Aeo and Rhilo Quickwrite PT 1
Im not really following a layout, so this could be awful, but a short story from Aeo's pov (my sky rova oc, Rhilo is an Idegen, see @00thecloak00 cause they're SO COOL). I'd highly recommend checking out the Rova Kingdom stuff cause I'm not gonna do a ton of worldbuilding. Short pieces at a time only probably cause I wanna get something out yk?
Aeo soared through valleys and weaved through trees like it was in her very blood. Every Sky Rova with half a brain loved to fly, but for her it was her whole life; she was a runt among Sky Rova, half of the way to being as small as a a Cloud Rova, and long gray feathers at her ears and wrists that only served to dwarf her other features further, but her impressive wingspan and quick reaction time allowed her to be one of the fastest fliers around. She flew not because it was what she loved, but because it was what she was, and at tomorrow's race she would show that to them all.
That was of course until she slammed into the face of a cliff, and plummeted to the ground.
It all happened so fast, she wasn't paying attention, she was going too fast to stop. She tried to catch lift on her way down but her left wing spiked with a sharp throbbing pain. They teach you how to manage tough falls as hatchlings, shield your head with your wings, pull your legs in, spread out your feathers, and call for help, but in that moment Aeo's mind went completely blank— though she definitely screamed. Then everything went black.
When she faded back into consciousness her whole body throbbed, but her head just flooded with scoldings; "always fly with a buddy Aeo", "Make sure to tell someone where you're going Aeo", "Pay attention where you're flying Aeo", "Don't fly too close to the ground Aeo" she heard her mother say in a disapproving tone, she'd always shrug it off, but right now she was stranded alone, in the middle of nowhere, no one knew she was even gone, and she was in so much pain she could barely lift a wing, much less fly miles back home. She called out again but in her pain it was more like a choked yelp. She was going to die.
It was hours of fading in and out of consciousness before she saw any sign of other life, a faint rustling in the bushes; she sharpened her senses enough to pull herself conscious, she might be able to strike at a curious rodent who steps too close to her beak. That was until she saw the small handfuls of berries and rodents placed neatly on a leaf by her head. She jolted her head up and craned around for any sign of other rovas, "Who's there!" she shouted with a new sense of vigor, but only heard the rustling of a nearby treetop. She slumped back down and ate, she wouldn't waste good food, and then looked over her injuries. She couldn't tell if her shoulder was broken or just dislocated, but her wing definitely was, she had to splint it. Her body ached with bruises and sprains, but still she tried to push herself to her feet and limped to cover before dark, she'd heard of Idagen swarms who picked off even the largest of rova, so no matter how much it hurt, she wouldn't be taking her chances.
As it got dark all she could do was lick her wounds clean and cover her body in leaves for camouflage; another thing added to the list of things she'd never bothered to listen to, first aid. She laid down her head in an attempt to sleep, but as it got dark, the rustling and buzzing wingbeats of what might have been hundreds of Idagen, and so despite how tired she was, she couldn't sleep a bit.

hiring! Can I request a fic where it is Game Of thrones x the originals? Like Reader is Tywin's daughter from his second marriage and she was set to marry some abuse lord. But she meets Elijah when he and Oberyn are in Kingslanding for Joffrey's wedding. Reader and Elijah fall for one another so Tywin changes his mind and allows Elijah to marry reader instead. Oh can it be where Joffrey never died? So Tyrion is never arrested please and thank you.
I know I rarely do cross over fics but this request just got me. Also I had just started watching 'House of the Dragon' and rereading the books.
Warnings: Fluff, Protective Lannister men, Oberyn scheming, Elijah just being the softest, hints of smut
Pairing: Elijah M. x Velaryon!Lannister!Reader
A/N: I am well aware of how Tywin treats his children in the show but soft!Tywin is my shit. Oh maybe I could a series of this. This will be a two parter
A/N/N: also we support Rhaenyra x Alicent in this household and believe Otto ruined everything
283 Winter, Casterly Rock
Vaesa let out her last scream as she pushed, then the sounds of a baby's cry filled the halls of Casterly Rock. Tywin Lannister, not caring that a Maester and mid-wives tried stopping him from entering the room.
There Vaesa sat rocking you in her arms, you were healthy with soft bronze skin. And a head of sliver blonde curls with jade colored. A girl of Velaryon and Lannister blood, Vaesa knew just what your life was going to be. Her bloodline could be traced back to Princess Rhaenys and Lord Corlys Velaryon.
"I apologize, my husband...I gave you a girl." Vaesa tells Tywin as he moved closer taking you into his arms. You held most of house Velaryon features due to Vaesa's pure Velaryon blood.
"It is fine wife. She is perfect." Tywin says kissing your forehead when you yawned. Vaesa smiled seeing her husband soften holding you. Little did you know you were going to be the most protected girl in the Seven Kingdoms.
287 Summer, Casterly Rock
Vaesa held your hand walking down to the waters where a huge dragon lay, Rovas, the last known dragon and your mother his rider. Rovas moved his head hearing your mother softly call out to him and you, ever so much the adventurer, tried to run up to the lazy dragon.
"Go on my little lion." Vaesa says knowing Tywin was watching closely on top of the stone steps. Tywin was at first against you meeting Rovas but your mother reassured your father that the old dragon would be gentle.
