Hello everyone, I'm the owner of a supernatural being rp/erp server on Discord named "Ciudad de Los Muertos." We've been around about a month now and have a friendly core group, but we would like to expand. The species available are humans, vampires, werewolves/ shifters, witches, demons, and a cult... each with their own lore, each overseen individually by a leader (admin). We use OC characters with real-life face claims. We offer OOC chat as well as IC chat for characters to interact when not in a scene. I have a teensy little not actually teensy medical ethics problem with your organisation. There’s this golden rule in the art of being a physician of “first, do no harm” - and the harm I have seen done by the Neverseen to friend and foe alike is well outside of my boundaries.

[The sky is grey with a promise of a potential downpour. A tall young man with black and blue hair can be seen practicing his swordsmanship, seemingly unaware of the change in weather.]

[His face is covered with a thin layer of sweat. Brows furrowed in concentration, the man goes through a few different sword forms, before weaving all of them into different combinations of attacks, unwavering in accuracy and speed.]

[He goes on for a while before he feels a drop of rain on his nose, snapping him out of his focus, which is shortly followed by many others. Letting out a tired sigh, he sheathes his swords, and swiftly gathers his belongings to leave. At that moment, as though time is being reversed, the raindrops begin falling upwards.]

“Retroact rain huh…haven’t seen those in a while.” the man muses to himself, looking up at the dark clouds.

[Sensing a presence a few feet away behind him, his swords are in his hands in the blink of an eye as he simultaneously turns around to face the presence, eyes trained on the presence for any sudden movement.]

As is the usual effect of the mysterious rain, occasional phantoms flicker into view for fleeting moments before vanishing again. One such phantom however, does not.

Geshu Lin silently phases back into the waking world, shaking off the lethargy of being in an insentient state for however much time has passed since the last rain. He has yet to decide if it is a blessing or a curse that his consciousness remains trapped in the fragments of himself left behind here. He’s leaning towards curse.

Taking a glance around, he sees a young man in front of him, who wields his blades immediately upon perceiving the phantom. Geshu Lin only stares back for a moment before speaking.

“…although it is good to be ready to fight, holding your weapon against me is rather pointless. I suggest that you don’t linger here longer than necessary especially now that the rain has started.” He looks back at the desolate surroundings as if to demonstrate his words, even if he didn’t doubt this man’s capabilities, it was still unwise to stick around.

"i always side with the mages" this "i'd never support the templars" that. dude i think you misunderstood what in hushed whispers/champions of the just represent for the plot. it's about recruiting one of the factions for a task. you can do hushed whispers and conscript the mages; you can do champions and disband the templars. it's called role playing

Population: Changes daily. That is what the sign reads as you enter town, but what it should read is ***"Turn Back Now!"***

The human citizens of the City of the Dead consist of your everyday person; firemen, teachers, and retirees who spend too much time on their lawn.. but not everyone is who they seem to be.

Founded in 1851, it was a stop midway between the Mississippi River and the towns of the famous American Gold Rush. Considered a place to rest and restock, it easily became a booming city in the early 1900's. People moving west would pay a premium on supplies, and people heading back east with their newfound riches would pay double that.

As the town continued to grow and prosper, strange things began happening. Travelers disappearing without a trace, livestock disappearing only for their carcasses to be found by hunters in the woods picked of every ounce of meat and/or blood.

By the late 1900's, even stranger things began happening. Now citizens of the City of the Dead started to go missing, only to have their bodies found dumped with Pagan and Satanic symbols carved into their flesh.

Welp wiped on honor haha. I'm taking a break from bg3.

Decided to give the first 2 another go. I played bg1 ages ago.

Damn these games are big but I'm noticing a lot of the sidequests in bg1 are pretty shallow. Am i missing out on much by skipping a lot of them? I'll do the ones that are convenient/interesting/easy but I'm not gonna bother trying to get all of them.

It's kinda pathetic honestly. Though this is coming from someone who terrorized team plasma when I was a little kid for years on end. I know they're huge criminal organizations and all, but it's hard to not get sent into a laughing fit because of it.

The Recruiters

Recruiters are often the first encounter someone will have with the Cult.

A good Recruiter will actively look for those who have shown to be vulnerable. They chat with targets of interest, gathering names, occupations, and any other incriminating information they can get their hands on. Often borrowing assistance from Programmers and Moles, Recruiters research their targets day and night; medical history, the names of family members, childhood pets, current workplace, home address, and anything else that could be used as leverage. If they can't convince a target to join on their own accord, they'll use devious tricks.

While uncommon, sometimes people are hired as Recruiters to subliminally advertise the Cult in unique ways, opening the eyes of the public to the possibility, and giving other Recruiters an 'in' to pinpoint who seems most interested. This includes (but is not limited to) murals, graffiti, online forums, 'Help Wanted' posters, cartoons, so on and so forth.

If a target refuses all advances, a Silencer may be employed as a last resort.
