually liked the old man.

Myline especially enjoyed when he would allow her to sit with him and start sharing some of his stories with her; we can say that Madara was one of the reasons why she got the liking for ninja history.

Madara was actually somewhat tolerant with her but not a father figure at all.

Madara was also the reason why she didn't end up alone and abandoned after his death, as he asked Obito to keep her alive, telling him everything he knew about Danzo's plans and Uchiha Yashiro before passing, making him believe that she would not only be helpful to them but also that he could sense something special in her.

Uchiha Obito

Their relationship is difficult and chaotic, Myline surely pays the price for being the only one who knows about his true identity.

After Madara's death, Obito took her under his wing, at first, maybe because of his young age, he didn't mind much, but as the time passed by, Obito started getting more and more pushy towards her, until it turned into mere abuse, especially psychological abuse.

Things got worse after he went under the Tobi pseudonym and everything that came with it (Akatsuki, etc.).

As his disciple, Myline was molded to be what he needed her to be, so basically his shadow.

Their problematic relationship escalated very quickly when Obito started getting impatient and losing his hope on Madara's words about her sharingan as Myline was already close to turn 14 and there were no signs that she had inherited it, no matter how much trauma she went through.

Obito acted on impulse and decided to go for his last resort: An attempt on her life.

After all, she would probably have no use for him if she hadn't inherited the sharingan, there was no reason to keep her around and risk his true identity being revealed; luckily for her, she finally awakened her sharingan that day.

Despite his attempt, Myline was still very loyal to him as she recognized his struggles and efforts to keep her alive when she was younger, in a way, she feels like she owes him her life.

Nagato and Konan

She met them before Obito introduced her to the rest of the Akatsuki.

It happened when she was rescued by Konan after getting into trouble around Amegakure.

As a gesture of appreciation, Myline grabbed Konan's coat before she could turn to walk away and shyly took a piece of a roosted potato she had saved to eat later from one of her pockets, stretching her little hand in her direction to share it with her, this made Konan remember her own past and for the first time, in the form of a kiss on the forehead and a beautiful angelic smile, Myline experienced an act of love.

Such act was the beginning of a change within her, a little light inside her heart started shining and from it she was able to keep herself warm, no matter how little the light was or how cold it could get, there was something to fight for now.

After being introduced by Obito, Myline started to spend most of her time with them, she loved listening to their stories and their different points of view.

They taught her a lot of things that Obito couldn't be bothered to teach, especially socially and culturally speaking.

She learned valuable information about life and what nuance was with them, Konan became her best friend while Nagato a big inspiration, after all, it was easy to manipulate a kid that was once a victim of genocide.

Despite the obvious manipulation, they were usually very sweet with her and she returned their kindness with her eternal loyalty.

The remaining piece of kindness inside her heart is kept alive because of them.

Fun fact about their relationship is that Myline used to be afraid of Pain when she was a kid, she couldn't understand the concept and Pain (and the other pains) freaked the hell out of her.

Uchiha Itachi

Itachi was Myline's sun and moon, they met when Itachi was introduced to the organization.

Obito's attempt to take Myline's life took place a few days later and Itachi happen to hear her distant cries, assuming she was in danger and running towards her cries.

He arrived just in time to save Myline from falling off a very high cliff. Shocked with his unexpected presence, Obito quickly reverted back to his alter ego, getting around the situation but the tension could be felt for a while before Obito left the place.

Itachi helped her by taking care of her wounds even though Myline kept trying to avoid him and his touch; exhausted she gave up and allowed him to finish the job.

As the time passed by, their relationship blooms into trust and respect for each other.

Upon her request, Itachi accepted to give her some extra training and she enjoyed the time they spent together doing so, as his ways were quite different from Obito's

As the time passed by, they started feeling a very special kind of affection towards each other but as avoidant as both of them were, it took years for them to approach their feelings for each other.

From that unusual kind of love, respect and trust, a baby was born just a few weeks after Itachi's death, yes, we are talking about Mybuza.

Kisame

She got along with Kisame quite well, while their relationship wasn't too close, they had a mutual respect for each other; it wasn't always like that, though.

Myline took some time to get under his shark skin, mostly because of their age gap, as they had different points of view back then and her attitude didn't help, at all. They eventually start getting along once Myline matures.

What she likes the most about him is that he is actually up for deep and long conversations, she really enjoys a good theoretical and/or philosophical talk.

Deidara

Being around the same age, Myline gets along with him reasonably.

She considers him a friend, even though she knows he would probably not think twice before sacrificing her as a last resort.

She finds his high self-esteem and silliness quite funny and loves to tease him, especially about his hair, which sometimes leads to small fights between them.

Despite he getting really annoyed after finding out she was half-Uchiha, they have had some funny moments, for example, when Deidara exploded several small clay bombs near a river in Kusagakure (Grass country) after she got under his nerves, spreading its water over a long enough radius to reach part of the nearest village, causing confusion amongst the villagers; to this day some of them still believe it was some kind of a miraculous rain.