You giggled feeling Rovas press his snout against your little body, he let out a purr when you patted his snout. Vaesa turned to her husband with a smirk on her face when she heard you call for them both.
"Mama! Papa! Look!" You squealed getting your parents attention, seeing you on top of Rovas's head. The dragon just lay there not caring there was a five year old climbing on him.
"I only turned my back for a second." Vaesa said when Tywin moved standing next to her. Both watched Lannister guards nervously moved towards the dragon to get you down.
"It seems she is more Velaryon than Lannister." Tywin joked making Vaesa laugh. Your parents watched you climb down off of Rovas who tilted his head making easier for you.
"Soon Rovas would be hers." Vaesa tells her husband when you came running up. You begged your father to pick you up and you three went in for lunch.
301 Summer, Kingslanding
You had grown into a beautiful young woman which your mother joked that it must be your Velaryon blood. You stood by Rovas looking out at the waters feeling the old dragon shift his head to nuzzle your side.
The war was over and you being 18, Tywin was looking for a Lord to wed you. Rovas purred feeling your stress and the dragon wanted nothing more than to comfort you. You didn't want to marry knowing your husband wouldn't allow you to keep Rovas.
"I knew you would be out here." Tyrion says walking down to join you seeing how your guard stayed up on the steps. Tyrion shook his head knowing both Jamie and Tywin would be angry that the guard didn't stay close to you.
"Father says I'll be married soon." You tell your older brother still looking out at the sea.
"You wish to not marry sister? You won't have to, your mother will birth our sibling soon." Tyrion says watching you sigh and lay on Rovas's snout.
"If is a boy, I won't have to but if it is a girl." You mumbled before squeaking when Rovas raised his head making you stand.
"Lady Y/N, the Lord Hand wishes to speak to you." A handmaid tells you making you frown and nodded following after her. Tyrion sighed and patted Rovas who huffed wanting to fly you out of Kingslanding.
---
The day of Joffrey's and Margaery's wedding was celebrated by all. Mean while you were stuck listening to your betrothed list your duties as his wife. Lord James Whitehill was suggested to your father by Cersei. While your brothers hated the Lord having done some digging.
"I hope you only birth me sons. Daughters will not be allowed also I don't want you to have your dragon." Lord Whitehill tells you well more like demanded.
"Exuse me, Lord Whitehill but I have others to greet." You tell the Lord leaving before you hit him. Vaesa was sitting Jamie and both was glaring at your betrothed.
"Princess." You brighten up hearing Oberyn and turned around smiling. You stopped see the Lord next to Oberyn, your heart skipped a beat.
"Prince Oberyn, I told you I am no Princess." You tell the Prince who just smirked at you putting an arm around you.
"Being the daughter of Velaryon Lady should make you one." Oberyn teased you noticing how you looked at the Lord.
"Who is your friend?" You asked Oberyn making the Prince smile.
"This is Lord Elijah Mikaelson, the Noble stag of the North. Lord Elijah, this is Lady Y/N." Oberyn says then moved away to leave you two to talk. Oberyn saw how Tywin watched you and Elijah right away.
"Lady Y/N, may I have this dance?" Elijah asked you noticing the flush that came on your face. You shyly nodded placing your smaller hand in Elijah's much larger hand.
"Who is that with our sister, Tyrion?" Jamie whispered to his younger brother not wanting Cersei to hear him.
"That would be the Lord Elijah of the North. If I remember right his family stayed out of the war." Tyrion says watching you giggle at Elijah's jokes as you both danced. Jamie was surprised before sitting next to Tyrion.
"What else do you know?" Jamie asked watching you and Elijah getting a smirk from his brother.
"They say the House of Mikaelson once rode with the House of Dragon. They are old blood and members of the family rarely leaves the North."
"So better than Lord Whitehill?" Jamie asked looking at your betrothed not liking the dark glare on his face. While Tywin sat rethinking your marriage proposal to Lord Whitehill.
"Very." Tyrion says noticing their sister's jealous glare.
"Shame you are betrothed Lady Y/N." Elijah says twirling you and you smiled up at the Lord.
"It is not set in stone my Lord. I just haven't gotten other offers." You tell Elijah getting a coy smile from him.
"Then may I add my proposal?" Elijah asked you kissing your hands making you flush nodding.
---
"He is so attentive of her. Agree sister?" Tyrion says joining Cersei with Jamie seeing Elijah tucking a rose behind your ear.
Kingslanding was gossiping how you were set to marry Lord Elijah. Tywin finding him a better match for you since a marriage between you and Elijah would benefit the Lannisters. Cersei was seething watching you walking with Elijah in the gardens.
"Yes, shame father ended her proposal with Lord Whitehill." Cersei tells her brothers eyes darken when you shyly kissed Elijah's cheek.
"Well good thing he did. I heard some unfavorable things about the Lord." Jamie says seeing you lead Elijah down to the beach.
Elijah was surprised that you wanted him to meet your dragon. He still had to thank Oberyn for introducing you both and also talking the Lord up to the Lord Hand. Rovas raised his head seeing you.
"Rovas! Meet my beloved!" You tell the dragon as Elijah flet his heart burst at your words. You gently pulled Elijah closer and the dragon stared at the Lord then lay his head back down.
"He is quite the dragon." Elijah says placing a hand on Rovas while dragon watched you lean back against Elijah's chest.
