I've written Rui before!

You were knew to the family.

Rui was brought with to adopt a sibling when his parents took him, and he found you.

You were so sweet to him, which was weird for him, normally other kids weren't that nice to him.

He calls you his big sister, since you're older.

You come to the outside of the house the family resides in, finding Rui crouching on the edge of the porch.

You sit down next to him, smiling softly.

"How are you doing, Rui?"

You smile at him.

He looks up at you, smiling ever so slightly.

"Fine, I suppose."

He looks down again, before sort of reluctantly leaning on you.

"Do that hair thing again...with your hands..."

You laugh softly, lifting your hand to pat his head.

He closes his eyes, you swear he started purring like a cat.

The two of you sit in silence for a little while, watching the moonlight.

You thought he looked cute, his spikey black hair framing his face.

"Whatcha want for dinner, Ru?"

"Mm...Dango..."

You chuckle.

"That's for desert, silly."

He pouts, thinking of another answer.

"Um...Udon? Or okonomiyaki?"

"Maybe udon, okonomiyaki might be hard to find at night."

The both of you stand, going inside. You head to the little kitchen area, heating a pot of water over a fire.

Your mother comes in the room.

"My my, making dinner tonight, little chef?" Your new mother jokes, proud you started a meal on your own.

"I'm making udon!"

"Ooh! Sounds good, Y/n!"

Your father follows your mother, both smiling at you.

You go to sit on a pillow against the wall, Rui soon joining you.

He enjoys your company, finally not being an only child.

He had someone to protect him now.

rui's death really be hitting differently (demon slayer), so can I request Rui finding a motherly demon? like she encounters him and treats him like he's her kid.

- Rui has finally found one of those family members he has always wanted. Someone who cares about him and will fight to protect him however she can like a true mother would. His past has resulted in him being fixated on this concept of family, so finding a motherly demon that will be that ideal for him means quite a lot to Rui.

- Rui will be rather obvious in his favoritism towards his motherly companion. Because she acts the way he desperately wants her to, he will favor his motherly compatriot far more than the other members of his makeshift family. He won't tolerate the others trying to hurt his adored 'mother' and will become violent towards them if they try to harm her or push her away.

- Rui makes it clear his 'father' must protect her no matter what and he is thrilled when the two get along as if they were married. He is less pleased with his 'siblings' as he wants all of his family members to love him and treat him the way his 'mother' does. Due to already having his 'mother' he is more lenient with his 'father' and doesn't hold his 'father' to the same standard seeing as he believes a father would be loving but distant.

- Rui will ask if he can sleep next to his mother during the day and will latch on to her side as he sleeps. That comfort of being held and cared for does wonders to make Rui feel loved and protected. He will be sorrowful and despondent should anything happen to his beloved 'mother'.

Yo sup! I love your blog soooooo much!!! Your writing style is great in my opinion ^^. I'd like a yandere! Rui (platonic) with sister reader. She actually puts effort into making "family bonds" and while she is nice to the other "family" members, she never questions Rui's methods and actions and genuinely loves him despite the behaviours he displays. He is really overprotective over her and he likes her attention. I'd love a scenario like that

Rui, on the inside, is a lonely miserable child that is so desperate to feel nearest and dearest love for once in his new life that he does truly cruel and twisted means to get what carves so badly

Rui finds weak, pathetic demons and transfers his strength to them so they become infused by blood, cementing them as his family for good. He has done this too many to count… but most go against him and end up fried

Rui figured you’d be the same. Another sister who dares to try run away from him and will become his next toasted spider but no. You’re nothing like the ones who came before you and he is very shocked at first

Rui, needing to know if this behaviour is genuine, begins to keep a close eye on you and is very pleased everytime with the answers. You’re sweet and considerate to the other family members he brings home, you never argue with his methods nor measures and you even ask him how he is

Rui suspected you’d be angry at him for his drastic punishments to your siblings and parents, but no. You never once go against him, you just smile and proclaim you understand if he must hurt you. But in that moment, he won’t lay a single thread on you, he gently pats your head and orders you return to your room

Rui becomes favouritistic towards you, to the point it becomes obvious to everybody in the house. You’re a real sister and he needs to keep you as his, at all causes. No demon slayer can take you away from him and no demon can try trick you into abandoning him, he grows a intense sense of overprotectiveness over you, his one true sibling

Rui never really gets the love he wants with this makeshift family he has forcibly created. You’re the rare diamond of the pebble pile, you give him love and affection with no fear nor opposing intent. He is very tense and tries to push back but once he realises you’re just kissing away the blood on his cheek, he lets you. His obsession over you growing in the process

