Okay I've split the Masterlist into Seasons. This means each one gets its own little sheet which will probably(?) be easier both for people using it and me updating the sheet. I'll be saving the original Big Tome sheet as a backup Just In Case.
New fun CW Masterpost update: File's too big for my laptop to handle. Gonna be splitting it into different sheets tonight.
#hotelpod cw masterlist updates#i'm So Normal about this podcast#plus it makes my brain happy to tick off a whole sheet vs. one epissode in an ocean#i'm working on season 4 and got like half the bonus episodes done#bonus and new crew will not have a black row of cells bc i have no idea when they end! :D#also s6 has her own sheet and it's blank and lovely

very important question (/half joking):
if grian lost his wedding ring when he lost his sweater to the watchers. did scar make him a new one? if so did grian know scar was making him a new one or did scar just surprise him with it one day
I have many questions this au has now taken over my brain
mwahahaha yes my evil plan to infect everyone with my silly fluffy au is working >:3c ask away my friend! >:D
and yeah! scar got him a new one when they reunited đ„ș grian was completely surprised by it too
the way Iâm picturing it in my mind is like:
- grian escapes and lands in mumboâs redstone world
- he uses mumboâs communicator to get in contact with scar and scar drops everything and nyooms to mumboâs
- grian and scar have the sweetest reunion, mumbo goes off world to give them some privacy. itâs during their first meeting that scar learns what happened and what grian lost (and his heart breaks a million times over)
- it takes scar a good bit of time to get done, but by the time grian joins them for s6, scar has a new ring for him. they meet at grianâs lil ship in a bottle where scar has grian kneel with him all over and slots the ring back on his finger (there are many tears and kisses involved)

Guts from Berserk as The Fallen Angel by Alexandre Cabanel, because back in the day when I painted the Alucard version I got a troll saying that "ohhh this is totally not something that has been done a thousand times before", which is actually not incorrect, so I promised him/her/them/it that I would reward his/her/their/its accurate, sarcastically flavoured opinion with a sea of paintings of every character I could think of as the fallen angel :D It took me quite a while to deliver but here it comes! x)

I admit that watching season 6 takes longer than season 5, that is, I literally only watched s6 e4 x'D
But I will still share my impressions because I am delighted. A little sad, but more excited
s6 e4 spoilers:
THE FACT THAT WE WERE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO FIND OUT HOW THE TARDIS WOULD SPEAK IF SHE HAD THE CAPABILITY TO TALK IS AMAZING
It's a shame that so many Time Lords fell for the trick of this living asteroid... Come to think of it, remembering what the Doctor said about... Corsair, I think? I didn't catch his name, was a good person.
And it turns out that the Time Lord's urgent signal for help was always answered by the same Time Lord with clearly positive value systems. Good ones in general
I liked the moment where the TARDIS disappeared right in front of the Doctor and he was just like "Okay, I really don't know what to do now... What an unusual feeling :D *slaps face* Pull yourself together!"
And the TARDIS, the TARDIS!!! I perceived her as alive before, from the very first season, from the Bad Wolf arc
But seeing her and the Doctor interact is amazing (the fact that she actually bit him when she had the chance... Or at least tried, damn, that's a masterpiece) And it's also such a nice reminder that the Doctor essentially stole the TARDIS... But he couldn't have done it if the TARDIS hadn't wanted to be stolen by him. Wonderful
And also, also, the fact that the TARDIS doesn't lose its independence, that they can communicate a little, even without the ability to speak, it's so awesome
I also love the fact that Rory and Amy are just like, "Can we make a bedroom without a bunk bed this time?"
And Doctor "What? But it's a bed with stairs! It's cool, a bunk bed, a bed with stairs... Oh, get out of here alreadyâ"

2, 3, 5, 10, 12, 16, 23, 24, 29!! :)
2. Are they a canon main character? (Lone Wander, Courier Six, etc.)
Vulture is a canon Fallout: New Vegas character, the Courier Six!
3. What is their SPECIAL?
Fun fact!
When I first created Vulture, I thought that I would play with him for a day or two max, so I haven't saved his starting SPECIAL. At all. So please don't hit me if I recalled them wrong lmao :'D
Start of the game: s6 p8 e3 c7 i3 a7 l8
Endgame + gear: s8 p9 e5 c7 i4 a8 l8
5. What is their highest skill? Lowest?
Highest skills: Speech, Lockpicking, Sneak, Survival
Lowest skills: Medicine, Energy Weapons and Barter
10. What language(s) do they speak?
Spanish and English!
12. Can they read, write, and/or do math?
He can read and write, but he cannot consume large amounts of information by reading, and it might be difficult for him to write if his joint pain is too strong.
His handwriting is messy, too. I try to write his speech bubbles with this angular, scratched font because of this!
His science skill is a bit wonky and it was his lowest until some point in the game (his INT was at a 3 at the start of the game). He religiuosly pestered Arcade and other Followers of the Apocalypse to teach him a bit of maths and other sciency stuff, so he's good now :)
16. What is their biggest regret
All of the Divide.
He regrets it almost every single day, seeing Marked ones in his dreams, wondering what his past self could've done different, wondering what he had even done, because he does not remember.
Worst of all, near the end of the Lonesome Road events, he's pressed to choose between three terrible choices, and he regrets the fact that he was to choose at all - he thinks, every day, that maybe he could've been faster, or stronger, or smarter, and maybe that would've been enough to unlock a more neutral option for him (it wouldn't have been). Maybe he could've prevented Ulysses from setting the bombs to go off (he couldn't have).
23. How do they feel about physical touch / affection?
Answered here! <3
24. Do they have a romantic partner or partners?
YES!!
His one and only endgame lover is Boone, though Vulture did have a brief casual romance with a man he met in Gamorra casino.
It was at the beginning of the game, though - he and Boone were just at the beginning of a tentative friendship at that time.
29. What is their moral alignment / karma?
Evil, then Neutral!
He's a thief and he lost most of his karma looting all of the Goodsprings + Primm + Novac lmao :"D
He also does not forgive nor forget some things that were done to him or his loved ones, and that affected him, too.

Saturday afternoon review. Another glorious episode. The intro of their fur child. Kojo-Chen-Bradford baha A pup we all know and love. Also that we hope to get to see in S6. This is a very solid Tim backstory ep Iâm excited. Iâll delve little more into the actual ep than normal. Just because itâs so tied into everything in this ep. Especially Timâs past. I always love delving into his past. As I always tell my friend D, When I get into Tim's past I go off a lot haha I can't help it I relate so much to him. So bear with me while I rant off about him in this one. He is a subject I am very passionate about. But letâs get this ep started.