Sasori

Myline used to be really afraid of Sasori when she was a teen and while that fear started to fade as she grew up, she never once disrespected him or tried to invade his space, even avoiding talking to him sometimes. The boundaries were always very clear to her.

Something about Sasori caused her a certain discomfort and awakened all of her survival instincts; maybe it was because she couldn't read his facial expressions or decode his intentions or mood.

She always made sure to never disappoint or make him wait when they had to interact.

Kakuzu

I'd say that they have a very neutral relationship.

Kakuzu has always been kinda of indifferent to her and both of them are calm, observant and reserved, making most of their interactions strictly professional.

She finds his hearts kinda of creepy and disgusting, but has always been very curious about them and his techniques; she is also finds his intelligence very impressive.

Myline has some trouble understanding and accepting his ideologies but keeps it to herself.

Hidan

By far the member she dislikes the most, Myline finds him unbearable in all aspects.

The combination of his excessive self-esteem, impulsiveness, fanaticism and disrespectful nature makes up to a personality that Myline can't really tolerate.

This makes things very hard for them during the organization meetings as they always end up arguing, destabilizing the environment around them.

Things get even worse when they are forced to meet in person, leading to actual physical confrontations that often need intervention.

Myline was pretty impressed when she heard about his fate at the hands of Shikamaru but felt slightly annoyed as she really wanted to be the one to finish him once Obito's plans were done.

Orochimaru

She was really young when Orochimaru joined the organization and was never allowed to interact with him in order to preserve her sharingan, which he was still unaware of.

She never knew much about him until much later, when he was no longer a member of the Akatsuki.

Myline admits that while she can't help but having some burning curiousity about his tests and the way he thinks, she finds these very inhumane and despises that part of his work.

Zetsu

He wasn't very fond of Madara's decision of rescuing her as he had other plans and looking after a child that would probably be useless for them wasn't one of them.

Myline used to love making fun of him back then, especially about his weird fixation with poop, barely did she know it was all a facade.

She grew up very suspicious and curious of him but could never find the answers to her questions until the reveal of his true identity, that's when she started to really despise Zetsu.

Not gonna lie, this is idea came straight from TikTok and I decided to bring it to my Tumblr as well because why not, right? Totally forgot to tell you all that Myline's birthday changed from 6, June to 6, January, I have no idea how the fuck I never realized that simple mistake. She is around 6 months younger than Itachi, how could she be born in June too? My mind lived a lie all these years because I never noticed it. :'D I hate December so I decided that a month wouldn't make difference. eheh I couldn't have her being a full year younger as that would mess up all the timeline I worked on so hard along the years, so yeah, changing her birthday was my best option!

Evelyn loves drinking more than she actually should, it is easy for her to get drunk. Considering where she is from and the fact that she is on the poor and oppressed side, I feel that the only kind of alchohol she probably has ever had access to is wine. She mostly drinks when she feels too anxious or stressed but she also loves to drink on her free time and celebrations with her friends. She is the dramatic and needy drunk type, she gets really clingly and will look for people to hug and cry on. LMAO

"🍒 (cherries) - Does your character have a best friend? How long have they known each other? What do they like most about each other? How did they meet?" for Myline

She considers Konan her best friend and they've known each other since Myline was a kid (I actually have an edit I did of her saving mini Myline eheh) but of course she only starts seeing her as a best friend years later. Myline really appreciates Konan's kind and compassionate soul and Konan appreciates Myline's unbreakable willpower to keep learning and working more. They met exactly on the moment I talked above, when Konan literally saves her life.

Considering the low empathy character that she is, you'll probably be surprised with this answer. eheh Luna actually values order and is a big fan of security, in fact, her goal is exactly about that matter; she is probably my most polite character as well. She fails to realize that the way she treats her Pokémon would probably get her in trouble (I am guessing the Pokémon world has laws about abusing them, or at least I hope xD) though, she has a dislike for Pokémon after seeing her grandmother getting brutally murdered by two, this leads her to not see Pokémon life as valuable as human's. She sees law enforcement as indispensable but is not totally satisfied with the current laws, she wants more laws to ensure the protection of civilians.

I pretty much only give a birthday to my humanoid characters, here is a list of their birthdays and zodiac sings:

Apparently I have a thing for 6's, 9's and Aries and I never noticed it. LMAO

To be quite fair, I tend to pick them by how good they sound or if they fit the world the character belongs to, for example, I tend to pick south african names for my original story that takes place there.

Then I have some names that I made out myself, such as Myline and Mybuza, I confess I've thought about changing Myline's name but that has been her name for so long that it kinda of got it's own meaning and value for me. The origin of the name Myline was basically me being obsessed with this character from Sakura Card Captor called Meiling Li when I was on my early teen years but at the time the only way I had of watching that anime was on national TV and the anime was dubbed so I just assumed that her name was spelled "Myline", years later the internet stopped being a luxury and I found out how to actually write that name but didn't change it because I also found out it was a chinese name and Myline is japanese. ^^' Crazy stuff, I know. xD