"He trusts you. Rovas didn't allow Lord Whitehill near me when I had them meet." You tell Elijah smiling knowing Rovas was very protective of you.
"I should make sure he all he needs up North." Elijah tells you kissing your hand eyes twinkling seeing how you brighten.
---
Vaesa stood next to her husband getting teary eyed as Elijah kissed you making you his wife. Vaesa was happy you were marrying an honorable man unlike Lord Whitehill.
Of course the Lord tried to say he took your maidenhead after a drunken night. Tywin nearly ran a sword though Lord Whitehill for the lie if Jamie and Tyrion hadn't stopped their father.
The feast was lovely and you were enjoying the attention Elijah was giving you that was until Joffrey ruined it. The boy King came walking up to your table with Lord Whitehill.
"Time for the bedding ceremony! Now dear Lady aunt, I hope y........" Joffrey was cut off when Elijah placed his sword on the table eyes dark.
"Touch my wife and men will lose their hands." Elijah said coldly and Tywin stood up.
"Maybe there is to be no bedding ceremony. We should allow the new couple to retire." Tywin says as you took Elijah's hand taking him to your wedding chambers.
---
You woke feeling arms tighten around your waist and smiled remembering what happen. You had consummated your marriage to your new husband. Elijah hummed enjoying the feeling you kiss his face.
"Good morning my beloved wife." Elijah sounded sleepy and his voice sounding husky. Elijah pressed more kisses on your bare skin and touching what ever he could reach.
Morning beloved." You say rolling over kissing Elijah. You giggled when Elijah rolled you both over trapping you under him. Elijah nuzzle your neck pressing closer to you.
"Shall revist last night?" Elijah teased you making you flush wrapping your arms around his neck.
"Yes...my Lord husband." You said shyly pulling Elijah closer as you both indeed revist last night.

INFO ABOUT MY NOVEL
"The Oath" is a fantasy story about Rova Korter, a young half-elf who has been tasked with assisting Orianne Korter in the weeks leading up to a town-wide festival.
Rova is a member of the Caretakers, a group of people dedicated to serving the town of Dolwell.
The Mayor of Dolwell, Timothy Elris, is holding a festival in honor of the 400-year founding anniversary.
Orianne Pyrrhus, one of the original founders of the town, is very long lived indeed. He had lived for a few hundred years even before the founding of the town, alongside his partner Malakar Hancock.
In the present of the novel, tensions are high in the town as feuding factions are doing everything they can to bend the ear of Mayor Elris, trying to influence his vote over a kingdom-wide debate. Rova is pulling double-duty between her job as a Caretaker and personal assistant to Orianne, on top of her goals of becoming a sorceress.
i am currently writing draft 2 of "The Oath" and hope to have it done before the end of 2025!

The Legend of Zelda: Real Courage 2: Dark Mirror | Chapter Twenty-Six: Captive
Rova reappeared in her room where LiLink still guarded Zelda. Zelda shuddered when she saw her own face on the lifeless doll that was ZaZelda.
“What have you done to Zale?” she demanded.
“Nothing,” Rova replied, “yet. This is merely yours and his shadows, fused just like LiLink. I call them ZaZelda. What do you think?”
“I think you’re a monster,” Zelda retorted. “What’s your plan? Why are you doing all of this?”
Rova snarled at her. “My plan was to take over the kingdom of Hyrule, but that doesn’t seem to be working. I have been planning for too long to see it all end like this. Now, what am I to do…?” The last part she seemed to say to herself.
“There’s no shame in surrendering,” Zelda suggested dryly.
“I will never surrender!” Rova growled. “Be quiet, girl. Don’t make me kill you. I might still need you.”
Reluctantly, Zelda stayed silent. She didn’t see how arguing would help her situation. She waited for Rova to speak again.
Finally, Rova said, “LiLink, tie her hands behind her back. We’re going to get you a sword.”
Zelda didn’t understand what those things had to do with one another, but there was nothing she could do. She swallowed nervously when LiLink bound her hands. She noticed Rova was packing up her things. Zelda knew the artifacts they had collected were in that bag. Her eyes widened at the thought of the Fierce Deity Mask. What was Rova planning to do with the mask? When worn, it could give the bearer immense power.
“That mask is sacred,” Zelda cried. “What do you think you’re doing with it?”
“LiLink will wear it, won’t you, my pet,” Rova said.
“Yes, ma’am,” LiLink said sounding hollow.
“No!”
At that moment, someone pounded on the door.
“Open up!” a guard shouted.
“Perfect timing,” Rova said, smiling. “Stand back, everyone. I’ll handle this.” She opened the door and shot out an icy blast from her staff. Zelda heard shouts of surprise get cut off. Rova then stepped out of the room and disappeared from view for a moment. She carried a sword when she came back. She handed the sword to LiLink.
“Come now,” she said, raising her staff. “We must leave before they recover.” The mist surrounded all four of them, Rova, ZaZelda, LiLink, and Zelda, and transported them just outside of the Desert Mine. The sun was just starting to set and the full moon could be seen at the opposite end of the sky.
“Where are we?” Zelda asked, looking around at the desert surrounding her. There was a boulder the size of a house next to a set of steps leading down to a wooden door.
Rova answered, “This is where I sent Link and Lila. They have the Master Sword. We need the Master Sword. Simple.”
A thrill of excitement shot through Zelda at the thought of the two heroes being alive. Thank the Goddesses they weren’t transformed into LiLink!
