Finally got to watch Ryoma! Rebirth: The Prince of Tennis movie, and all I can say is wow, Ryoma was legit about to propose to Sakuno wasn’t he?
#ryosaku#echizen ryoma#ryuzaki sakuno#pot#prince of tennis#I mean I don’t blame him#the mood was perfect#they were in a church even#and most importantly sakuno looked gorgeous#I do not blame him at all#ryosaku is one of those sweet slow burn ships#from childhood#so there’s no rush#but you’re assured they’re still together as adults#like I honestly love it so much#and also so much vindication#this time it’s ryoma who’s flustered because of sakuno while sakuno’s the oblivious one this time around#and it’s nice to see progress in that there are more instances where he gets flustered because of het#*because of her#since he’s always been protective and gentle with her#in a teasing sort of way#and surprise surprise another ship that reminds me of hitsuhina#ships

I feel so much emotions with ryosaku. They're both introverts, and their way of expressing their care for eachother is through the little moments. It felt realistic, you know? Ryoma expresses it through action. Sakuno expresses her care for ryoma with words. Its these types of relationship that felt to inspiring. And AS a comic creator, ryosaku will always be my #1 pairing for inspiration.
Many people tend to misunderstand their relationship, saying it's "forced." It's not. You have to look at the details to really see the moments. Introvert relationship moments is something that people have to analyze
