if he’s in his incarnation as the bear then bears are pretty strong and they have teeth, as shah zaman he killed A Lot of people, and as the pusher he killed pearl

Rose: Got scammed by an actual bear and took like six lifetimes to kill one (1) person. That being said, she does kill that person in many ways, and has experience in all forms of killing from guns to hiring subway assassins to drowning someone in a river.

Anatole: Is in the army later, though admittedly he’s not very good, I believe he loses a leg in the only battle he fights. The only way he could possibly win is if he had Dolokhov on his side. That being said, he did fool Natasha as well as his wife, and I’m fairly sure he’s slightly more intelligent than a bear.

I think Rose could probably beat Anatole in a physical brawl, and she could definitely kill him if she had a gun or something. But she might be a little less well-equipped in a battle of wits.

Love love love how in Midnight (a scene that comes right after the 11 o'clock number, btw, but that's a post for a different time), Pearl/Gelsey describes Rose as her sister, lover, child, and best friend. And never once as anything negative. Rose and Pearl ruined each other across several different timelines, and it's implied that they'll continue to do so, but Pearl still loves Rose. She never says "you're my enemy" or anything along those lines. She only uses positive terms to describe the relationship.

They never hated each other. Even when they did.
