sun x moon, light x dark, prep x goth? daisy is admired by everyone while sadie is feared by the entire school. sadie appears intimidating but is actually nice while daisy is a goody two shoes that can be frightening when she wants to be. they're both probably tired of the way others perceive them — daisy gets a buttload of expectations thrown at her while sadie, even if not really seen onscreen, probably doesn't like people constantly seeing her as weird all the time lol.

Adaisy is probably one of he only people who actually take their time to understand and get to know Sadie better instead of just assume things Abt her. Sean x daisy - they're so sweet and understand each other so we'll and parallel each other and they're both the sweetest people alive combined together they're an unstoppable force of cinnamon rolling. Daisy is usually the one that helps brighten up other people's lives but in this case it's Sean who finally helped daisy out. just by letting her talk out her problems and making her feel listened to and cared for. they comfort each other. blue daisies (daisies clothing+ Sean's hoodie) symbolize (apparently) deep understanding or sumth like that and it FITS. Hailey x Jake - character parallels? Nothing can go wring w that, honestly I find hem extremely cringe on screen at times and a bit too heterosexual but ig they have chemistry? Tjough I love to see them as friends too if not downright prefer it. They can kinda get annoying to me personally but k do like them.