His obsession over keeping you as his sister at all means. Must he kill all those other failures? None of them please him at all and none has true worth to him, Rui is tempted to just kill them all and keep you. Sure, two siblings aren’t necessarily a family but the risk of losing you, who actually loves him, over a family who doesn’t love him. He is going to pick you everytime

Rui eventually moves you out of the attic you were in with your surrogate siblings. You don’t deserve to be around those pieces of filth and he ends up giving you the room, right next to his. So he can come to you very easily and demand your affection without needing anybody else around

He wants you nearby 24/7, his one and only beloved. He wants you close so he knows you’re still here and you haven’t been twisted by anything else that can twist your views

Rui is very desperate for attention so he wants it from you all the time. He’ll just sit down before you as you read/other and wait for you to acknowledge him. He doesn’t get hissy nor attack like he usually would if you take a little while, since he knows you’ll apologise and give him hugs or kisses as extra sorries

Rui will never let you out of the house nor out of the forest. You can go outside when he is with you, just to make sure no slayer can hurt you nor a demon can intervene. It’s all from his anxiety that makes him step in and take those extra precautions to keep you with him

At all causes, he doesn’t care how big the bill is he must pay to have you

Rui holds your hand as often as he possibly can, loving the feel of your warmth. He summons you to stand besides him as he deals out punishment, he sends you to the safety of the household when he finds threats he must dispose off. He is loving, he is favouritistic, he is possessive, he is overprotective; he is all of the above and so much more

A genius is someone considered as highly intelligent. The image of a dignified and well-mannered is what pops into their head every time the word "genius" is brought up. Never the unkept, anxious, outcast.

Which is why the sight of his student alone on the rooftop caught him off guard.

He looks so lonely.

Without thinking much of it, Ratio approaches him. "Not with your friends?" The teen flinched in surprise at the sudden interruption. He thought he was alone, but it seems like he's wrong. "No.." He replied in a low tone.

A beat of silence passes before Ratio lets out a sigh, crossing his arms. "Did they ostracize you again?"

Ostracize.. such a harsh word to describe it..

But it's the truth.

"[Name]..." The doctor began slowly, trying to find the right words to say it. "Whatever those idiots were saying they're not true.."

Ratio had seen how the boy acted, he is.. eccentric, so to speak. His ideas are simply out of this world. They're what a madman would think. And yet, the sparkle in his eyes says otherwise. His student seemed genuinely happy to share his ideas and inventions. But of course it was only met by cruel words, the boy's thoughts and ideas are considered too much, one of a madman.

Who in their right mind would think of such a thing? Well apparently him.

His ideas may sound wrong or mad. But the outcome of such a thought process results in many miracles. And Ratio had seen how much his "crazy ideas" could benefit people in the long run.

we all know how much rui strives for any family figures to be apart of his life, so you can imagine how much he would cling to you. He doesn’t like straying far away from you and when he has to, he tends to get impatient itching to come back to you. He’ll space out and almost feel lost without your guidance, embracing the side of the actual kid he was before he was turned into a demon.

Speaking of transformation, rui was already close with you before both of you were turned into demons. He appreciated how much you helped him even if he felt like he was burden due to his illness. Your reassurance definitely persuaded him to keep pushing, even if he couldn’t due as much as he pleased. None the less he still liked to help around the house almost as a way to show how grateful he was for you in the first place.

When muzan comes around and ends up turning both of you into demons, you still tried to shush his cries even if you were scared out of your mind. While rui can’t remember this moment clearly due to his human memories dampening and fading in and out of his mind, he can still feel the relief and joy that you were still there with him despite your unfortunate circumstances.

Now having the power to be more active then before rui totally takes advantage of it. He’ll bug you through any point of the day to play children’s game like tag or hide and seek all around the mountain with him.“to make up for the past.” is what he says but you know deep down he just wants to be a kid again. He tends to cheat in those games more times than you can count though… so he might cause you a bit of trouble here and there.

You stalk around the dark forest moving slowly but carefully as your eyes dart around any corner of the forest you could see. While the atmosphere around the area felt like something ripped out of a murder scene, the real intentions were much more lighthearted. You’ve been dragged into playing hide and seek with rui for an hour, it wasn’t like you haven’t seen him yet. Rui just cheekily decided to change the rules to play hide and seek tag instead of the tradition hide and seek.