Rova sat on a rock. “May as well get comfortable,” she said. “We might be here a while. I sent them deep into the Mine.” She made a fire appear to keep them warm in the night air.
∴
Lila and Link broke all of the pots in the room before leaving. They seemed to be in a treasury there were so many pots. They collected several rupees and found some floating hearts that healed their cuts when touched. There was even a treasure chest containing a map of the mine.
“This would have come in handy the last time I was here,” Lila remarked as the two of them looked over the map. “It looks like we’re in that weirdly shaped room there.”
“This one?” Link asked, pointing. “Yeah, good guess. Then we just need to go… where exactly?”
“Well, the entrance is a circular room,” Lila said. “It has a ramp around the edge. Here, hold the map for a minute.”
Link took the map from her.
“There,” Lila pointed, “that’s the entrance.”
Link whistled. “That’s a long walk. We better get going.”
“Look, there’s a secret room marked ‘treasure’! And it’s on the way!”
“No, it’s not. We have to go around. See?”
“Oh, you’re right. We’ll just leave it be then, eh?” Lila said, elbowing Link.
“No, we can take a detour…”
With that plan in place, Link rolled up the map and stuffed it into his pocket. Then they opened the door, with Link in the lead.
“Keep your distance from me,” he cautioned. “Then if I get stunned, you won’t.”
“Good plan,” Lila said, surprised.
“I told you, I know how to deal with them.” He sneaked out of the treasure room, keeping his eyes peeled for ReDead Knights. Lila waited for a few seconds and then followed him out. Link peered around each corner before moving on. At one point, he waved to Lila for her to come closer.
“What?” Lila asked.
“We have come upon our first enemy,” Link said. “Use Fi’s magical attack on that guy.”
“Okay,” Lila said and stepped around the corner. As the ReDead Knight prepared for a scream, Lila sliced the Master Sword horizontally, just like Fi instructed. A blue-white arch appeared and cut the Knight in two. It dissipated into nothingness.
“Good job!” Link praised.
They continued like that through the mine. Sometimes, Link would attack a Knight that was looking in the other direction, and sometimes Lila would use the horizontal slash. Every now and then they consulted the map to make sure they were going the right way.
Finally, they reached the other treasure room where they filled their pockets with rupees and healed up with floating hearts. They didn’t need much healing because they were so good at defeating the monsters of the mine.
Once that was done, they made the climb up the ramp of the entrance. When they finally opened the door, the moon was high in the sky.
Suddenly, they were encased in ice. Lila shivered and felt that moving would free her. Eventually. Link walked into her field of vision. No, wait, that wasn’t Link. He – or… it – tried to take the Master Sword from her, but it was just as frozen as she was.
“We can’t get the sword, Mistress,” the entity said in a haunting voice. It seemed to ring in Lila’s ears.
“Pity. I suppose you’ll have to fight for it,” came a female’s voice. It was Rova’s.
At this point, Lila broke free from the ice. She swept her sword up at the ready, anticipating an attack. Instead, the fake Link walked over to Rova, who handed them a mask.
“No!” the real Link shouted. He ran forward but was too late.
The fake Link put the mask on and transformed. They became bigger, burlier. Their tunic turned pale blue, and armor appeared. Their sword grew as long as they were tall. The sword made a helix shape with blue and white parts.
“Link, what’s going on?” Lila asked wearily.
“LiLink has put on the Fierce Deity Mask,” Zelda said. Lila looked at her in surprise. She hadn’t seen her there. Next to her was a false Zelda.
Zelda continued, “Be careful! They’re more powerful now!”
“So you’re called LiLink?” Link remarked, taking up a ready stance. “You don’t deserve to wear that mask!”
Quick as lightning, LiLink struck at Lila. She had just enough warning to block the attack, but it made her stumble back, almost falling into the hole of the mine’s entrance. Before she regained her balance, LiLink struck again, meeting the Master Sword with a loud clang. Lila fell to her knees under the strain.
“Leave her alone!” Link shouted. He attacked LiLink’s back, aiming for an area without armor.
LiLink seemed unfazed as they whirled around and attacked Link. Link held up his sword to block.
The distraction gave Lila time to recover and stand. She made a horizontal slash, unleashing the blue-white wave. It struck LiLink in the same place Link had hit it.
LiLink spun around to face Lila again. This time she was ready for their blow.
Attack after attack, Lila and Link battled Fierce Deity LiLink. It was even harder than when they dueled each other. LiLink was stronger and faster than them. Had Lila or Link been on their own, they would have been overwhelmed. As it was, they barely held back LiLink’s strikes. At least their teamwork allowed them to land a few strikes of their own.
Zelda watched in fear. She wished she could do something, anything, but her hands were still bound behind her back. What could she do, anyway? Maybe take Rova’s staff. But then what? She had no idea how to use it. She wished she had her weapons. She knew how to use those.
Rova smiled throughout the fight. Even if LiLink failed, she could use her own power to finish off the weakened heroes. Of course, if Lila and Link did somehow win, Rova would be without a champion. Maybe she should step in before that happened…
Lila, Link, and LiLink started showing signs of wearing down. They were all panting heavily, and they had numerous cuts and bruises. Lila’s horizontal slash no longer worked. Link had a frustrated look on his face. Even LiLink looked worse for wear. They bled the most out of the group.
