In the fandom the PPG x RRB colour coded ship names are there colour. But this doesn’t apply fully to all ppg x rrb ships in regards to colour switch ships. Usually instead just being there names.

I have gone ahead and mix each colour together to maybe idk, give ideas for alternative ship names. Really, this is just for fun and it’s nothing serious.

also, ngl, I’m not sure if this method is good enough.

anyway, onto the colour mixing.

Brick x bubbles (Brickubbles)

hex decimal is from the mixing of the colours. this is a colour name finder, which find common names associated with the hex of the colour.

YOU GUYS MIGHT GET DIFF COLOURS IF YOU MIX THEM YOURSELF BTW.

Tbh, an interesting purple colour. Kinda disappointed since Bubbles has such a nice colour.

anyway, names aren’t that great for this ship and is honestly still up for debate internally on which one I like the most. honestly I’m leaning onto the first name “faded purple” cause for me the term “faded” implies brick in the actual ship, and purple being Bubbles as it’s a cool toned hue.

anyway, not a great one to start on, but moving on.

2. Brick x Buttercup (Brickercup)

mocha honestly is such a nice name for any ship, and it sounds better than “leather.”

BUT

brownish as a their ship name is inherently so much funnier, and I’m kinda leaning into that for funsies. And idk, BC being a member in the ship is also the reason why it would be funny.

so tbh, it’s either Mocha or Brownish.

mocha also lowkey fits into my HC that Brick would be a total coffee snob, so, yeah

3. Boomer x Buttercup (Boomercup)

Horizon is such a sick ass name and honestly I’m just imaging them flying across on the horizon.

though Sea also fits. I just prefer Horizon.

4. Boomer x Blossom (Bloomer or Blossomer)

literally I love their colour OMG

sadly both Bickubbles and Blossomer have “faded purple” as their main names. BUT Blossomer has better similar names.

I’m going for Lavender as their ship name.

I think honestly, I should just call Bickubbles Lilac (cause lilac is sometimes considered like that colour) it’s just easier and sounds better.

5. Blossom x Butch (Blossutch??)

THE FACT THAT IT HAS “SPICY PINK” AS A SIMILAR NAME OMG.

AND HONESTLY, IT KINDA FITS LMAO

IDK, tbh Army Brown makes the most sense to me. Something something, the girls and boys can be considered soldiers blah blah.

also, the idea of army brown does give me the picture of a cool tone brown. Which is what it is.

Also one thing that Mocha and Army Brown has as names is that it would be more recognisable on the colours that are mixed, and would have more common thoughts on the colour alone.

last but not least

6. Butch x Bubbles (Butchubbles)

Both Dirty Blue and Dusty Teal are names that I like, mostly due to humour factor for Dirty Blue.

though Wedgewood is interesting, cause its legit just a name for a colour, with no other connotations associated with it. So I’m Really thinking of choosing it.

also, I prefer if a ship name with just one word rather than two words.

idk I like Wedgewood.

anyway, what do yall think? Do you like any of these words, or do you have any that you’d prefer. Or do you just prefer the names as to avoid confusion?

The relationship between the RRB (gonna do the PPG soon)

brick when he was younger loved that he's in charge but as he grew older he felt like his brothers (especially boomer) resented him for not letting them do what ever they want butch was always friends with the same people as brick but sometimes he wanted do things on his own or things that brick deemed stupid or dangerous

and then butch would argue with brick and they'd have a fight with boomer it's a lot different boomer is not like him or butch he never wanted do anything that they do he was never friends with the same people as them (not that he had friends to begin with) and brick always felt like boomer was too independent and he hated that they all might be seconds apart in age but boomer was his baby brother and he hated not knowing what boomer was doing or where he was and boomer never even told brick where he was going

just said he's going out to xyz street and will be back in xyz time so brick always said no and of course it would result in an argument he hated when his brothers get angry at him but he just didn't want them to get hurt by some of the town residents or God forbid the ppgs find them while they are alone but he always felt like his brothers never really considered him as a brother rather considered him as the leader

Butch felt like he was too much for his brothers to handle too much energy too much power just too much he was always the loudest brick was never loud (but he always had something to say) but was never as loud as butch or as out going as him boomer never spoke really he would only speak to them and only when needed to or when he's fighting with them

but he was never talkative with either butch or brick and butch would always try to get him to talk but it would always end in arguments with butch was always one step behind brick in everything they are best friends they tell each other everything tho butch does feel like brick is keeping to himself so he always felt like he wasn't good enough for his brothers to open up to him brick wasn't telling him everything and boomer wasn't telling him anything

Boomer always since he was a kid felt like he didn't fit in he wasn't as strong and mean as brick and butch he was never trusted to be sent on a mission alone HIM and mojo always sent either brick or butch cuz the deemed boomer too weak he was weak he always felt weak brick always had a plan (that was always absolutely ridiculous) that boomer always found a way to fuck up and

he always got too distracted to remember instructions always too weak for something and brick always got angry at him and it ended up in fight butch would always be trying to calm the situation down by saying something that would always mean that boomer is at fault then he'd always try to hang out with him or give him a stupid lecture about how brick didn't mean what he said and that boomer should try to listen to the instructions like boomer was a child that needed to be babied

Rating PPGxRRB ships because I’m bored

Color-coded

Reds- 2/10-not my favorite, it’s overrated (my opinion) I will draw them together for fun but rivals to lovers is not my thing. I think they would be friends but they won’t end up together.

Blues- 10/10, they’re very underrated and I wish fanfic writes do them justice, I don’t want them to be the first ones who end up together, I want some drama with them pleaseeeee

Green-1000/10- yes I hate how some people write them on fanfics but seeing other blogs like @aclosetfan write them makes me so happy that she writes them all sweet .

ColorCrack

Blossutch-1000/100, they was the first pairing I shipped when joining the fandom because of my favorite artist @milksteaki and I Cherrish them dearly.

Boomercup- 8/10, I see why people like but I don’t know, it’s not bad

Brickubbles- 10/10- this is cute I did ship it at one point and I love how other artists draw them so cute