A sigh escapes your lips as your breath lingers in the air before you plop down to the ground, defeated and giving up with chasing the demon around the entire forest. “Rui! It’s about time we stop playing around, we’ve been doing this for an hour.” You yell out as your voice echos in the forest, followed by a cheeky and mischevious laugh in response.

You can hear silk and webs creep towards your direction as you can already predict who’s coming down to meet you.

“You gave up already? we just started you know.” rui says with a cheeky grin only to be smacked in the head as you silent revenge.

Not to say rui doesn’t like just to spend moment in comfortable silence. One of his most favorite things to do is just sit in silence while you both weave and create large patterns and design out of spiderwebs that decorate the tree tops. Rui likes making different animals with them, but he really likes when you make stories through the webs. Almost like the demon version of shadow puppets or pop up books.

You get along with the spider family quite well!! They all in general enjoy your company and are reliable if you ever needed helpy with anything. You can’t help but sympathize for them, like spider sister for example. You often have to tell your brother off for being so harsh on the demons, so the whole spider family is grateful you save them from Rui’s anger from time to time.

Muzan doesn’t mind you around eithe. While it wasn’t ideal to turn you into a demon at first, you keep rui in check so he tolerates you to say the most. Rui grateful that the demon king can even tolerate letting you live in the first place. He likes taking you on mission, he’ll get bored when you’re not there so he claims he just needed your help when in reality he just wants to be around you.

While rui can be a pain to deal with, no doubt about it. He’s just a kid who wants to make up for the time he lost in the past, he truly does appreciate you got what you’ve done for him. He can’t help but admire the fact he had a role model in his life that is his big sister

Being in a mafia meant having plenty of enemies. Your worst being the craziest man on earth, Rui Kamishiro. That little scumbag just used every ocassion to try his newest inventions to hurt you taking pride in it, but never actually harming you to death...

But it's not like you couldn't defend yourself! You could! Just not from weird robot that literally catches you by the ankles from underground and makes tree branch hit you in the head!!! Who normal would've expected that?!!

So that's precisely why you hated this man. He'd make you paranoid every time you see him, not knowing what's coming for you this time.

That's why, when today during one of your missions you encountered him, you inmidietly pulled your gun out and he did the same thing.

"(This can't be all... I can get some bird is gonna eat my eyeball or some stupid shit!! It'd be his style to do that...)"

While you were panickly looking around, he on the other hand had time of his life~

"Fufu~ Scared of what? Little birds chirping~? How did they let you have a gun if you're afraid of birds~?"

Looking up, you noticed whole building above you two falling apart making you have to put your guns away and run the other way.

But before you could start running, the man you were pointing gun at just now pulled out a remote, making you sure you're gonna die here and now... But instead, robot came from underground... shielding both you and him?

"Be careful, sweetheart~"

"Don't wanna hurt that pretty head of yours now, do you~?"

As robot somehow successfully shielded you from falling building, you pulled your gun back at him. But once you did, this guy pulled yet another, this time flying robot, stealing your gun and passing it to him, how more annoying could he get!?

"You won't need that~ See you on another day~ Watch out for the rocks!"

He began running away, making you inmidietly get up to run after him and get your belongings back!

"Hey!! Get back here, asshole!"

But instead of running after him, you were stopped by rock hitting you on the head... it wasn't heavy enough to make you bleed or something but enough to make you stop.

"Ouch... Should've asked about the rocks..."

You massaged your head and with heavy sigh, you made your way out of this tight alley, preparing yourself for the scolding and consequences that await you for letting this purple head take your gun and making you stay on mission longer than needed.

Who knows where he's now? All you know is that he'll be back to make your life hell once more...

- I feel like he would wear probably a matching costume if you force him or convince him to, but if not he would probably won’t dress up because “he’s too cool for it” kind of style he’ll probably say.

- Would let you do his hair because he generally probably doesn’t know how to make his hair match you guys’ matching costume

- He would probably steal your candy when your not looking or just steal it infront of you to make things fun since it’s Halloween, overall y’all would just be laughing all the way home just for him to give you back or break it in half to share with you because he feels bad

Toya

- If you ask him to match costumes he would 100% say yes with no hesitation, he just wants you happy

- He would probably suggest something that looks similar to his unit like probably matching outfits for Halloween than costumes if yall can’t decide(either way he loves spending time with you on Halloween)

- He would share his candy with you or trade candies with you if you want a certain candy you wanted, you guys would trade and you or him would give the candy you guys don’t like

Tsukasa

- You guys would 100% wear Princess and princes/knight costumes because he is a star he must show he is able to “recuse you” as a knight or prince

- And you being the Princess to show heart are perfect outfits to spend to for Halloween

- P.S. he might brag about you guys matched outfits when you meet up with wxs to do a group treat-or-treating, he would just non stop talk about how he’s the knight to come save you and sometimes nene would have to ask him to quiet down if they’re in a quiet neighborhood.