Deciding now was the time to interfere, Rova shot a fireball at Lila.
Lila screamed and fell, her tunic on fire. She rolled on the ground to smother the flames while Link fought on his own. Rova wasted no time and froze Link, allowing LiLink to land a devastating blow.
“Link!” Zelda cried, tears springing to her eyes.
With Link down, LiLink turned to Lila, still on the ground. Lila crawled backward, careful to keep a hold of the Master Sword. LiLink approached slowly, menacingly. They knew they had won and snarled.
“Give us the sword,” LiLink said.
“I’ll die first!” Lila declared.
“Fine.” LiLink lunged at Lila, who threw her sword up just enough to avoid being skewered.
“Stop resisting,” Rova called out.
Lila thrust her sword so that LiLink lost their balance. She quickly stood up and went in for another attack. This one was blocked, though.
Link was down but not out. His left arm hung uselessly by his side. After Rova’s attacks, he knew he had to take her out if they had any chance of winning. Her attention was fully on Lila, so Link was able to sneak up on her. He gave her a mighty slash, and she fell with a shriek.
“Traitor!” Rova gasped. She shot a fire blast at Link, but he dodged easily.
“You’re the traitor,” Link yelled back. He struck her again. She used her staff to block. Link deftly swept her staff out of her hands and pressed his sword to her throat. He said, “Call off your dog!”
“Never!”
Link slashed and Rova dissolved into thin air.
“You did it!” Zelda cheered.
Link looked at her, having forgotten she was there. He hurried to her side and used his sword to free her.
“Now go help LIla. Quickly!” Zelda said.
ZaZelda came forward to stop Link, but he shoved them away. Zelda picked up Rova’s staff and aimed it at ZaZelda. A deadly icicle shot out and hit ZaZelda. The puppet turned black and then dissipated into smoke.
Meanwhile, Lila was doing all she could to not get killed. She kept giving ground, leading LiLink in a circle. Link hurried to intercede.
“‘Bout time!” Lila said.
“I was busy,” Link said.
“So am I!” Lila countered.
The two continued to fight LiLink.
Zelda ran over to them and aimed Rova’s staff at LiLink. A fireball shot out and hit them in the head. Lila and Link each gave one last slash, and the abomination was gone. The Fierce Deity Mask fell with a clatter. Zelda picked it up with reverence.
“Did we really win?” Lila huffed.
“Yeah,” Zelda said quietly.
Link cheered. The three hugged each other. Tears streamed down Lila and Zelda’s faces.
And then they had a grueling walk home.

Antananarivo is the capital city of Madagascar, in the island’s Central Highlands. Overlooking the city, the Rova of Antananarivo palace complex was the center of the Merina kingdom from the 17th century. It features wooden houses and royal tombs. The pink baroque Andafiavaratra Palace sits in the nearby Haute Ville neighborhood. In the city center, heart-shaped Lake Anosy is ringed by jacaranda trees.

So I’ve recently gotten into @jojo56830 ‘s @linkeduniverse comics and I inspired to make this. This was ORIGINALLY just something I thought of as an AU of the AU (lol) like what if they ran into a trio of hero were one of them looked REALLY “familiar” to them but then it just spiraled into it’s own thing with a backstory after I did Zelda’s pic so...here it is! Lol
I might make more pics down the line if people are interested!
Here’s a few ideas I had for this AU: This AU would be set in the same Hyrule as seen in Breath of the Wild only in the future, around 500-600 years after the Era of the Great Calamity.
- Gerudo -
Over the years, new surprising developments have started happening, including the fact that more and more MALE GERUDO have been born over the past couple of decades. Instead of a single male being born ever 100 years, it’s now become males being born every 25 years! The Gerudo didn’t know how to deal with this new development; the elders saw this as a bad omen since the birth of Male Gerudo’s have historically meant ruin. Some elders wanted to banish any male Gerudo born from the territory entirely while some more extreme elders wanted them to be taken and killed. So a schism occurred within Gerudo society. Regardless of gender, the mothers didn’t want their babies taken from them. Some were willing to relocate but other wanted to remain in their homeland of birth. So the Chieftain decided the best solution would be to have a 2nd Village erected a far south of Gerudo Town near Arbiter’s Grounds where males and females could live in peace, while the original Gerudo Town would remain female only. Both town have remained friendly with each other over the years and recently talks have brought up the idea of relaxation the Female only rule of North Gerudo Town to allow males and ultimately unify the two towns.
- Sheikah -
After the Age of the Calamity had passed, the Princess Zelda of that time decided to implement Sheikah technology to be a part of society again. While at first the technology was only available to the Military, smaller sections of Sheikah tech became available to the public such as Travel Tablets (a lesser version of the Sheikah Slate Wild!Link has, able to display maps and hold a small amount of items), Pictographs, Mass produced “Sheikah Charms” (A modified version of a Sheikah Stone that allows people to talk to each other over long distances), medical advancements and even took part in constructing a mass rail system that spreads across the entire Kingdom. Because of these advancements and support from the royal family, Kakariko Village has since evolved into a City where all these things are manufactured.
- Yiga Clan -
Although Calamity Ganon was destroyed, the Yiga Clan has remained loyal and devoted to their goals. After the defeat of Master Kougah, they were left leaderless until a new leader arose by the name of Madame Rova who introduced them to dark magics. She is Hyrule’s Most Wanted Criminal for crimes against society and the attempted assassination of the modern Queen. Their original Hideout was raided and destroyed by the Gerudo long ago but some say they just relocated further into the deserts to the West...
