(Hopefully nobody else has made a rubix cube oc, but I haven't seen any.)

- Ironically, Ruby does not know how to solve a rubix cube.

- Ruby is closest with Ginger, Gigi, Poppy, and Boxten.

- Ruby enjoys getting to play in Vee's gameshow.

Not so fun facts:

- Twisted Ruby is unable to move her arms due to them being pulled apart and the ichor immobilizing them.

- Twisted Ruby's speed is close to Twisted Gigi's.

- If a player fails a skill check while Twisted Ruby is on the floor she will immediately sprint to the failed machine, no matter how far away from the machine she is. (This does not apply if she is chasing another player when the skill check is failed.)

Chilchuck girldad shenanigans!!! +Senshi's thoughts on mlp at the very end

(Brace yourself. This is a long one)

What's Chilchuck's favorite girldad activity? It's not doing their hair, no. That's just something he's been praised on. Being able to put his girls hair up in different styles whenever his wife wasn't around was seen as very admirable and lots of people complemented him on it. Especially non-half-foots (becuase they seem to think the father is less involved in the kids life LMAO) And though his daughters loved when their dad did their hair, they much proffered when their mom did it since it was neater

Chilchuck's favorite girldad activity (well, general girldad activity) is actually playing pretend. He seems like the type to just playfully scoff at kids he sees engaging in an outrageous, glorified LARPing session. And he is. He is that type. He thinks it's playing pretend is silly. But, when it comes to his daughters, it's charming.

He found some genuine entertainment when he was making believe with his little ones while they were young. Fully immersed in the ever complicated plot and nonsensical characters, he loved seeing the spark in their eyes and the giggle in their voices as they played out their fantasies. He'd also like to be dense from time to time just for the reaction it got. Saying things like "but bears can't fly" or "I thought you said princesses couldn't swim" be uase there's something very humorous about being scolded by a toddler

Once the girls got older, though, his favorite activities became specific to the kid.

For Meijack, his mini-me, it was teaching her his craft. For Flertom, the one that looks just like her mother, it was makeovers. And with Puckpatti, his bright-eyed youngest, it was shopping.

A little more of Meijack

She had taken an interest in locksmithing when she was young; so much so that she would often swipe a spare lock when her dad wasn't looking. Mei had proven herself to he a very crafty and tactile person. After about the 15th time, Chilchuck was tired of this and decided to improvise.

He took a nice square wooden board, sanded it down to make sure no mishaps would occur, and then attached some latches, locks, and other miscellaneous things to it. He essentially made a busy board for Mei, and she loved it. She would often be found in her room, buckling and unbluckling, messing with straps and zippers and locks and ties.

He'd make her a new board each year on her birthday; that is, until she turned 5. After that, she got puzzle boxes, and each year, they'd get more and more complex. If they were invented at the time, Mei would totally fuck up a Rubix cube on the low.

Expanding a bit on Flertom

After finding baby Fler with a face smeared with her mom's ruby red lipstick, Chilchuck knew he had a future full of make-up modeling. So following that incident, he bought Fler her own little make-up kit.

Initially, little Fler was satisfied just beautifying her own face, then showing it off to her dad; however, she did start feel like good old papa Chuck was missing out on the fun, so she pressured him into letting her put some eyeshadow on him. It was bright blue, it was messy, and it was awful to apply.

After a year or two, the make-overs got better and better. 10 year old Fler was becoming quite talented with her cosmetic skills. She'd gone from doing outlandish looks on her dad to actually finding styles that fit him and testing out new ideas on him.

What about Puckpatti?

Now I did say that Puckpatti's designated activity was shopping, but what I meant to say was haggling down prices and looking for deals. Ever since she was young, the adorable, unassuming half-foot had a knack for bargaining— even while trading toys in the playground or snacks in the lunchroom.

Chilchuck first noticed Patti's gift after she came home from school with a necklace on. ...She certainly didn't come to school with it, so it's safe to say Chilchuck was confused. Once he found out what actually happened, he did get Patri to return the necklace and focused her abilities to learning how to shop efficiently.