2x14 Casualties
We start our episode with our fav canine. Destroyer of chew toys Mr. Kojo. He really is a beautiful dog. The dog lover in me adores him so much. Jackson is awoken by this sweet boy and honestly handles it better than expected haha Lucy clearly has gotten him for post DOD reasons. Smart on her end. I know my dog has helped me a ton emotionally. I totally understand why she did this.
I think Jackson is very aware of reasoning and doesnât push it. Look how cute this dog is I can not. Also how happy Lucy is to have him. Sheâs literally beaming and so adorable with him. Another reason I donât think Jackson says anything to Lucy. He isnât happy about it but wonât fight her on it either. Such a good friend putting her ahead of his discomfort about this. He knows how much she has been through so he's not going to tell her no...Oh the power Lucy Chen holds over the men her life ha
Lucy tells Tim about Kojo and he instantly thinks itâs a mistake. Discouraging her owning him. (Of course he does). Lucy is her sassy self and tells him she didnât remember asking him. LOL Tim tells her tough. Heâs there to teach her how to succeed. That adding a dog into the mix is only going to distract her. Lucy shows him a picture of Kojo. Says what if he is cute and snuggly?
You can see Tim also thinks heâs cute and snuggly when she shows him the pic haha but says thatâs not the point heâs trying to make. Can tell he loves Kojo but isnât going to give her that satisfaction right now. Lucy is too damn happy about her new pup to let Tim ruin it. He continues his interrogation and asks whoâs watching him while sheâs at work? Lucy replies she paid a neighbor let him out. Then asks if Jackson is ok with it? Lucy being clueless (which is a rarity for her as we all know) replies 'Why wouldnât he be?'
First off I always love when we get tall and smol shots. They make my soul so very happy. Their height difference always gets me in the feels in a way I can not describe. This whole scene cracks me up though. Both trying so hard to top the other with who's right. Itâs what they do and they do it so damn well.
Itâs so cute how Tim defends himself about dogs when Lucy says he doesn't like them. âWrong. I love dogs.â LOL He is definitely not wrong about the responsibility part. They are a lot especially for a rookie trying to survive her training. Lucy mocks him and says heâs about to go off on a âBut you were when you were my age?â rant. Tim then does just that haha Our marriage moment of the episode.
Telling her all heâs done at her age. How he already did 2 tours in Afghanistan and Iraq, Second in charge of his squad of ten soldiers. Lucy is not indulging him this time, scoffs loudly and calls him a show off haha You know he heard her but says âWhat was that?â Her face in those two last gifs. Be more married you two please.
They knock on the door of their call. Someone has reported a peeping Tom. They head back with the husband to their pool area. He says his wife likes to tan in the morning. A drone has been watching her the last few mornings. Tim says they can put out an alert but theyâre tricky to track down.
The wife comes in and and is instantly checking Tim out. I canât say I blame her. The man is sinfully delicious especially in uniform. She shamelessly flirty with him. He could not be cuter being embarrassed about it. That smile of his as his reaction. Heâs always so caught off guard when women hit on him. Lucyâs face during the whole thing is hilarious. Sheâs so awkward and uncomfortable as this goes down. His polite âmaâam â and shyness we rarely see in him. *fans self* Canât blame a girl for trying LMAO
Lucy gets a call from her apt about Kojo shortly after they return to the station. Tim says theyâre not going unless itâs a crime scene. It kinda is...One of her apt. Lucy opens the door and we see the destruction the poor boy has caused. Lucy clearly has no control over this sweet angel. He just jumps up on her when she arrives. Clearly so stressed being alone. He wants her attention. Kojo wonât get down until Tim shouts a firm command at him to sit and he doesâŠOh my...
Tim barking out orders like that shouldnât be so hot and yet here we are. I am a puddle. This man does things to me I can't properly put into words haha Also his sexy and confident âCome on.â afterwards. Lucy girl, itâs a miracle you get any work done around this man LOL Kojo you just met your dad and you have no idea. They go through the destruction that is her apt. Tim basically beaming with an âI told you so.â energy as they explore the wreckage.
He is so pleased with himself. They enter Jackson's room and it is trashed. He is at the height of his smugness at this point. He starts taking pics of her and the damage to Jackson's room. These two and their pics of one another I love it so much. Tim says âI donât have to say anything do I?â Poor Lucy.. âI rather you didnâtâŠâ Already feeling the massive guilt for Kojo destroying Jackson's room the most.
After they leave their fur baby, Lucy and Tim join in on a suspect Nolan is chasing. He was sharing a shady SRO with the man who was found killed earlier. He took off and they end up catching him in an ally. Itâs here we find out he and Tim have a history. The shock on Timâs face gets me. Thereâs so much going on in that look that we donât understand right now. Eric is conveying so much in just this small window.
We rejoin them at the station booking him. Tim looks like he's in a state of shock. Thought Mitch's life was going well post-service. Definitely wasn't expecting him to be living on the streets. Knowing he's not in a good place is bringing back all his guilt in waves. There is so much Tim is carrying in these interactions with Mitch. He asks what he's even being charged with? Lucy tells him resisting arrest to begin with. The DA will sort out the rest.
Mitch is all over Tim about whatâs going on. He tells him he canât violate the victims privacy. Mitch then pieces together his friend Joe is dead. Tim refuses to give him anymore info. Says detectives will be by shortly to talk to him. He looks so damn distraught walking away from the holding cell. Lucy points out the obvious tension between them. Tim lets her know exactly what their history is. Iâm so proud of him for not brushing her off or being angry with her for asking. Heâs just defeated and tells her why.
Like he wants to share this emotional burden with her instead of holding onto it solo. How far we've come. Truly. When just Isabel's name would set him off for most of their shift. Now he just tells her when she asks him. Telling Lucy things is a safe place for him at this point in their relationship. Itâs a beautiful thing to watch him not even fight that. To let her know with no pretense. Allowing her to know something from his military past is huge. Something he keeps quite guarded. Watching him feeling comfortable enough to share with her. My heart. I'm not crying. You are.
Tim watches Armstrong and Nolan interrogate Mitch. The emotions in his eyes as he does is killing me. You can feel his guilt through the screen. There seems to be more than just Mitch's guilt there to me. But we will touch on that later....Nolan lets him know Joe had his neck snapped. It seemed like a professional. Mitch tells them he didnât kill him. That Joe came to him about finding a lot of money. Pallets of cash in the millions. Found it in a building with a bunch of weaponry. Being guarded by heavy duty guys. Lots of machinery too.
