Yeah, the lasted episode was a shit feast of reused clips, pointless transformation sequences (serious everyone’s?) and clueless Adrien...

BUT DID Y’ALL FORGET THAT NATHALIE CONFESSED HER FEELINGS FOR GABRIEL?!

She literally emitted to loving him and loving Adrien as a son. It’s so fucking depressing because she’ll stand on the guide lines getting sicker and sicker and eventually she’ll be the sacrifice for Emilie to come back. A women he loves for THE women he loves... my heart hurts. 😭

Trollhunters Season 3 spoilers: Watching all the members of the town band together in the time of the eternal night makes me so happy. Steve & Eli, all the teachers, Glug and the Wampas, plus Strickler and Nomura kicking ass and taking names and saving lives, the weird emo kid that has no explanation, Mary and Darcy.. like fr I love this show. Splatoon 3 Theory Post: DLC Villain

[WARNING: THIS POST WILL CONTAIN MAJOR SPLATOON 3 STORY MODE SPOILERS AS WELL AS MINOR IN-GAME SPOILERS! VIEW AT YOUR OWN RISK!!]

So who exactly may be the villain of the Large Scale DLC?

PREFACE: I do not claim ownership of this theory, this actually has been discussed in a few places around the internet, BUT I'd love to do a deep dive on it, so here we go!

(If you're already aware of this theory, that's fine! This one is for the folks who may not know yet!)

The villain for the DLC...

Li'l Judd

Main Points:

-Li'l Judd is not anywhere to be seen in the plaza, the lobby, or anywhere else. You can find Judd in the Lobby just napping away! In Splatoon 2, Li'l Judd was always around him, but he is noticeably missing...

[STORY SPOILERS START HERE]

-Now we find out in Splatoon 3 that Mr. Grizz is the villain and you basically have to go up into space and defeat him! If you're reading this post, I assume you know this by now! If you read the After Alterna logs, it describes his entire history, that basically his goal is to bring Mammals back to the earth through all the power eggs/golden eggs he got! BLA BLA BLA ANYWAY:

-Something interesting to note...Is that after you defeat Mr. Grizz in Story Mode, something changes in the game

He suddenly gains a headset

This isn't on his model until AFTER you beat the story mode. Also interesting to note that the Grizz Statue in Salmon Run changes too!

The Salmon is now eating the bear! This could just be a fun callback to his defeat, BUT I AM CURIOUS...

NOW, NOT ONLY -THAT-...BUT WE LOOK TO NONE OTHER THAN TABLETURF BATTLE

-Li'l Judd is a competitor in this game! You can battle him as you level up and unlock new opponents. He's not even the last one, just kinda squeezed in after Judd! HOWEVER...HIS DECK...

IS LARGELY -SALMON RUN BASED-. That's his card sleeve up there! Not only that but he has several cards OF Salmonids in his actual playing deck. Why is he so connected to Salmon Run all of the sudden?

Now if we remember, one of his canon lore tidbits is: He wants to take over Judd's spot basically!

HE IS AN ANGRY LITTLE KITTY

WITH SOME VERY CONCERNING DIALOGUE...

He knew "the moment from his birth" he was just a clone of Judd! With that, he is probably aware of what happened with the humans, and maybe what happened with Grizz?

Another thing to remember is, Judd canonly has psychic powers that can transmit thoughts to everyone on a wide scale (which is how he speaks with the player, and brings the results of battles!)

Wouldn't that mean Li'l Judd also has that power as a clone?

Are the Salmon Run messages still pre-recorded? Or is Li'l Judd also all-seeing, and is just commentating as "Mr. Grizz" now that Grizz is actually gone? THIS IS PROBS A STRETCH, but cats do stereotypically love to eat fish as much as bears do!

ALSO THE FINAL REACH I HAVE:

In the FinalFest art, he is suspiciously close to Mr. Grizz, on Team Chaos, and is Trying To Eat DJ Octavio who seems to not care /bricked

I feel like it can't just be a coincidence that he JUST so happened to get a communication device after Mr. Grizz is gone. Why didn't he start the game with it?

SO, THAT'S MY INCREDIBLY LONG WINDED RAMBLE! I'd love to hear people's thoughts if they have anything to add or any theories based off of this! Even if none of it turns out to be true, it's a lot of fun to speculate!
