Why aren't there more long copy transit ads?
Do you create an ad in a train system with short copy for the majority of people walking by? Or do you go for long copy for the minority of people who are standing opposite it for a few minutes? Maybe do both across a campaign.
I think this is a smart choice that ties in with the rest of their campaign that's running now.
I once worked on a campaign of ads that were on the inside of subway train cars and buses in New York City. We convinced the client to do long copy inside the trains and buses and put short copy on posters in station hallways and on the sides of buses.
I had the privilege of seeing people reading them in the subway cars, including one man who moved down the car reading each one.

World's Best Holiday Ads, Part 3
Sure. This is a more traditional "Holiday magic" approach, but I still like it. (Though I don't think the girls needed to be elves or both be Caucasian.)
This started running a few days before Election Day in the U.S. so the red and blue have a bonus meaning.
With only one line on screen at the end and no reference to religion or Santa, Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile in the U.S.) can run this anywhere they do business.