Mitch says he and Joe were tight cause they were both vets. Thatâs why he shared the cash. But he begged him not to go back there for any more. Mitch says he feel guilty. Wishing he wouldâve gone with him, because Joe wouldâve gone with him. We go back to Tim and see more guilt flitting across his handsome face. The weight of what he is carrying is so evident. Kills me to watch it him bearing it alone. Harper comes in and tells them all that money is counterfeit. Really good but fake none the less. They figure out the machinery couldâve been printers from Mitch. Armstrong decides to get a search warrant and go to the building Joe found.
Naturally when they make it to the warehouse itâs empty. They ask Tim if he still believes his army buddies story? He says yes. That they mustâve cleared out of here after they killed Joe. Nolan finds some evidence. Itâs linking them back to a security guy who was âfixingâ a camera at their crime scene. They were about to run his face off his body cam when Grey calls them back to the station. Says they are to leave that area immediately.
Once theyâre back Grey says their search warrant sent an alarm all the way up the food chain. Telling them to stop. That the path theyâre on isnât allowed for their investigation any longer. Tim asks what if itâs the path that leads them to his killer? Grey looks conflicted. Harper asks what theyâre really into? He says he doesnât know and tried to push to find out. All he knows is itâs non-negotiable. They all look very frustrated especially Tim. Grey tells them to take the night to reset. Tim goes off saying this isn't right. Armstrong says no it's not but it's a direct order.
Harper looks at Tim and he knows what he needs to do. Earlier in the episode we learned about LA Clear. Used to prevent blue on blue situations. Itâs the best way for them to find out who is behind all this. What higher up agency is preventing them from investigating further. Only higher up officers can use it. i.e. Tim. They were told at the beginning of the ep the feds were in town for something. Sounds like this could be it. Harper asks what Tim thinks. He says this is clearly a federal operation and they donât have enough information to proceed.
Tim asks Lucy how they get more clarity on a federal operation? She proudly produces the right answer and says LA Clear. He tries to get them all to step outside while he calls. Lucy being her sassy self says not a chance. Her wifey look is so cute I can not. You know he loves it when sheâs fresh with him. Tim having to answer his personal security questions is too damn funny. Lucy is enjoying the hell out of this. His answers are so sporadic and funny. 'Lady Marmalade' and 'Xanadu' LOL He gets off the phone says theyâll get back to them within an hour.
Tim goes to see Mitch. Tells him heâs free to go. Naturally he wants more info on the case. Tim tells him they havenât found anything yet. The money is gone. Theyâre working late on it though. Lets him know he just needs to go home. Then realizes how insensitive that is. Mitch tells him just to find his killer. That he served his country with honor. He deserves as much. You know that's hitting Tim right in the gut.
The ever present guilt on his face with Mitch hurts to watch. Thereâs an undercurrent of something else going on with this whole thing for Tim. More than just what happened with Mitch coming to the surface. Itâs coloring everything heâs doing and saying in this episode since Mitch showed up. He gets the call from LA Clear and tells Mitch to take care of himself.
They find out itâs a defense intelligence agency OP. Harper says thatâs national security. Nolan asks if they told him anything else? Tim says just a contact name. Colonel Norman Jangus. Nolan asks what a National security agency is doing printing counterfeit money for? Harper chimes in and says this is bigger than they thought. That they should take the night like Grey said. Tim says an off the books op isnât great on a good day and today definitely isn't that.
Nolan gets a visitor. Itâs Colonel Jangus. Tells him he is DIA, but his team works in the shadows. Does things people donât want to admit to. John asks why he came to him? This is a great part and accurate. Says heâs the weak link. Lists why above. Heâs not wrong those three are certified bad asses and John is well John LOL sorry dude. I'm so mean to Nolan I know ha I do like him but he is the weak link out of the four of them.
Tells him you always push on the weak link. Wants him to relay something to the other three. That it was a mistake to call LA Clear, to leave it alone. Nolan tells him they just want Joeâs murderer thatâs it. He leaves with telling him every war has its casualties. That if they donât stop heâll end up being their next one.
Harper, Tim and Lucy show up lurking in the shadows. They were expecting him to show at Nolanâs. Do love them all in black street clothes. Looking ever bit the bad asses they were just explained as earlier. Tim was able to get a tracker on his car while Jangus rambled on. Tim says now they can follow him wherever he goes. Lucy is ready to go when Tim tries to stop her. (Why he think's he'll win this fight I do not know) No way in hell she was going to let him do this alone. Sheâs his partner through and through.
Harper telling them theyâre more likely to survive the storm if this goes wrong than her and Nolan. She has a golden ticket and Tim has unblemished record. Says they donât even need a reason to fire them as rookies. Lucy replies like the BAMF she is â Iâve been buried alive by a serial killer. This rabbit hole doesnât scare me.â God I love her. Her resolve is rock solid. Nolanâs reply pales in comparison tbh LOL That unshakeable drive is one of the reasons why Tim falls for her. He doesnât fight her any further. He's just hopes Jangus leads them to the money.
Now comes one of my favorite parts of the entire episode. Also another iconic OTP line stemming from it. They pull up together in Timâs truck (LOVE them riding together) Lucy wastes zero time asking about Mitchâs leg. Just like earlier he doesnât fight her on it. Doesnât shut her out like he used to. Not even a little. I can not emphasize enough how huge this is for him. The beautiful place he has gotten to with her. This is confession time right now for him. He'd been letting it build up all day. Now he was letting the damn loose with her. Makes me so happy to watch his growth. I never tire of watching her chip at his wall one section at a time. Itâs about to have another piece break off and shatter to the ground.
There is so much to love about this scene. I love her challenging him to open about this. Itâs been so obviously eating at him all day. I'm just like him where I need my anxiety off loaded by someone I trust or I'll self destruct. It's clear he needs it off his chest. Lucy knows this. Knows him and it's why it's the first thing she asks when they're parked. They have a moment alone. She is going to take advantage of that. Lucy reads Tim like a book and knows he needs to talk about it. I've said this a lot but I am a lot like Tim. The more I analyze him the more that fact becomes true. I get his mentality towards things.
Where you think everything is your responsibility or your fault when things go wrong. Because when you grow up in a volatile household like he did (As did I) it was. A mistake was the worst thing you could do. So it's beaten into you that its your fault and you're given no grace by those around you. It's almost like a reflexive shame you feel when you make a mistake. It's how it is for me. I know it is for him too. So why would you give yourself any grace even when its warranted? When you are like this you need that 'Lucy' to unburden you. To have that safe space to off load that burden. To let you know not everything is your fault.
Lucy is that person for Tim and has been for quite some time. He confesses his sin to her. Like itâs a dark part of his soul heâs expecting to repel her. News flash it does not. She loves every part of this man especially the damaged parts. What he finds as absolutely shameful Lucy sees as something redeeming and wonderful. You can see above how much he is beating himself up over it. Even as he speaks the words he's chiding himself. The way his eyes dart around and how can't face her. He'a so ashamed of himself for not being by the book. To him he slipped up and it cost Mitch his leg. That's unforgivable in his book. He's so hard on himself. I relate so much it makes me wanna cry for him. Because I know that moral pressure.