Patti truly did enjoy shopping with her dad. And kn occasoik they would go to different shopping centers together. Chilchuck would always get discounted tools, courtesy of Patti, and Patti would find a pair of shoes or some fruit and nealry cut the price in half. They go wandering place to place, talking and spotting the best deals, It's always a fun and productive time!

Either in a modern AU, or just due some crazy magical force, Senshi finds out about MLP.

Now, would he watch this on his own? Nope. A colorful show about ponies doesn't catch his eye, so sorry.

But let's just say he ends up watching MLP. (Moslty because in this scenario, Marcille had mentioned liking the show and senshi heard it was about horses- or well, ponies)

After whatching a few episodes he's come to a few conclusions and has gained a couple of opinions.

Who's his favorite character? Big Mac

Who's his least favorite characters? Diamond Tiara, Silverspoon, Gilda, Rainbowdash, and Rarity

Twilight: very uptight, but has the potential to be a leader of some kind. Not a personal favorite

Fluttershy: Thinks she needs some guidance and to grow a backbone, but is very impressed witb her connection to the fuana

Rarity: Does NOT like her. Thinks she's spoiled and prissy and snippy

Applejack: Likes her! Think she's nice and hard working and well rounded

Rainbowdash: Think she does wayyy to much. Someone needs to teach her not to be so full of herself. He legitimately didn't want to watch some of the episodes because he felt like rainbowdash was just being an ass (some with Rarity)

Pinkie pie: Too hyper for his taste. Thinks she's pretty odd

Spike: he finds the idea of keeping a small dragon as a...well, a little brother figure, to be odd. He doesn't get the fact that Spike has a crush on Rarity and thinks that the gang should treat him with more respect

Zecora: Another character he actually likes. The episode introducing her frustrated him a LOT, he actually haf to pause it becuase all that pony racism was too much for him

Luna/Nightmare Moon: He's iffy about her. Ay first, he didn't have too much of an opinion on her, but once he figured out her deal, he liked her a little. He doesn't blame her for turning evil at all

Celestia: Thinks she's USELESS. Oh my god. He's confused because she seems like she should be a queen and not a princess, but based on what she sees her do, he isn't surprised that her status is princess

officially dm'd my first dnd session :) using the final chapter of dragons of stromwreck (set in dragonlance, populated with red dragon enemies). Went well, brought 2/3 (lvl 5) players close to death like twice, brought one of them down, a good nights work for a one shot!

my players awakened (after a night of drinking) on a river boat to discover they had volunteered for a dangerous mission to stop a dark ritual. there was a beach map, then the dragons of stormwreck observatory map, all with around 2 dozen enemies total and the boss

player shenanigans included nuking a lot of enemies with fire spells

of note was the appearance of actual dragonlance NENIME, the character i wanted to make before i realized it would be an all elf-party

the boss was an armored kid WHOS ACTUALLY A RED DRAGON WYRMLING wearing a ruby imbued with change shape. she was gona stay out of the fight to mess with her relic-takhesis-holocron-rubix cube for 3 rounds, unless someone messed with her enough times to piss her off

feeling that my players needed some help, i had minotour guy try to repair a ' damaged' istarian drone - he succeeded. in the fight, the istarian drone would eventually go on to bind our boss, and the elf assassin got two back to back nat 20s on her with frost touch. with the relic finding her unworthy, our boss fled badly injured

Ayveryhys head is a rats nest of black hair - bound behind her back her features are pale, shes unmistakably 9 or 10 years old strangely, her widdle eyes glow with flecks of molten light she even wears armor - exquisietely crafted, wraught in black steel and edged in gold, not unlike the votive images youve seen of Takhesis of course, the armor bears the dragon queen's clawed spiral a glowing ruby is set prominently in place of the claw representing fire dragons > YOU WILL NOT STAND IN MY WAY!

Idea for Infinite: So like… bro got consumed by the OG Phantom Ruby, so dude is basically in a horrible, miserable situation & he really wants to kill Shadow both because of his grudge & also ‘cus he’s going half insane, so Shadow will have to fight Infinite while some utterly horrific body horror goes on (He appears to have two heads that're conjoined but also glitching out, one of which wearing his mask and the other his actual face. He also got multiple arms). He’d also be incoherently ranting.

