❀ Simple recipe; How to make Lilac Honey Fermented Soda •°. *࿐

Ingredients:

1 Large Jar

3 Tbsp of dandelion honey (Or raw honey)

3 Lemons

8 Cups of Spring Water

5-6 Gently Washed Lilac Bunches

︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵

Start by pouring the 3 tablespoons of honey into the large jar, now cut the lemons in half and juice them into the jar. Pour the 8 cups of spring water into the Jar.

Remove all the stems from the Gently Washed Lilac Bushes and add them into the jar. Stir vigorously until all the honey has dissolved. Cover with a clean towel and rubber band and ferment on the counter for 2-3 days <3