I love her little smile before she tells him 'It's the most Tim Bradford thing sheâs ever heard.' Because it really is. She just knows him so well. Lucy wants desperately for him to cut himself a break. To lower his high standards of himself just a bit. He won't but damn if she won't try to to change his POV on this. The reason she says that line is she KNOWS the depth of which he beats himself up for things. This is the type of situation where he is going to fault himself and flog himself mentally over it until someone stops him. i.e. Lucy.
I empathize with this on a deep level. I know that guilt driven anxiety you get when you feel youâve wronged someone. It consumes you and feels like that feeling is bottomless. Lucy is very aware he will destroy himself over this. The reaction on his face below when she tells him it wasn't his fault. That he showed humility. Gets me right in the gut. Telling him that itâs nothing to feel guilty about is everything to him. Tim can't believe she's absolving him for this. Not only doing that but commending him for what he did. By praising him for that humility he showed Mitch.
I want to delve into his reaction above a little more for a couple reasons. One. Once again what Tim sees as weakness Lucy views as a strength. Knowing he is wracked with guilt over this. Trying to give him absolution for it. His sunshine human is striving to let him know not EVERYTHING is his fault. As much as he would like to think so. Beautiful thing is Lucy being in his life has lightened that emotional load he carries. Whether he realizes it or not she's shouldering part of it now.
Two. I said earlier there was an undercurrent of something else coloring Timâs guilt in this episode. Something unspoken in the way he was carrying that guilt. Like it was more than just Mitch's guilt he was lugging around. I know heâs comparing what happened to Mitch to what happened with Lucy. By not being by the book he put Lucy in danger. The guilt about Mitch has also brought up the burden he still inflicts upon himself. Which is what happened to her in 2x11. There is some deep subtext in this scene. The way he looks at her when she says he doesnât need to feel guilty. It's very telling to me.
In a way she is absolving him of what happened with Caleb. Because the situations are similar, in the fact that Tim wasn't by the book and something bad came of it. Lucy does this without even knowing she is doing so. Because in her mind she never blamed him. Doesn't even know he's added that to his emotional load. For Tim her acceptance of what happened with Mitch is hitting close to home with him. It feels like she is also absolving him of his immense amount of guilt he still feels about Caleb. Itâs not something theyâve talked about yet. Itâs coming but I felt this scene was a good precursor to that. Lucy reminding him not everything is on him like he thinks it is.
Even though it seems to him he's been absolved of both things he still defaults to being a stickler. That is his default mode. He just can't help himself. Letting her know âRules matter boot. â You can see the glimmer of tears in his eyes when he says this. Still feeling unworthy of her kindness and understanding of what he thinks heâs done not only to Mitch but to her. Lucy once again having that sassy smile asking him âThen what the hell are you doing out here? Sweetly calling him out for being a living and breathing contradiction.
The way he looks at her and says âSome things matter more.â *heart clutch* Eric and his wonderfully expressive face. We are lucky to have him everyone. He is a blessing to have as our Tim Bradford. By saying this he is saying she matters more. That what they're currently doing matters more. Tim showing Lucy his moral compass for Mitch and Joe means more. Iâve said this before but I feel Lucy is never more attracted to Tim than when his moral compass is on fire.
Itâs a raging inferno in this episode to find Joeâs killer. That bending the rules a bit to do the right thing means more. to him. That doing the right thing and the easy thing are rarely the same. Her respect and honestly love for him grows for him in this scene. As his does for hers with the previous moment. It's a slow climb to the top with them but what a view it is when we get there. It's so worth the wait.
I friggin love this shot of them. Forever adore how in sync they are in the field. All dressed in their black ops gear. Sexy Af watching them be poetry in motion together. The aesthetic is very pleasing to the eye. Watching them doing an off the book ops together. It ticks a box for me I love. They decide they need to make sure those pallets are actually the money first. Once they do that they can get Joeâs killer during the arrest. Harper asks how theyâre gonna do this? Tim says no idea. LOL
Tim goes off to check it by himself. Heâs so tall and you can see that as he ducks under a semi to check the container. Sexy af how tall he is to me. I would say Iâm sorry but letâs not lie shall we? Ha Tim gets caught confirming the pallet has the money and sees the rest have been caught too .You can see the panic on his face when he sees Lucy has been caught. Jangus rants that he warned them and they didnât listen. Harper then signals Angela with her sniper rifle. Trained right on Norman.
Theyâre at a stalemate with this. Tim wants to negotiate a settlement. I love how Tim takes control of this whole situation. Sexy af. Saying all they want is Joeâs Killer. If they give him up they walk away. Norman considers this. Then asks about the money. Tim says 'Not our problem.' Lucy pipes up and Tim looks right at her and repeats himself. Now that sheâs in danger heâs not taking any more risks. That game is over. Heâs gonna break one more rule tonight to keep her safe. Letting the money go.
I love him so much. If bailing on the money keeps her safe and gets them their killer itâs a win win for him. The way he stares the Colonel down as he decides. *Oh my lord* Causing me repeated ovary explosion in this one. Protective Tim is one of my fav Tim flavors haha Heâs got me going more in this episode than normal. I would say Iâm sorry but Iâm very much not. LOL
It works and they give up one of their men as the killer. The plan worked for the most part...They didn't get everything they wanted but getting Joe's killer was the most important. It gets back to Grey and he does some rule breaking of his own. Just accepting their wild unrealistic story of how they found Joeâs killer just walking the docks. Says the paper work better be spotless on this. Harper smiles and says yes sir. This is an excellent episode all around.
Next morning Jackson wakes up and notices Kojo is gone. Lucy says sheâs really not ready for a dog yet. (Or his new owner heh) That he is gone. Lucy continues on to apologize for getting him without asking his input. That she was going to pay to replace all his things. How sorry she was about all his stuff. Jackson quickly breaks and is sweet and says he did like Kojo but hopes he went to a good home. Lucy smiles and says he did.
I want to talk a little bit about Tim taking Kojo. The amount this man cares about not only Lucy but animals is prominent in this moment. He knew how much this dog meant to Lucy therefore he was important to Tim. Also taking him so she could come visit him and have access whenever she wanted. The depth of caring this man shows for her in his actions are unreal. They legit became co-parents to this dog in this episode and we all loved it. They own a dog together long before they were together. Makes me so happy I can not.