The fight will involve Infinite shifting around the terrain and creating similarly effed up small Phantom Ruby copies of himself to try & kill Shadow, and he might also be able to create copies of “Shadow”, Chaos 0, Zavok, and Metal Sonic during his second phase along with just shifting the terrain in even more insane ways. He’d still use his red rubix cubes lol.

Idea for The End: So I remember it being stated that The End does not have a true appearance and actually takes the form of an individuals worst fear or what they believe to be a symbol of death, and I imagine this’ll make for really good angst potential for our favorite edgehog… as The End takes the form of his once distorted memories of Maria, one he initially believed wanted to see the world destroyed. All the while The End’s moon form is in the background of Cyberspace watching the fight go on between it & Shadow.

Even more angsty idea incoming, but wouldn’t it be cool if The End’s Maria form used many of the same Chaos abilities Shadow had, including Chaos Control (Necessitating shadow to activate his Chaos Control to move in the stopped time)? I think it’d be extra cool if during the second phase The End Maria copy sprouts Black Arm tendrils/wings upon her back, representing Shadow’s fear of himself & the world being consumed by Black Doom.

Apologies if my ideas sound like incoherent ramblings lmao, I’m just extremely normal for these concepts.

Sunday — September 24, 2023.

Hello, Mahal. After ko magpalinis ng nails natulog ako, nagising ako almost 3pm na, nag ayos na ako agad. Kumain lang kami sa mang Inasal, 9 nga kami lahat eh. Ako, Red, May, Ate Ruby, Ate Ali, Kuya Moros, Ate Boyet ( Secretary ni mommy ), Joshua, Rosemarie ( mga kababata ko ang dalawang ‘to, pero mas matanda ako sa kanila. )

Ayun, nag mang inasal kami. Grabe, nakarami na naman ako ng kain. Nakatatlo ata ako, tapos kumain pa ako ng Crema de Leche, yun kasi talaga palagi inoorder ko kapag nagm-mang in kami. After namin kumain, hindi pa kami agad umuwi. Nag ikot ikot pa, ayun, nakahanap ako ng bed sheet and pillow case para doon sa bahay sa Passi. Naka sale kaya nakamura ako, hehe. Maganda naman quality for 100 pesos, tapos yung pillow case maganda rin for 50 pesos.

Balak ko nga bumili sana ng foam and pillows, kaso sabi ko saka na kapag tapos na namin bayaran yung ref. One at a time muna kami, since yung kita ko hindi naman gano’n ka laki. Bumili rin pala ako ng dalawang shorts, na realize ko kasi parang wala na akong short na kasya pa sa akin. Pinamigay ko na rin yung iba, kaya halos 5 lang ata matinong short ko rito.

Habang pumipila ako para mag bayad, si Red nakakita ng Rubix Cube, ayun nagpabili. Tapos no’ng palabas na kami ng mall, si May may binubulong sa mama niya, gusto niya raw yung mermaid na doll. Eh, hindi siya binilhan. Sabi niya “Tara na, nanay ruby. Labas na tayo, pagod na ako.” Hahahahaha. Inaya na niya si Ate Ruby palabas kasi hindi siya binilhan ni Ate Ali ng laruan. Pero binalikan ko yung mermaid doll na tinutukoy niya, pinaturo ko kay Red. Naawa kasi ako, pinipigilan niyang umiyak. Pero hindi ko muna pinaalam na binilhan ko hanggang sa makauwi kami rito.

Himala nga tahimik siya buong byahe. Hahahahahaha. Ganyan ‘yan kapag hindi nakuha ang gusto, walang energy. Binibiro nga siya namin, pero hindi talaga siya nagr-respond. Kaya pagkarating namin dito sa bahay, binigay ko na. Laki agad ng ngiti eh. Hahahahaha. Nahiya pa siya kunin, sabi nga ni Ate Ruby. “Sa susunod kasi kapag may gusto ka, sabihin mo kay Tita Cenia mo, huwag mo na idaan sa mama mo.” Hahahahaha. Pero umiiyak wallet ko, shuta.