- He wouldn’t mind you asking for matching outfits he probably already has some ideas just the top of his head for you guys on matching costumes

- Will probably bring his new invention to test out like a really cool LED light or a robot that is super light weight but can large amounts of stuff without breaking etc. overall he just wants you to see one of his new inventions incase you get tired of carrying your bag of candy or a accessory you have to carry to go with your costume

Rui definitely schemes a lot, and since he doesn't have the proper outlet to make them on, he instead pitches them to you. They are all slightly crazy, and you will need to talk him down-

Akito likes to push you in your passions, constantly making sure that you're not slacking. He also likes to mess around with you, he’s just like that with everyone he loves-

Toya is like a breath of fresh air. The most this guy will ask of you is to go with him to pick up a new book. If you also like to read, you two would probably have a nice book club!

They (specifically Akito, Rui and Tsukasa) all get into petty arguments a lot of the time, and usually you and Toya act as their mediators

One of their annoying/funny rituals with you is to surround you in a circle and have a tight group hug. Since you're not technically part of FS, they say they just want to make you feel included!

If you’re shorter than them, you can expect: Rui and Tsukasa to randomly pick you up to show you one of their ideas, Akito to use you as a personal arm-rest, laughing at you the whole time, and Toya to just. Pat your head a lot

-Having an older sibling for Rui doesn't bother him much unless you do tend to be more overbearing/protective/loving towards him. He can get a bit annoyed when you get overprotective when he says he's going out somewhere and you always are asking where he's going.

-It's not to say that he wouldn't love you because of course, you're his sibling. You both get along relatively well when it comes to your common interests like technology or computers. To be honest, he likes that he has you when he wants to talk or be near someone because he knows you'll certainly stay by him if he needs you for something.

-Rui isn't the kind of guy to go around and tell people that he has an older sibling or any at all. He does give off that only child energy and it shocks people when you tag along with him and he introduces you as his sibling.

-You both are able to trust each other with anything. If one of you has a bad day and need to vent it out, the other will be there to listen. Even though he does keep many things to himself rather than talking about them, he'll occasionally rant or talk to you about something. He truly doesn't want you to try to fix it or anything, he just wants you to listen.

-He's the kind of younger sibling who will burst into your room and just give you that cat like smile before walking out. He will not close the door either. He does it to annoy you but, sometimes he does need to tell you something.

-The embarrassment he feels whenever you plan a party for his birthday. It's not that he doesn't appreciate you inviting his friends over for his birthday, he just doesn't really know what to say. The embarrassment won't ever be apparent because he plays it off so smoothly.

Hello, could you write for Rui x big sis reader platonic? She genuinely loves him and tries to form a bond with him. I don't remember if I sent in a request or not before, but if I did, just delete this.

rui w/ an older sister! reader

a/n dw you didn’t this is your first one, also uh- he may be ooc? i mean this is my first time writing for him (and i didn’t bother to rewatch season 1 to make sure he’s in character) so if he is i apologize.

-rui, at first, was overjoyed; however, he didn’t believe it. he was happy to have a family, someone who he could call his “big sister” but it didn’t feel right.

-you were different; different from his other “sisters,” your love is genuine. it’s not through fear, for once. you came into his life not by him forcing you to become his family. you came into his life out of your own free will, out of your love for him.

-however, despite always wanting a genuine family bond, he doesn’t believe in you, at first, at least. you actually care for him? he didn’t have to use fear? really?? is this genuine? he became so used to obtaining family members by forcing them, making them fear him. some just wanted to be a part of his family for their guaranteed survival, or, of course, for his power as one of the twelve kizuki.

-so to see you genuinely attempt to form a familial bond with him makes him extremely happy. seeing you make his favorite foods for him, giving small gifts to him, immediately obeying his orders, or simply trying to be with him more makes him love you more; he couldn’t have asked for a better older sister.

-he’s tempted to kill his other family members just because they’re so fake compared to you. compared to you, they’re fakes, nothing, not even close to the familial bond he’s always wanted.

-…and so he does exactly that, he murders his other “family” members for not being good enough compared to you. after that, he chose to live with you, just you, his perfect older sister.