We then get this GLORIOUS shot of Tim walking Kojo. Tim looking fine as hell walking his new fur baby. Basically a model walking down the street. That sweet smile on his face as he looks down at him. He loves this dog so much already. Tim meets up with Mitch and does something I know Lucy would be beaming over. He put in a good word to get him a live in guard job. Tells him itâs not a handout. That itâs a job and a roof over his head. Mitch thanks him and he hugs Tim. He looks like heâs gonna cry. My boy. Mitch can still see the lingering guilt in his eyes.
Tells Tim âItâs not your fault you know?â That what happened to him is nobodies fault. Tim is grateful for his words. Getting forgiveness for a weight heâs been carrying around for far too long. Such a good way to end the episode. Tim wipes a tear from his eye and looks down at Kojo. Tells him âNot a wordâ LOL I love this man so much and how much heâs grown. Makes me want to cry. Damn good episode holy moly.
As always thank you to everyone who like/comment/reblog. You all make my whole day with them. I enjoy doing these so much and you make it all worth while :)

you wanted more asks, so I'm here to deliver!
-favorite gallavich canon scenes?
-what are some favorite headcanons for them that you have? missing scenes, what ifs, etc.
-favorite characters besides gallavich?
-storyline you would have liked to seen/favorite storyline that the show did well?
-favorite fic tropes that make you just go fuckin feral?
-five things you think needed to be fixed/changed/improved about the show? gallavich related or just in general, dealer's choice
đđđ
rubbing my greasy paws together getting ready to type out an essay
ummmm uh okay lemme think.... the s1 juvie scene (CLASSIC!!!), all their scenes working at the kash n grab together, mickey finding ian and taking him home, club kiss, like all of South Side Rules pre-sammi fucking everything up, dock scene, literally all of their s7 scenes tbh, prison reunion scene, "I WANNA BE WITH YOU" "you dont get to be," mickey wasting his break getting noodles in the food court for ian instead of making ian get his own lunch, fiance shenanigans, "i only make toast for husbands with jobs," STEALING THE AMBULANCE AND MICKEY GETTING SO TURNED ON THEY IMMEDIATELY HAVE TO FUCK AND MICKEYS KNEES BUCKLES WHEN IAN PUSHES HIM AGAINST THE AMBULANCE, coworker husband shenanigans, "youre such a fucking barbarian" "thank youâșïž," being SOOOO cute at their anniversary party together. so honestly all of their scenes
i love all the deleted scenes i literally need the show editors to go to prison for what theyve done. i especially love the original scripts for the s5 deleted sex scene/ians dream and their s5 breakup. favorite headcanons are autistic!mickey, casual D/s dynamics, not-so-casual D/s dynamics, đłïžââ§ïžtrans gallavichđłïžââ§ïž, hobby artist!mickey, ian becoming the new vee of their neighborhood (ghetto nurse!ian), annoyingly clingy codependent!gallavich being gross in front of everyone, s6 canon divergence where mickey doesn't go to prison bc wtaf was that, s5 canon divergence with no breakup bc that literally made no sense
ummm i love liam hes the true golden child. mandy. uh ethel i would've LOVED to see more of, and the other milkovich siblings. sheila. karen was a REALLY complex character that never really got more than surface-level analysis from the show writers. debbie and her journey as a child obviously struggling with bpd. i do like carl turning his life around and kinda fulfilling many of the dreams ian had growing up. i kinda wish they did more with kev than just "haha kentucky appalachian guy is stupid" like that whole family reunion arc of his was so fucking weird and honestly embarrassing of the writers. also we..... never really learn about vee's family? theres a whole episode dedicated to meeting kevs stereotypical family, and vee gets.....becoming a believer in the american voting system??? and of course svetlana. missed opportunity after missed opportunity with her character - but hey at least they didnt kill her off like isidora wantedâïžâïžđ„Ž
really really wish the writers gave a fuck about showing ian coming to terms with his trauma of being groomed and abused. he never learns that what he experienced was abuse. i feel like if caleb can call mickey abusive, then surely ian wouldve mentioned something about literally any other relationship hes had and caleb or trevor wouldve been neen like "uhhh you should see a therapist about that thats really super fucked up that you were victimized like that as a CHILD"
ohhhh the fic tropes. my #1 is always bdsm i am a bdsm gallavich truther until i DIE!!!! um i like canon divergence fics (sometimes). domestic fics. post-s11 married life. learning to grow together as a couple after being off-and-on for like a decade, autistic!mickey!!!! trans!mickey and t4t gallavich!!!! aus where ian and mickey are actually dating starting s1-3 and are out to the gallagher/mandy. uncle!gallavich shenanigans. taking liam on adventures shenanigans
OK SO. FIRST AND FOREMOST I WOULD FIX THE FUCKED UP JUDICIAL SYSTEM IN SHAMELESS fionas/mickeys/ians court shit was so fucking unrealistic and BAD. how the FUCK did fiona get like 60 days in jail + house arrest for possession of a schedule ii drug and attempted manslaughter AND STILL KEPT CUSTODY OF THE KIDS.
literally what the FUCK did mickey get charged with. did he plea? what the fuck kind of plea is 16 years when the person you assaulted ALSO ASSAULTED YOU and is also a COMPLETELY unreliable witness/victim. youre telling me he wouldnt take his chances in court? as if debbie wouldnt be the perfect witness to prove his INNOCENCE? and bianca was dead and frank wouldnt even give half a fuck to testify to seeing mickey lock sammi in the trailer. literally no proof that ever happened. no proof he drugged sammi because it was FAR too late to test her blood and see how much of each drug she had in her system. just her testimony that she drank soda then fell asleep lmao. any defense lawyer would have an easy time getting him acquitted entirely, at most getting a refusal to comply with officers and disturbing the peace for running from sammi and then trying to kick her when the cops showed up to arrest them
literally what the fuck is ians trial. HE PLEADS NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF INSANITY (WHICH NO LAWYER WOULD EVER DO BECAUSE OFC HE WOULD BE FOUND GUILTY WHEN HE CHOSE TO STOP TAKING HIS MEDS) AND IS FOUND GUILTY. OF ARSON. A CLASS X FELONY IN ILLINOIS. IN THE COMMISSION OF ANOTHER FELONY (KIDNAPPING.) AND HE GETS LIKE 2 YEARS IN PRISON YOUVE GOTTA BE FUCKING KIDDING ME. he could have gotten LIFE for that shit in the real world. i hate this shows pisspoor attempt at a legal system SOOOOO BAD. i stand by my belief that it wouldve made much more sense if he pled guilty and got put in the Chicago-Read Mental Health Center for mentally ill offenders. like he literally thought he was the gay Messiah what do you mean hes in a regular prison. plus it would've been much more interesting to see mickey in this environment - IF everything up to s9 was kept canon. otherwise he would only be able to visit ian like in s5, unless he found a way to get himself committed ?? idk it just makes much more sense than ian in regular prison
the attendees of their wedding. who the hell were those people. people from ians club ing days?? trevors friends???? i mean maybe. i assume sandy just went to every gay bar and passed out flyers saying there was a big gay wedding. it would've made much more sense if mickeys siblings were there especially mandy but what the hell ever. it's not like iggy literally has multiple scenes where he's supportive of mickey being gay and dating ian. WHATEVER. IT'S NOT LIKE THE GAY JESUS FOLLOWERS SHOULDNT HAVE EVEN BEEN THERE AT ALL SINCE THEYRE SHOWN LITERALLY ABANDONING IAN AFTER HIS ARREST AND IT WOULDVE MADE MORE SENSE FOR THE MILKOVICH BROTHERS TO BE OUTSIDE TO KEEP TERRY OUT. FUCKING WHATEVER I GUESS!!!