Anyway, ayan lang naman ang ganap ko for today. Sinisipon ako, allergy sa dust talaga. Hindi kasi ako nag mask no’ng lumabas kami. Ang kati ng ilong ko. Pero uminom na ako ng gamot for my allergy kaya mamaya mawawala rin ‘to. Allergic Rhinitis kasi. Hay nako. Ikaw, love? How was your day? Ingat kayo ha. I love you.

anyways they're a rubix cube and love solving puzzles and mind games. They helped people with solving puzzles over in their world if they got stuck. but sometimes their erratic nature would cause them to take too much time or try new pathways or smthn, always inventing and thinking, and some darkners who just wanted the puzzle done got angry. Rubex didn't like that, and wanted to be faster at puzzle solving... Then Gaster comes in!

Gaster basically gave them an earpiece and started to guide them thru tough spots. Giving occasional hints. Eventually, this turned into rubex relying on Gaster more and more until Gaster's legit just telling them what to do

Then Gaster leaves lol (but not before the goop fuses Rubex together so they can't move around their joints!)* And now Rubi (name change bc Rubex sounded stupid to them) thinks they're extremely stupid and can't do anything on their own. They can, though, but it's a self fulfilling helplessness deal.

*Rubex can move their body parts around like a real rubix cube, they can take off a finger, stick it to the other hand, they can swap their arms, legs, whatever. They do it a lot when thinking bc its kind of a stim

Then they meet Kris, and you can either help them learn to be independent again and themself, or you can make them reliant on YOU and even more depressed. They won't follow u as Noelle did, though, they'll just leave you after the puzzles done and you can't save them. But if in the minigame u let them figure it out themselves they can be saved.

And then if u save them they're back in Castle town as them self!!! And probably really good friends with Rouxls since his puzzles are so shit it boosts their confidence.

Day 7: Clowns

Roman replayed the conversation he had accidentally overhead in his mind, his regressed brain trYing to process it as best that he could.

“He’s such a clown.” Janus had said to Remus as soon as Patton left the room. Roman had started to follow after his Dad, but stopped just outside of the threshold when he heard Janus speak. Immediately he was on the defensive. His Dad was notta a Clown! He was silly sometimes, maybe even goofy-silly a lotta times. And he knew some magic tricks…

“Yeah, but he’s your clown.” Virgil had responded back.

“That he is. But don’t tell him that.” Janus said with a chuckle. Roman frowned. Was his Dad really a clown? And did he perform only for Janus?

Roman sat on the floor as he pondered the conundrum. A whole lot of minutes had passed since he’d started thinking about it, probably even more than 8, and that was so many minutes! And he still didn’t know! Was his Dad a clown?

Clowns were funny, and his Dad was funny. But clowns also wore makeup, and Patton didn’t do that very much. But they juggled sometimes! And Dad kinda knew how to juggle. And he knew how to fit a lotta stuff in a tiny car. Maybe Dad was a clown…?

But how could he prove it?! And how could he do it without Janus finding out? He didn’t think it was very fair that Janus got to keep Patton’s clownery all to himself. He wanted to see his Dad juggle and dance and OH! And his Dad’s shoes are MASSIVE. Of course his Dad was a clown! It all made sense now!

He was just missing one thing…

A honk!

All clowns honked. It was clown law, Roman was fairly certain. If he pinched his Dad’s nose, it would honk really loudly, and surely that would be such convicting evidence his Dad would have to admit it right on the spot! It was the perfect plan!

Roman stood up and hurried off towards the stairs, eager to know once and for all if his Dad was a clown! It was the question of the year! No, the decade! No!! the century! He’d wanted to know since forever and now he was for sure going to find out!

Roman found Patton standing outside his room chatting with Logan. Well, that was no good. If Logan heard Patton honk, he would definitely go tell everyone! Probably claim it was a science-tific discovery. Roman would have to be super clever to figure this one out.

