Fic idea where Steve starts baking as a hobby and Eddie gets overwhelmingly jealous of Steve's sourdough starter because it keeps getting in the way of him and Steve hanging out.

Eddie wants Steve to come over and watch a movie? No, Steve has to feed his starter at a certain time so he's gotta head home,

maybe Steve even gives it a name like some people do and treats it like a pet. Maybe one time Steve brings the starter to a function as his plus one and Eddie is positively seething. Just a full fic of Eddie having beef with Steve's sourdough starter, convinced its alive and trying to stop Eddie from getting laid.

At least the bread always tastes great,though...

she'd left her van parked in a side street near by, instead opting to sleep at butcher's place tonight. it was still too hot even for her and she couldn't afford to leave the ac running on high all night long. she didn't particularly want anyone to find her, but it really wasn't like here was the first place anyone was going to come looking for her. if anyone came here at this hour they were looking for billy.

alice had been about to head off to bed, leaving her companion to drink and watch crap tv until he either fell asleep where he sat or made his way back to his room to sleep. she chuckled, shutting her laptop and setting it on his coffee table. still, when she walked past him she leaned down to press her lips to his. "you're an asshole," alice muttered as she pulled away, but she didn't really mean it. he was the one who remained consistent after she came back, and he was letting her crash at his place temporarily. "night. if you need more space in the bed or whatever just shove me."

Three hour naps was the most consecutive sleep Snow could get every since their baby boy was born, even though David tried to help as much as he could - oftentimes Neal just wanted his mother ( which... five minutes, he tells himself as he opens another beer, already four deep into a six pack. if she's not home in five minutes, i'll go to bed. naturally, five minutes turns into ten, and then twenty, and suddenly half an hour's gone by, the clock reading 11:36pm, and she still isn't home. and clayton's still alone in the living room, quietly stewing as another rerun of some sitcom he doesn't care about plays, sipping his last beer. he thinks about calling her — which is, of course, in violation of the rules, because they aren't allowed to bother each other while on a date — when he hears the soft click of the front door. heart races with the threat of confrontation as he tries his best to seem casual. normal. like he's always up and drinking at midnight on a workday. keeps his face forward when she enters the room, tone sounding calculatedly casual. "i was just about to call the cops," he mumbles, chuckle dry and without humor. "did you have fun?"

haley  was  waiting  for  nathan  outside  after  practice.  he'd  been  doing  really  well  and  she  wasn't  all  that  surprised  by  it,  of  course.  .  ❛❛you  played  really  well  today,  basketball  star.❜❜  haley  only  hoped  that  he  knew  he  had  her  support.  on  or  off  the  court.  basketball  star  or  not.  he  truly  was  the  star  of  the  team.  there  was  really  no  doubts  about  that  fact.

seeing  nathan  out  and  on  the  court  doing  what  he  did  best  was  fun  to  watch.  nathan  having  his  dreams  come  true  and  being  there  to  help  him  witness  it  was  also  fun  for  her.  ❛❛all  that  practicing  and  working  out  paid  off,  i  see.❜❜    haley  responded  with  a  smile  before  continuing  on  with  what  she  was  about  to  say  next.    ❛❛why  don't  we  go  get  some  coffee  or  something  to  eat?  i'm  sure  you've  had  to  have  worked  up  an  appetite  after  that game and you know. also just to celebrate your big win!❜❜
