Live music may not save the world, but it may save me

My mental health has not been the best amidst The Horrors™️. I had an anxiety attack yesterday and it almost kept me from doing what I love best: going to a show.

But I went and it was glorious. The show was at Underground Arts (a small basement venue in Philadelphia) and it was the sweaty dance party my heart needed.

My phone camera suuuccckksss but I'm putting photos in this post anyway.