“Dad!” Roman yelled, gaining the two’s attention. Patton smiled brightly at Roman, and that was only making him feel more and more confident that his Dad was a secret clown.

“What’s up, kiddo?” Patton asked. Roman bounced over, standing right behind Patton and setting his chin on his shoulder.

“Lolo, I saw Remus playing with one of your ruby cubes down stairs.” Roman feigned tattling. He knew the ruse wouldn’t last long, but he just needed Patton to himself long enough so he could test his honking abilities.

“My rubix cubes? That’s quite alright. I know he enjoys stimming, and so long as he’s taking care of them properly I don’t min--”

“He gots it in his mouth! He’s trying to solve it with his tongue, like dis!” Roman stuck his tongue and wiggled it a bit, but Logan immediately turned his gaze away.

“The visual presentation was unnecessary, Roman. But thank you for informing me. I’ll have to go talk to him. If he’s going to put something in his mouth, he needs to sanitize it first. Excuse me.”

Logan quickly left. Patton let him go with a wave, but turned slightly, maneuvering Roman off his shoulder and facing him.

“Is that all you wanted? My big brave prince protecting Logan’s possessions?” Patton teased, poling Roman in the tummy. He giggled and shook his head, before leaning in close towards Patton, lowering his voice.

“Do you have a secret, Dad? One that only Janus knows?” Roman asked. Maybe his Dad would just tell him. After all, Roman was an amazing secret keeper, the bestest in the world! And this was his DAD. Dads told their kiddos everything! Patton’s face turned a bit red.

“W-what are you talking about, buddy?” He asked. Roman rolled his eyes, wasn’t it obvious?

“You know! The secret! The thing you only do for Janus?”

Patton’s whole face went red and he looked away. Roman frowned. Why wouldn’t his Dad tell him? It wasn’t a big deal! He loved clowns! And he loved his Daddy!

“Honey, I don’t think I’m fully understanding what you’re talking about.” His Dad continued to deny it. Well, fine! Roman would just have to reveal it, and then he’d know and then his dad could show him all his jokes and tricks and stinky Janus wouldn’t get them all to himself anymore!

“This!” Roman declared, before reaching forward and pressing his finger down on Patton’s nose.

The two stood in silence, staring at each other.

Silence…

“Why didn’t it work?” Roman asked, beginning to tap Patton’s nose repeatedly.

“Roman, what in the world--”

Patton was interrupted by footsteps climbing up the stairs. Roman turned around and saw Logan and Janus standing behind him. Logan had his arms crossed. Uh oh…

“Would you care to repeat to Janus what you told me, Roman?” Logan asked. Roman felt his face burn with shame and he shook his head no, smartly not saying a word.

“Remus was taking a nap, no Rubix cubes to be found. Pray tell, little one, why did you lie?” Janus asked in his mean old caregiver voice that wasn’t actually mean but made Roman feel smaller and guilty. Tears pricked his eyes.

“I just wanna’d know wha’ Daddy does for you.” Roman whimpered. Janus’s eyebrow quirked up.

“What do you mean?” He asked. Roman opened his mouth to answer, but Patton was quick to intervene.

“I don’t know if that should be said out loud.” His Daddy said, his voice cracking a bit. Janus and Logan looked really confused, and now Roman felt very very very guilty.

“I love you Dada,” Roman wept, clinging to his Daddy tightly. “Even if you’re a clown. M’sorry! M’sorry I lied m’sorry!” Roman cried and cried. He didn’t want his Daddy to be ashamed of being a clown, he didn’t want everyone to be mad at him for telling a fib because he wasn’t trying to be mean he just wanted to know!

“What?” Everyone else said at the exact same time. Patton wrapped his arms around Roman and hugged him close.

“I know. I know it. I hearded Jana call you his clown. M’sorry!” Roman cried, burying his face in Patton’s neck. The room was quiet for a moment, before he felt his Daddy’s chest rumble with laughter.

“What?” He barked out with a laugh. Roman peeked out of his Daddy’s neck and looked over at Janus, his face burning.

“It was…In context it…I…” Janus was at a loss for words, which was pretty rare. Roman sniffled and looked back at Logan.