throw away the shitty homophobic gay man writer and let those 2 bi ladies write s11 gallavich. they were the only ones who wrote decent storylines. fr that gay guy needed to be fired SO BAD i can't believe he wrote the dumbass "who's the wife/bottom/submissive of our relationship" 11x3 plot AND the 11x7 orgy. HE SUCKS SO BADDD??? get rid of that stupid shit. give me more of ian and mickey in the growing pains of their relationship looking for jobs and dealing with the death of terry and trying to find common ground of their plans for the future and mickey being stubborn and scared without being "accidentally" an egregious stereotype of autistic people. LET HIM STIM AND GO NONVERBAL AND LET IAN LEARN TO GIVE MICKEY HIS SPACE WHEN HE'S OVERWHELMED GOOD LORD

Although you may not believe it, in those changes of scenery there are a lot of clues, it is not finished yet, but you can take a look around to see what I have already written and draw your conclusions and theories :D.
Anyway, I have nothing more to say, I will continue to report everything I can, thank you very much for your support and likes.

RvB 20th rewatch: s6
And here it is- possibly my favorite season? At least it was the very first time I watched the show but my favorites for everything in this show have changed so much over the years itâs hard to say. Either way season 6 goes hard and I go feral.
Omega at blood gulch: silly goofy villain who wants to rule the universe // omega at Valhalla: straight up horror movie shit
KAKAINA MY BELOVED
âGood luck with your empty base and raging insanityâ heavily quoted line
Added to Sarges list of superpowers: he can turn into cardboard
I think itâs very funny that Sarge recommends Wash find Caboose but not Doc who arguably has way more experience with Omega
GAVIN
âHow sad would it be to not have a brother and lose a brother all in the same dayâ i once saw someone apply this quote to Church and Carolina and I am in agony.
Rip joahnness
The way Wash almost drops the ai reveal in casual conversation
Honestly Wash is kinda dumb for not realizing Church was the alpha the moment he heard the same name as the fucking Director
âWe donât! Thatâs part of our charm! Quit fucking it up!â Quoted line
CACKLING thereâs an error in the dvd version where one of Cabooseâs lines doesnât have audio so his head just silently bops and Church responds to nothing đ
âTHAT WAS FUCKING BULLSHITâ
âWHAT PART!? HOW BOUT THE PART WHERE I GOT THROWN EIGHTY FEET IN THE FUCKING AIR BY THE GODDAMN THROWING THING!!â
NOT MY FAULT SOMEONE PUT A WALL IN MY WAY
Ah yes the moment Washington became one of my favorite characters- shooting South. Listen I like my men a little unhinged
I mean Washâs logic is pretty sound tho- South had established a habit of betraying people so making sure she couldnât do that again wasnât a bad ideaâŠ
âI am completely and totally sane⊠now if youâll excuse me I need to go blow up this dead bodyâ heâs so sexy
GOD WASH IN THE BACKGROUND JUST DESTROYING SOUTHS BODY AKSHKAHSKDHKS CACKLING
âWow what a ringing endorsement *explosion* I am filled with confidenceâ another quoted line
CONTROL F U
RED TEAM!!!!!!!!
Simmons was gonna confess his love obviously
âI AM THE VOICE OF GODâ Church just like me fr
Wash is so sexy
FREELANCER POWER ACTIVATE
WASH SARGE VOICE MY BELOVED
âYou canât copy an aiâ Simmons single handedly smarter than every single freelancer
Wash is so done with everything⊠man doesnât know heâs gonna find his inner silly again
I cannot get over the silent âyou suckâ as Wash is looking for Epsilon- these are definitely Church fragments alright
âYou are the Alphaâ is possibly one of the greatest and most well executed plot twists I have ever seen. Even to this day, after 20 rewatches, I lose my mind every time. I feel actual chills every. Single. Time.
The first time I watched it will also always be one of the most memorable moments of my life. My jaw was on the floor. I literally had to stop the episode and go outside and scream and freak out for a whole 30 minutes.
I genuinely believe this was the exact moment that Red vs. Blue became my favorite show ever. Of all time.
Anyway Grif and Simmons are gay
Church truly drinking that denial juice. Just like me fr
BOO MOTHERFUCKER
TUCKER VOICE CAMEO
âWhatâs a matter daddy didnât love you enoughâ thing is for Carolina that was literally actually the case
Okay but if Church did have full access to his ai powers could he show them some porn?
Emp
What would have happened if the emp hadnât gone off⊠would the alpha have fully reformed sans his memories? G o d. I am in agony.
I hold onto one solace and thatâs that Alpha and Beta were together in the end. Chex my beloved. My new headcanon is that Alpha and Beta actually got a similar ending as Chex did in restoration- reunited, with time relative to them, maybe not perfect but together.
Church being the director was also a masterfully done twist. God itâs so fucking good. I love this show so fucking much.
S6 my beloved⊠it is always so good to watch this season I love it so much.

2023 fic year in review
Doing my 2023 fic year in review in February bc that's how things are going in 2024 so far.
Total number of fic: 5 (1 still in progress)
Total word count: 24,217
Fandoms written in: Lewis (3), Endeavour (1), Our Flag Means Death (1)
Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what youâd expected? Less. Though I didn't really have any specific expectations about quantity, just that I wanted to write things I enjoyed writing regardless of the reception, as opposed to past years when I was fixated on the idea of writing a certain amount of fic per month. 2023 felt much more relaxed writing-wise and I'm also about halfway through a super self-indulgent fic that is probably going to end up being around 20k and I'm very pleased with that.
Whatâs your own favorite story of the year? The Names of All the Winds (Lewis, James/Robbie, magical realism au, alternate meeting). The aforementioned fic that's half done. I am having so much fun reliving my own holiday on Lake Garda by sending slightly alternate universe Robbie and James there and also writing magical realism which I hadn't done in a while.
