साबुदाना पापड़ आसानी से कैसे बनाये #sabudanapapad #papad #sabudana #khushikirasoi #hindi #recipe दोस्तों , कोई अच्छा मौका हो, या चाय पीनी हो तो ऐसे में साबूदाना पापड़ चाय की साथ दिए जाये तो चाय पीने का मज़ा दुगना हो जाता है, तो आइये जानते हैं की आसानी से साबूदाना पापड़ कैसे बनाये. सामग्री : 250 gram साबूदाना नमक विधि: साबुदाना को पानी में भिगो दे 3,4 घन्टे के लिऐ अब उसका पानी निकाल दे साबुदाना में नमक मिलाये अगर आप कलर डाल के बनाना चाहती हो तो कोई सा खाने वाला कलर डाल दे। plastic की छोटी छोटी प्लेट ले और उसमें तेल लगाये एक पतेली में पानी भर कर गरम करन रख दे इस्टील की छलनी ले जब पानी मे उबाल आ जाये तो छलनी को पतेली मे सेट कर दे अब प्लेट में थोडा थोडा साबुदाना डाले ज्यादा भरना नही है अब प्लेट को छलनी के ऊपर रखे एक बार में जितनी आये उतनी ही रखे उसको ढ़क दे गैस को मीडियम रखे 10 से15 मिनट लगेगे cellophane में हल्का सा तेल लगा ले जब बन जाये तॊ निकाल कर प्लेट को cellophane में पलट दे इसी तरह सारे पापड़ बना ले, और फिर सूखने के लिए दाल दें. नोट : यदि आप अपनी रेसिपी हमारी वेबसाइट में लगाना चाहते हैं तो हमें ��स ईमेल ID [email protected] पर फोटो और रेसिपी लिख कर भेजे रेसिपी आपके नाम से लगाई जाएगी.