- Gorons -
The Gorons played an integral role in rebuilding most of the greater structures in the kingdom of Hyrule after the Era of Calamity finally ended. They were also responsible for introducing the idea of implementing a mass rail system to Hyrule. They laid down the tracks, carved tunnels and built the bridges necessary for the project while the Sheikah created the technology for engines to use energy OTHER than bombs to propel the engines and carts forward. As a side note, in modern times, the Bolson Construction has become heavily associated with both Hylians and Gorons. After the Age of Calmity, when the Princess was looking for volunteers, the Goron Greyson and Hylian Hudson were the first to volunteer. When Bolson got word, he volunteered to help with organizing the following Goron workers in the restoration efforts. As a result, the main office for Bolson Construction is now located at the base of Death Mountain, specifically, next to Lake Cephla.
- Other Areas -
Akkala Citadel has been rebuilt into a Knights Academy and military installation for the Kingdom where Hylian Knights are trained. Because of this proximity to Tarrey Town, the town also expanded as more people came to help in rebuilding the Citadel. In modern times, many people in Tarrey Town sign up for the Knights Academy. Strangely enough, this may also be the reason why many Knights have names ending in “Son.”
The Great Plateau was resettled and the Temple of Time was restored to it’s former glory. Many people make a pilgrimage to this temple to worship the Goddess and give thanks to the Princess and Hero that saved the world from Calamity Ganon.
The Rito have made a name for themselves by becoming the Postmen of Hyrule. Because of them being able to fly high above the Kingdom, they can deliver letters and small packages quickly and safely across long distances.

OC-OCTOBER 2020 DAY 1 - Chains
aaand i’m kicking off my sixth oc-october! this year i will be creating new OCs again, and even bring back some OCs from waaay back when i was a teenager! just... updated, and cooler lol
for day one, say hello to Rova!
Rova/28/Gay
a sootdragon from the volcanic wastes of the northernmost continent of the demon realms. sootdragons are actually a subtype of fire demidragons, with somewhat more monstrous limbs, dark red to black scales and the abily to produce fire from their hands, tails and horns as well as their fire breath.
Rova is 10′10″ and spent the first few years after hatching from his egg all on his own. he eventually was adopted into a small fire dragon settlement and got taught how to talk, though he can’t write or read. he’s got a short temper, but he’s pretty nice, if a little simple-minded. he left his village after hitting the growth spurt that made him go from 5′8″ to eventually his full height (like a scaled-up human, not just “stretched out”) but eventually got captured by a human “kingdom” because he killed some of their lifestock.
now he’s chained up in the dungeons since they plan on using him as a bartering tool for dealing with other nations (especially other human settlements, other dragons, elves and orcs) and he can’t escape because his shackles are fully fireproof
he’s gonna get out, eventually, cause he did nothing wrong and i feel bad if i let innocent characters suffer lmao

Do you ever think about some instances of the Butterfly Effect? Like, you’re sleeping in your bed, and…
Andriamasinavalona died in 1710 when one of his wives, Rasolomananambonitany, inadvertently pushed him from the elevated bed where they slept. He was buried in the royal tombs located at the Rova of Antananarivo. After the king’s death, and in opposition to his expressed wishes, his sons forsook the concept of unity and instead fought one another in an effort to expand their respective realms. As a consequence of this decision, the Kingdom of Imerina fragmented and was wracked with conflict for 77 years.

My new hobby is trying to figure out the Yu-Gi-Oh timeline. It's a mess. We're never given a general timeline for where these kids are in their lives.
Seto Kaiba was in a coma for six months and, in that time, a new school year began. Espa Rova says that Pegasus has been missing since Duelist Kingdom "a few months ago". And it's two months between the final showdown between the Pharaoh and Yami Bakura. I think I heard Dark Side of Dimensions (which I don't personally take as canon) is supposed to take place six months after the end of the series and everyone is about to graduate high school at that point.
And that's it. Everything else is up in the air. Who knows when anything else takes place in relation to anything else.

Madagascar’s last Queen..... Queen Ranavalona III (November 22, 1861 – May 23, 1917) was the last sovereign of the Kingdom of Madagascar. She ruled from July 30, 1883 to February 28, 1897 in a reign marked by ongoing and ultimately futile efforts to resist the colonial designs of the government of France. As a young woman, she was selected from among several Andriana qualified to succeed Queen Ranavalona II upon her death. Like both preceding queens, Ranavalona entered a political marriage with a member of the Hova elite named Rainilaiarivony, who in his role as Prime Minister of Madagascar, largely oversaw the day-to-day governance of the kingdom and managed its foreign affairs. Ranavalona tried to stave off colonization by strengthening trade and diplomatic relations with the United States and Great Britain throughout her reign. French attacks on coastal port towns and an assault on the capital city of Antananarivo ultimately led to the capture of the royal palace in 1895, ending the sovereignty and political autonomy of the century-old kingdom. The newly installed French colonial government promptly exiled Rainilaiarivony to Algiers. Ranavalona and her court were initially permitted to remain as symbolic figureheads, but the outbreak of a popular resistance movement – the menalamba rebellion – and discovery of anti-French political intrigues at court led the French to exile the queen to the island of Réunion in 1897. Rainilaiarivony died that same year and shortly thereafter Ranavalona was relocated to a villa in Algiers, along with several members of her family. The queen, her family and the servants accompanying her were provided an allowance and enjoyed a comfortable standard of living including occasional trips to Paris for shopping and sightseeing. Despite Ranavalona's repeated requests, she was never permitted to return home to Madagascar. She died of an embolism at her villa in Algiers in 1917 at the age of 55. Her remains were buried in Algiers but were disinterred 21 years later and shipped to Madagascar, where they were placed within the tomb of Queen Rasoherina on the grounds of the Rova of Antananarivo.