Did you take any writing risks this year? I wouldn't call it a risk exactly, but Patterns Unfamiliar (Lewis, James/Robbie, hurt/comfort) was a fun challenge. My writing is usually very visual and it was interesting to have to describe what was happening in the story when the POV character was in complete darkness.
Do you have any fanfic or profic goals for the new year? Finish TNoAtW, which I'm actively working on and hope to manage by the end of March.
And I've said this the last two years running, but I really do want to finish the sequel to Lead me wild to your dark roads my Lewis/Shetland xover (currently titled The last place we left off). I did do a fair amount of work on it before I entered the fic challenge that spawned TNoAtW, and wrote a good portion of the Shetland fic interlude that I've realized needs to go between the two stories. So both of those are next in line after TNoAtW.
Then there's the Blackbeard's Building & Renovation fic idea that was spawned in discord, in which Ed is a builder and Stede an interior decorator (each with their own crews) and they are both hired to work on the same house at the same time. Some kind of OFMD/Grand Designs-ish fusion. And, as ever, those three Lewis casefics that are mostly plotted and not anywhere close to completion.
Most popular story of the year? One thing at a time (Lewis, James/Robbie). It was spring, I had allergies, so I wrote a fic in which James had allergies. It seems to resonate with folks :D
Story of mine most under-appreciated by the universe, in my opinion: Nothing like poetry (Endeavour, post-s6 Ronnie Box angst). It has the least number of comments and kudos, but I don't actually think it's under-appreciated. Ronnie Box ruminating on the terrible mess his life is post-s6 is just very niche.
Most fun story to write: TNoAtW for all the reasons I mentioned above and adding my own photos to it. And it remains fun.
Most unintentionally telling story: I should probably make up another question to go here bc I never have a good answer for this, but The Most Remarkable Thing (OFMD, Ed/Stede, domestic fluff) was basically me putting my love of gardening and living a quiet life in the woods into fic form.
Biggest disappointment: I wouldn't say it was a disappointment, but I really did think I was going to finish the Lead me wild sequel in 2023. I think I'll finally finish it in 2024 though (this time for sure).
Biggest surprise: TNoAtW growing into what looks like it will be the third longest fic I've ever written.
Tagging people just for the fun of it (no pressure though): @bryndeavour, @thankyouforbeingsowrong, @vita-s-west, @mcgstarroar, @mr-iskender, @ronniebox

WAIT UR THE âdemitri and eli take a gay little road trip to find miguelâ GUY?? I LOVE THAT FIC OMG
YES HI I'm That Guy!!! That's my fic!!! Thank you for still noticing and reading it!!! <3 <3 <3
TBH it hasn't been getting a lot of comments or interaction lately, so I wasn't sure if people were still following it or really thinking about it much D: I definitely am going to continue and I have pretty solid plans up through about Chapter 13, but I got caught up in good old Adult Things (got a car part stolen and had to speedrun finding a job, and by some insane miracle I landed a good one???) and had to sorta get my life together for a while. I was also pretty bummed and discouraged that the Elimetri fandom kinda fizzed out after S5, and the hype that was there after S3 and S4 seems few and far between these days </3 And when someone DOES show up and get hyped about my boys, it always seems like they get bored after like 2 weeks and vanish into the ether again D: I feel like an immortal roaming the ruins of a once great and thriving civilization akjsalksufhdulrh
BUT ALL THAT TO SAY this is really encouraging <3 <3 Love that people are still invested, and now that my life has stabilized a bit, I may actually get Chapter 7 done ^^; The canon Mexico plotline was the most underwhelming thing I've ever seen in my entire life (and Season 5 as a whole and I just...did not really Vibe for a lot of reasons), and it's frustrating because like!!! Why would you introduce this grand epic quest for Miguel to find his dad and learn about his Dark Pastâąïž and then have it be over in 5 minutes and reveal nothing interesting whatsoever about Hector!!! Like if the point was to have Johnny prove he could be a good father figure to Miguel after all and to cause conflict between Miguel and Sam, then there were like...ways to do that without yeeting Miguel to another country with no ultimate character development or narrative payoff :/
And they really expect me to believe Miguel and Robby sat in petty stony silence the whole several-hour drive home and didn't even try to talk through ANY of their issues??? Didn't have ANY road trip bonding whatsoever??? WHAT A FUCKING WASTE. LAME.
ANYWAYS. I know a lot of people were against the Mexico subplot from the jump (mainly because of the potential problematic directions the show could go with it I think), but I might have been in the minority in being excited for it and thinking it had a lot of potential to see a world outside the Valley. Potential which it...did not fill at all. Like at least show us what sketch-ass shit Hector actually DOES!!! My god!!! Also not Robby being like "I wanna make things right with Miguel!!!" and then...clearly not doing that. Like considering their apartment brawl later was the first time Robby has shown onscreen remorse for what he did to Miguel, Robby didn't even apologize in the car ride on the way back??? Or speak a single word to Miguel about the whole, like...Paralysis Incident??? For all Miguel knows, Robby was tagging along just for kicks ajhdsukhfuyh
The whole thing is a mess tbh. I blame rushed production for S5. Deadass thank god for the writer's strike??? Maybe with more time for the writers to actually do their jobs, S6 will give its plotlines some room to breathe.
SO YES, long story short, I wanna do this plot thread some justice and also have my OTP be gay as shit the whole time <3 And give Miguel the epically dangerous adventure of self-discovery he deserves while ultimately still showing him he is very loved and does not need his shitty biological dad!!! God bless!!!
Thank you again for sliding into my inbox about this fic, I am always looking for motivation to keep going with it :D
(For anyone who doesn't know, the first 6 chapters of the fic in question are posted on my AO3, SummerPhlox!)

I was tagged by @according2thelore to complete a supernatural seasons tier list! thank you for the tag :D
my (subjective and depends on my mood) ranking:
I know others will disagree with me on this but I think season 3-5 are better than seasons 1-2 ^^;
I like shows with a strong plot arc to connect across the MotW format, and season 3-5 have major plot elements in a way that s1 just... doesn't? in general I think s1 is still figuring out its plot pacing, even if it has a special place in my heart. i generally only rewatch a handful of eps unless i'm doing a full rewatch so? season 2 is exceptional but i don't know, the show only hits as hard as it does for me in the more plot-connected episodes (except playthings. maybe playthings alone justifies it being in the s-tier. hmm...)
season 9, contentious and could probably knock down a tier depending on my mood because i have some beef with the retconning and other decisions made but. but sam got double-possessed. i am weak to that, okay? it was disturbing and sexy and the entire fucked up gaslighting plot was absolutely horrible in a very fun way that i ate up like candy.
s11 could maybe go up a tier for me because absolute married bros, but to be completely honest, i didn't like amara. like at all. that plot fell completely flat for me.
i don't think i need to explain s6, 7, 13, 14, or 15's placement here. jack is a redeeming factor, to my surprise, but overall at this point i'm just watching for the brother scenes and tuning out almost everything else.
it's complicated:
s12, fascinating concepts poorly executed. there's a secret better s12 laying underneath the actual s12 we got, if we scrape the surface off the existing s12 and just keep its bones. i live for the potential s12 had and all the incredible things it could have done and been if andrew dabb was more of a proper sicko.
s8? the first half, especially the first few eps, are completely unwatchable. the trials arc is incredible. it's complicated.

