What cute kids
Happy 7 years to kindergarten 1, what a game that brought many amazing people together
Tumblr media
Original photo, the og redraw and no filter
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is a game that I hold special to my heart, and I hold the people in this fandom in my heart. It's such a small and sweet community in a big, scary world, everything is nicer here and I hope it stays that way.
rambles under the cut, just about the art fyi
I put a lot of thought into this art. It's a piece that makes me happy to redraw, just the kids being happy.
By a lot of thought was how the kids were interacting. If they're not touching another kid, they're staring at them. Buggs looking at Austin's being a little shit(affectionate) and Jerome staring at Penny for example.
I kept some parts from the original, just switching some things around. Carla using Monty as a headrest, Nugget hugging Lily(one of the few things that stayed from the original and the redraw) and Kidd staring into your soul.
In the redraw, each kid has their own eye shine, some have similar ones, Buggs and Lily are the biggest examples imo, but they all have their own. Biggest examples are Monty and Nugget, with a dollar sign and M for monstermon respectively.
All of the kg3 kids have black eyes(taken from the sprites) but like I do with Kidd in aus, they have another color for pupils and highlights.
Emmy having brown, Austin is purple, and Davey has those blue eyes, you know the ones.
It was just nice to do this art for this game again, and sense I brought it up in the kg server.
This photo was taken moments before Felix was pulled up to the front by Austin and chaos ensued.

happy pride! no matter your gender or sexual orientation, I hope you can find happiness in your life, even if it seems impossible right now
i really wanted to paint this since about march, but haven't really found the time to do so. at last, i finished it before the end of pride month.
the two girls are dressed in traditional Slovak folk dress, or kroj (traditional folk formalwear) from Piešťany region. Piešťany and the nearby village of Krakovany have one of the most gorgeous forms of kroj in the entire country and for a long time, dolls dressed in this style of dress were gifted to foreign delegations to represent my country. the same country that won't represent people like me
it is a form of reclamation, in a way, to depict sapphic love in this dress. we're here, and have always been here, even if the rest of the people will deny us our existence. this is for all my fellow queers living through being a hot point of debate during elections. you are seen and you are loved. you are part of this country, and you are part of our culture, and the culture belongs to you just as much as to everyone else
i love you, and stay safe

Lace Harding 💚 Dragon Age: The Veilgaurd.
[Image description] A digital realism painting of Lace Harding from Dragon Age. Harding is painted from the bust up, she is wearing white shirt with floral detailing around the collar with a light brown leather bodice with brace studding and a halter beck straps. Harding's ginger hair is pulled back in French braids, with her fringe falling in front of her face a little. She has green eyes and is looking off to the left of the image. her fair skin is cover in freckles, across her face and down her neck and chest that is visible. She has small sparkly star freckles lightly peppered across her cheeks, as well as opaque stars on her face and neck, which are golden and bronze in colour. She has several healing scars across her face, a small one on her forehead and chin and a larger one across her right cheek. Harding stands in front of a blurred background which has pink flowers hanging from the ceiling above her and a mottled background with light pouring in from behind her, lighting her hair up with sun flares going from right to left.
