I have discussed once in here how much I like this line “nothing will happen to you” from Alex and now that we have the bonfire deleted scene and to see that the line actually came from Henry’s own story and it was just Alex throwing it back at him, make me love it even more! (Imho It was kinda cruel of Alex to weaponized this vulnerable story that Henry shared with him and it was harsh but as I said in my previous post, it was indeed Alex’s last resort and made the scene in the palace even more heartbreaking and daunting)

Matthew once said that he only have 2 hours and he need to utilize every minute of it and nothing get to waste to tell Alex and Henry’s story and he really meant it.

Also, I recently realized that while a lot of deleted scenes are straight-up cut which are for the most part the ones we often mention, there are also scenes that are technically deleted, but replaced in reshoots, so I'm adding those to the list too

hi, hello, it's me again - i just want to say the blooper which taylor blows raspberries onto nick's neck could easily and effortlessly be placed in the movie. follow me:

alex and henry have just had a beautiful and romantic and meaningful night, they are in paris. it's the morning afer, alex has to go back home but henry is staying. time to say godbye to your lover, sweetheart. they kiss, alex pushes henry into the bed, teasing him; they are melting into one another again; but it's fun to tease henry so alex blows raspberries, tickling him. henry shoves him and says "go back to america", he is frustrated. they laugh. they kiss tenderly again. they really say goodbye this time. alex is in the airplane heading home, he is falling in love.

Omg prime just released the bonfire deleted scene with Henry telling a story of a prince and a peasant boy, basically about himself and alex.

Now we have contexts of what they’re talking about where Alex looked at Henry in this scene like he’s hanging the moon 😭 my jaws on the floor they still want to release all the deleted scenes for us!

next we have to fight for the breakfast scene helpp!!!!!!

I was finishing my listen to the RWRB Audiobook as I was also finishing up my Alex sketch and I thought of something from the movie

I think…there’s an alternate election-winning scene?

Firstly in the election winning speech scene in the movie, Henry/Nick's hair is his wig, not his own, therefore this scene was done in reshoot

Secondly there’s these photos from Alex’s Instagram with him and Ellen, and the captions made it out to look like this was from Ellen’s previous victory, but if you zoom in, you can see that Alex is wearing Henry’s ring

Then there’s the video introducing Alex in the opening, that has the same brick wall background as the above photos, but he has a yellow tie on (can’t tell if those are yellow roses, but it’s definitely not the same one as Henry wore from the previous scene where they were waiting for the election results)

And initially I thought it might be a scene deleted that was part of the campaign after Kensington or something since Ellen’s also wearing something different

But then there was this behind the scene photo where Henry/Nick’s in the same location, which he shouldn’t have been until they were outted, and it’s his natural hair so it was shot in principal photography

BUT then the previous scene with them waiting for election results, Nick has his natural hair! So that part wasn’t re-shoot

So… potentially another deleted scene/alternative scene?

Prime, Matthew, if you don’t release something new, we ARE going to scrouge through every single fucking detail and find out all your secrets

"This had better not be something about your air miles," said the prince. The peasant boy's eyelashes were more beautiful than any he had ever seen, and his heart was beginning to clang against the armor.

"What's wrong with my air miles?" asked the peasant boy, who was easily distracted.