Insect-like creatures, aliens to the world of Rovas. Came from an asteroid that landed somewhere in the open desert of the kingdom, and have spread far and wide. They have initially been hiding from the Rovas, but now are under the protection of the Ground Rovas in the Situ Rainforest once they found out about the Idegen’s healing abilities.

The Kingdom of Thornvale: Rebuilding Haven
The month of Rova, 4711
Early in the month of Rova, after meeting with the People's council and discussing among themselves, the Lords of Thornvale issue two decrees: First, that all available resources be put towards rebuilding portions of Haven that were damaged or destroyed in the recent owlbear attack, and Second, that the kingdom should expand westward, towards a site of quality stone to be used as building material.
Once issued, the Lords set off to their own devices. Evrin spends the majority of the month taking a census of the folks around Haven, gathering details about them. A brief visit to the Sootscale Kobolds by Evrin to inquire about the so-called Ironskin Kobolds uncovers some information. Though not intimately knowledgeable about the Ironskins, Chief Sootscale indicates they live somewhere in the mountains southeast of Haven, and for some bizarre reason, many have wings. The Sootscales are not particularly on good terms with the Ironskins, mostly due to their obsession with and worship of Dahak, but the distance between the two tribes has thus far kept them from open conflict.
Saryn dedicates the month to acclimating the owlbear cub and the wyvern hatchling to the people of Haven ( and visa versa!). By months-end, the townsfolk have grown used to the Lord and his menagerie. The owlbear cub too, has become comfortable with his new master and all the humans. The wyvern hatchling, however, has found a near-permanent roost upon Saryn's shoulder.
A watchful eye around town reveals that very few of the towns immediate residents seem particularly suited for hands-on care of the young creatures. However, a number of the more transient hunters and woodsmen that wander in and out of town seem like they might be strong candidates; a few have dogs or ferret companions; one in particular walks with a wolf.
Saryn’s nightly performances near Svetlana's grove under the summer night soothe tired muscles, and the commoners seem to enjoy the Lords being back in Haven after many months of far-ranging travel. Indeed, Saryn realizes that many faces are new to him, and that the little village of a few dozen has grown substantially.
Karis, too, spends time with his wyvern hatchling, and while it slowly begins to recognize the elf, there seems a distance between them - something holding them apart. The creature seems to regard the warlock with a cool skepticism, though it happily accepts food offered. A few attempts to "play" with toy animals results in their destruction, and once shredded and recognized as non-edible, the remains are quickly discarded.
Observing some of the citizens, Karis quickly identifies several individuals with qualities he is looking for: Tech'lahi, the elven huntress, certainly seems a patient and intelligent woodsman, and her refusal to 'settle' into Haven certainly seems to be in part some level of wanderlust. In addition he hears of Lady Arein Marie Garess’ recent departure from Haven to travel the lands of Thornvale, offering her aid where she can. Beyond that, there are many hunters and woodsfolk who wander in and out of Haven. They seem to perhaps 'fit the bill' for a refusal to be tied down. Their loyalty is largely unknown, but they may be useful from which to pull a number of individuals for 'grooming'. No obvious individuals with any skill as a alchemist or apothecary pass through Haven, however.
Nightly meditations by Karis to connect with his patron and uncover more information on the Taldan Crypt reveal nothing but a dark Kamelands sky with the lights of Haven in the distance. In fact, the pull of the raven Queen has never felt more distant, as if the warlock were being snubbed. His mediations often leave him feeling restless and tired rather than refreshed. These recent changes seem in some part related to the disappearance of the previously-ever-present raven companion.
Stonewalker takes a quick visit to the Old Lady Beldame, in the swamps south of Haven, and despite his best efforts, isn't able to garner much response from her. After acknowledging his initial greeting with a rough You again?, the strange woman shutters herself in her hut leaving nothing but the clattering sounds of some unknown activity to fill the air. Returning to Haven, the gnome meets Evrin to discuss on military affairs, engages with Arna in matters of the People's council, and begins work on the long-promised clock.
Arna, unsurprisingly, tackles her work with the tenacity of a dwarf. She throws herself with gusto into helping the town rebuild, and garners much appreciation and praise from the commonfolk for her efforts. By mid- month, most of the folk are taking direction from the dwarf on what to do, and there seems to be a growing support for stronger, stone-based construction of town structures.
By mid-month, with most of the hardest work complete, Arna leaves town with Hoff and Ardbeg, returning to town several days later with some strange plants, a sapling, and a number of slabs of fine granite. The trio set to working near Svetlana's Grove, carving grand relief images of the Lord Armauk in several memorable moments of his life. The stonework is quite amazing, as Arna's skill comes to life. Joined late in the month by Jhod and Justynia, the townsfolk gather for a commemoration ceremony of the new memorial. Jhod's blessings and prayers grace the memorial, turning a small coachwood sapling into a grand, majestic and mature tree, and tiny fangberry shrubs spring to full bloom, growing as much in mere minutes as they would in a year.
