The Eye is a small and mysterious islet located in the delta of the Parana river, between Buenos Aires and Campana, in Argentina.  It is a thin strip of land and nearly perfectly circular in shape, measuring 120 meters in diameter,  Most unusually the island frequently rotates on itself. It floats between the clear and frozen waters of a pool that is completely unique to the area. It would be deemed a fake if not for Google earth footage showing its movements 🌏

something something to the great western woods i give you king edmund the just. the woods are deep and dark and the trees are so old that the size of them blots out the sun. the forest floor is dark and cool even in the height of summer under the worst of the sun's heat. something dies. something eats. something is born.

in the west lie narnia's lungs.

something something the telmarines gut the woods for lumber. until the forest floor dries up and the sun reaches burrows and nests and birthing sites. until the earth is spotless and the animals call to each other no longer. until venturing into narnian woods is no more than strolling into the carefully curated strip of trees by the castle.

El Ojo ("The Eye") is a circular floating island located within a circular lake in Argentina's Paraná Delta. The island, which measures 387 feet in diameter, is almost a perfect circle. Since it constantly rotates shearing occurs around its outer edge, which gradually erodes the island and will make it smaller over time. It is unknown when or how the island was formed, but it is known to have existed since at least 2003, when it was first captured in Google Earth imagery.
