As it’s Angarki Sankashti Chaturthi I have made this special peanut jaggery laddos followed by sabudana khichdi. This laddos r full of flavors coming from roasted peanut, ghee, jaggery and aromatic cardamom. Highly nutritious easy to make can also be called as protein bar. My moms is here! And for that- I made waffles (one of her favorites). I remember she gave me a waffle maker for MY birthday about 5 years ago... now I know why... ha TO MAKE: - 1.5 cups of pancake mix - 3/4 cup water - 1 whole egg - 3 tbsp of avocado oil - 1 tbsp chia seeds - 1/4 cup dark chocolate Makes about 5-6. You can make them all in one sitting or save the batter for later. Serve with all sorts of fruit and granola. This one is from @ovenly - totally recommend!
