[KAIENTAI DOJO News] K-DOJO announced that they will be running a singles tournament on September 1st to crown a new champion for the currently vacant CHAMPION OF STRONGEST-K title. 16 competitors will be vying to be crowned the new champion in a single elimination style tournament that will take place in a single day on September 1st. The tournament will be known as the Kaioh Tournament or World King Tournament in English. The event will take place during two separate shows though as the first rounds will take place at 13:00 and then the second half and final match starting at 17:00. The first round matches were determined via lottery on August 17th. Tournament rules: ~ The first and second round matches will have a 10 minute time limit, with a 5 minute overtime if a draw occurs during the first set time. If a pinfall cannot be determined in the overtime, a 1 count rule will be used to settle the match. ~ The semi-finals and final match will be conducted without a time limit. ~ The winner of the tournament will be crowned the new CHAMPION OF STRONGEST-K, as the title is currently vacant.
