I’m excited to share my latest creation, a cute bun with a side bang! I absolutely loved how it turned out and hope you all will too.

This hairstyle comes in 119 swatch colors in total; 24 from the EA Color Palette and 95 from my Candy Color Palette; and it has around 3k polygons in LOD 0.

I’m just finishing up the final touches and plan to release this hair tomorrow.

If there are any delays, the earliest it will be available is Sunday, the 5th.

Testing my Asticassia school uniforms - I think they're looking pretty good. Meshes need some minor tweaks and then I can finalize the textures.

The tops are a frankenmesh of 4 different meshes and I just need to mark some sharp edges/split seams and fix the weights on the right epaulette because I forgot that they were mirrored. Also need to fix the shadow map on Suletta's shorts and probably the alpha mask for her eyebrows - conflict with the hair shadow. Her hair is a minor edit of a @raccoonium hair :)

HAIR Nº172 / WIP PHOTOS

This is a mesh edit of a recent hairstyle added to Sims 4's base game through their delivery system.

As shown in the photos, I've slightly reduced the volume and made it longer. I enjoy creating accessories that complement the hair, but in this case, it turned out to be more challenging than expected—not because of my design choices, but due to the hair itself. However, I’m not one to give up on ideas I love. Usually, creating an ombre accessory isn’t too stressful, as there’s typically more space between UV parts, which helps prevent the recolor accessories from appearing where they’re not supposed to be. However, this hair has UV parts that are very close together, making it much more difficult to create this type of accessory. To solve this, I had to make small modifications to the hair's UV map. This wasn’t a huge change, but my initial goal was to avoid any changes at all so that the accessories would work perfectly with the unedited hair as well. The accessories are still usable with EA's original hair, but there are a few small spots where they don’t work perfectly. Fortunately, these are minimal and in less noticeable areas.

I’ll try to include photos of these spots on the original hair in the final post, along with a 360º GIF and thumbnails.

I've made two ombre accessories: the first version is higher than the second. You can use them together or separately—it’s up to you.

The release date will depend on finishing the last details and previews. As usual, it will be released once everything is done, which should only take a few days at most.

A reminder that it’s a wip, so a few things may change when finished. All the photos except the first one are straight from CAS, without any HQ mods or edits (except for text).