1. 2. 4. for the writing ask?
1. Do you know how you want the story to end when you start, or are you just tumbling through the figurative wilderness hoping to find a road?
100% the latter, I am so bad at endings, which is probably why I don't finish anything D:
With spin wick au, I'm wanting to hopefully actually get an ending for the main plot figured out by thinking without properly writing anything, so...who knows how this will work out. I am still in world building phase for that though :P
I am also thinking of trying to do a silly with Soulless Sam (who I am so normal about by the way. I UNDERSTAND him, I have thought so much about the sort of thought process he follows, it's so great <3) in which rather than a story with proper endings, I do a series of oneshots that portrays elements of how I think he thinks. I think. I have a teensy bit written on a google doc :) Must write more
2. Talk about a notable time a narrative or character has looked you dead in the eyes and said "frick your plan, here's what we're actually doing."
WELL. ABOUT EVERY FREAKING TIME.
Let's talk about Sam goes to Doom hell though, in which, you guessed it, Sam goes to the hell set in Doom! :D I did not have a proper plan for what was going to happen, (this question has actually made me realize that I can totally continue my planning for it and come up with a proper ending since I'm done with s5 and don't feel like extending it through s6), but I had a part in which Sam was killing these zombiemen demons, and then he (thinks he) noticed that, hey, that's a person he just killed. And then that led him to thinking about burying them or whatever else he could do, which then he put their body against a wall with their gun, which then I realized hey, Dean could use that weapon! So now Dean will go to Doom hell too, as part of his end of s2 demon deal :D I did not choose this
Only tangentially related, but I also have a google doc called "Insert Tangoesque Description for the Game! + also my fricking [cyber security competition I did] notes for some reason"
4. What is the plot bunny you've been carrying around for the longest? Do you ever wonder why you haven't written it yet and experience deep existential dread?
OKAY HM. Most of the stuff that haunts me is stuff I've written a teensy bit of, but I am going to say for this question that plot bunnies are stuff you haven't written at all because that gives a more interesting answer that I otherwise would have never given
Word for word the way I have it written down is "The thing in the satanic bible that said you should have your body mutilated if you defile something and it happens to Dave because he's a satanist" (because of course band people destroyed a bunch of furniture in their careers as band people)
I think about it sometimes. It's kind of a terrifying concept, even if it's not like...full on furniture throwing or whatever, because everybody's "hurt" nonliving things by virtue of accident or "they're not alive to feel pain". Hm. Some sort of metaphor for accidentally hurting people because you just didn't think is in here. Insane fic concept though, just randomly getting psychically tortured for sins against table.
I don't quite experience deep existential dread because there are too many fic concepts for that though, and I am too powerful for evil emotions (telling myself this is how I beat them up :D)

My media this week (16-22 Jun 2024)
fuck this heat dome for reals
đ STUFF I READ đ
đ„° The Settler (charlesdk) - Stucky Book Club pick - 52K, shrunkyclunks, Steve retires & buys a farm, Bucky's the local baker. I really enjoyed this fic - though it is unrealistic fantasy about both small towns and owning a farm so YMMV. As I said in book club, I didn't have any problems doing the hand-wavey "escapist unbelievable small town/farm fantasy of it all" bc Steve's feelings & character were more my (and the author's) focus than his occupation & location. You could really feel Steve's exhaustion and emotions, and I loved the way Sam & Natasha were shown-not-just-told as his family. But also I don't have any deep personal resonance with this setting, other than recognizing it's unrealistic.
đ„° The Marlow Murder Club (The Marlow Murder Club #1) (Robert Thorogood, author; Nicolette McKenzie, narrator) - really entertaining small British village cozy mystery with very enjoyable characters. Had such a blast reading it! The mystery puzzle wasn't difficult to guess but that's not why I read cozies, and it was satisfactory in its twists & turns & fair play.
đ„° Civilians, GDI (relenafanel) - I love it when an author writes an AU of their own fic! AU of The Steve Rogers Problem with SHIELD agent!Bucky & actor!Steve except this time it's a meet ugly and Bucky's a dumbass about his own feelings
đ The Theory Of Attraction (Delphine Dryden) - novella - good femsub D/s rec'd by the discord. Very satisfactory.
đ Four Lost Cities: A Secret History of the Urban Age (Annalee Newitz, author; Chloe Cannon, narrator) - nonfiction; "explores the rise and fall of four ancient abandoned cities, each the center of a sophisticated civilization: the Neolithic site of ĂatalhöyĂŒk in Central Turkey, the Roman vacation town of Pompeii on Italyâs southern coast, the medieval megacity of Angkor in Cambodia, and the indigenous metropolis Cahokia that stood beside the Mississippi River where East St. Louis is today." really interesting and well told (although tbh the narrator sounded a bit AI (but definitely wasn't))
đ The Pure and Simple Truth (lettered) - 65K, ostensibly drarry (but in the way that lacroix is ostensibly fruit flavored) - really about all the friendships & how people, the world, and redemption are all complicated - another discord server rec
đ„° Death Comes to Marlow (The Marlow Murder Club #2) (Robert Thorogood, author; Nicolette McKenzie, narrator) - enjoyed Judith & her 'gang' so much I went back for more ASAP!
đđ +127K of shorter fic so shout out to these I really loved đđ
Like herding cats (JehBeeEh) - Rachel Reid's Game Changers series: Troy/Harris, Ilya/Shane, 1.5K - short but very cute; perfect character voices - love a well done text fic like this
My Heart Comes Tumbling Down (DevilDoll) - TW: Sterek, 5K - reread, forever fave - peak oblivious Stiles who almost fucks everything up
All that I know is I don't know a thing (emjee (MerryHeart)) - TOG: Kaysanova, 10K - "In which Nicky's at seminary because he likes to argue, not because he's becoming a priest, and Joe has missed this essential fact and can't figure out why this future-priest-slash-bartender is flirting with him." SO GOOD!
Beltane (DevilDoll) - TW: Sterek, 8K - reread, forever fave - always-magical-Stiles AU