The following morning, the town is amazed to see standing beside the memorial, a fully grown Whitetail buck, nuzzling the carvings of the fallen priest. The creature paces proudly around the stone relief, vocalizing loudly with grunts and bleats. Then, just as suddenly, the deer ran for the city wall, leaping over the 15 foot tall palisade in a single bound, and darting off into the hills. The sign was undeniable. We are blessed by Old Deadeye, muttered the commonfolk, and for weeks thereafter one could find fresh flowers placed daily in respect at the memorial.
By the end of the month, Haven looks to be nearly fully restored, save for some patches of dirt not yet grown over by grass. The new sections of the palisade appear strong, Havenhall patched and restored to its original self, and many new cottages dot the area around town. In addition, small signs pop up around the popular destinations in town reading NEW TO THORNVALE? PLEASE CHECK IN WITH CEDRIN.
Also in the final week of the month, surveys return from east of town, claiming a job complete, and turning in their surveyor's maps. Haven seems bustling with energy, as fall harvests start rolling in.
Turn 14; Lamashan, 4711 AR
Petitions:
Cedrin the Steward informs the lords that a strange red kobold has been seen wandering around town. He is decidedly not a Sootscale or Ironskin, but has been hiring adventurers from the local Guild Hall. He does not seem to be causing trouble, but is an oddity attracting some attention from the commoners.
Cedrin the Steward informs the Lords that Roy and Latricia Rezbin have left Haven.
Cedrin informs the Lords that several individuals have taken to daily prayer at the memorial site to Lord Armauk.
Odis of Blackstag has sent a petition requesting use of the unused supply stockpile (retrieved from the dwarven ruin) to build a pier/docks. Many of the womenfolk have taken to fishing in Candlemere as a means to replace the hunting gains from their deceased menfolk, and such a structure would help keep the village alive.
A missive from Corax Timber Co. reports sightings of a strange beast in the wood near the logging camp. Corax has stepped up patrols, but wanted to inquire if any similar sightings have been reported elsewhere in the wood.
Edicts:
You may issue two (2) edicts for the month of Lamashan

Madagascar: Nature’s Paradise
Madagascar Cartoon
King Julien (the lion): Welcome to Madagascar. Marty the Zebra: Mada-who-ah? King Julien: No. Not who-ah. As-car Culled from the 3D cartoon, Madagascar
Welcome to Madagascar, a country made popular by the 3D cartoon, Madagascar. Since the film, many have warmed up to the idea of spending their holidays in the country that is located in the fourth-largest island in the world. Previously known as the Malagasy Republic, its rich history tells of a story of the prehistoric breakup of the supercontinent Gondwana, Madagascar became a place of its own about 88 million years and witnessed humans settle in between 350 BC and 550 AD. Because of the uniqueness of this island, about 90% of its wildfire cannot be found anywhere else. Here are some of the exciting places you don’t want to miss:
Avenue of the Baobabs Is Madagascar’s first natural monument and one of the most visited areas on the island. The centre of attraction, baobab trees, are about 2,800 years old. Interestingly, a love story follows two baobabs twisted into each other. Legend has it that two lovers betrothed to others sought the help of the god to make them stay together. The god granted their wish and turned them to baobabs trees. Their god also blessed them with children which are the baobab trees that can be seen in this region.
Rova of Antananarivo This royal palace was once the home to the sovereigns of the Kingdom of Imerina in the 17th and 18th centuries, as well as of the rulers of the Kingdom of Madagascar in the 19th century. The palace sits atop the Analamanga, one of the highest hills in Antananarivo.
The Rova held various important structures including the wooden-built “Queen’s Palace,” a cross-shaped wooden house, and nine royal tombs. It might interest you to know that the Malay people were way ahead of their time as the walls surrounding the village where it lies was constructed with a mortar made of white eggs and lime.
Tsarabanjina Asides the 3D cartoon Madagascar, no other place evokes such nostalgia like the Tsarabanjina, a small island in the country.
Perhaps, it is best remembered as the island that played host to BBC’s Joanna Lumpley after she explored the island which has now been taken over by a hotel that still preserves the island.
Arboretum d’Antsokay Enjoy the wonders of the Arboretum d’Antsokay, a botanical garden located near the city of Toliara in Madagascar. With over 900 plant species, over 30 species birds and reptiles as well as almost extinct animals such as the radiated tortoise, the Arboretum d’Antsokay boasts of having over 90% of them peculiar to Madagascar and welcomes you with its red sand.
Ankarana Massif Special Reserve Looking for where to find a lemur? Look no further than the Ankarana Massif Special Reserve. Despite their look, they are friendly and are only searching for water. Amazingly, there are also, in abundance, yet to be described as blind fish. Giving these fish a name might just be the Eureka moment you have been waiting for. What is more? The Massif contains the longest cave system in Africa.
Ile Sainte Marie Behold the Ile Sainte Marie where the waters are clear and perfect for snorkelling. If you are looking for some history of the waters, you will find the wrecks of pirate ships that attacked the Ile Sainte Marie during the 17th and 18 centuries. Be sure to visit during the Summer when whales migrate to the waters.
