Do you remember when soda bottles were all glass. Plastic bottles were not a thing back then. Oh, I know that you can still get some soda brands in glass bottles, but it is more of a novelty now-a-days. Hmmm … I haven't seen Royal Crown Cola in a while, perhaps I'm just not looking. I don't drink sodas anymore, doctors' orders, not even the diet types. But way back when, RC Cola was a prominent selection. I can recall sitting on the steps of small country store in the summer with and RC Cola and a bag of peanuts. My friends would pour their bag into the bottle, which was an act I didn't understand. The visual is a carefree summer day.
