okay but before getting to the story... Lily and me are both mad we don't get to wear turtle-necks all year around without dying.

NOW to How I Went To Florence and Got Scammed. So basically a friend, my sister and I had been planning this trip to go to Florence since perhaps may or June. We were supposed to go from Sept 27th to Oct 1st and we had the tickets to the most important places already, we had booked an apartment in the center, the flights... everything. So we wake up at 3:15 in the morning to go pick up our first flight to Rome and then we wait an hour in Rome and pick another flight to Florence. Is all going great, we are wrecked but happy, is the first time we make a trip all three of us together.

We get to the apartment and we realize that we don't know the number of the apartment. Nor the name of the person who rents it. But there is the contact number and the email on the info of the website we made the reservation in, so we call, and we call, and we call.... My sister's phone battery died down from calling and she only answered one (1) time to scream at us to check with Booking (not the website we have reserved with). So we are left stranded in the middle of Florence with one big luggage and three backpacks and nowhere to sleep. My parents and my friend's parents were panicking, of course, and the website we made everything with was trying to relocate us.

They sent us an apartment and it was 60kms away from Florence. Neither of us has licence nor car. We are still with nothing and is around eight pm. We've been in Florence since 10am. All the places were up to the brim, there were no rooms for less than a hundred euros the night, my parents are freaking out big time... And long story short we resorted to take a plane back to Barcelona. We arrived at Barcelona at one am more or less and reached a hotel at three am (24 hours with a wink of sleep for me because I can't sleep in planes because lovely health issues are horrible)

The website apologizes and the next morning when I wake up they've sent me another good hotel to stay for the rest of our trip, but of course, we are not in Florence anymore. So I went to Florence, ate a pizza, got scammed and went back :)

Victoria would 100% jump in puddles and stomp on dry leaves to hear the crunching. When they go on a run, you bet every break is spent like that.

Lily has THE dark academia Fall aesthetic, and she's deeply aggravated that she can't wear her turtlenecks year-round. Her go-to is a form-fitting plaid skirt in brown tones, black stockings, brown Oxford shoes and wine red turtleneck.

Annabelle would definitely wear a vampire costume. She already dresses in all black, so she would probably pick some clothes she already owns, add fake canines and then paint her lips red with fake blood drops.

A fun question popped into my head while I was watching old twisted wonderland gacha videos.

What would happen if other Twisted Wonderland characters overbloted ?

How difficult would it be to deal with them ?

How would their unique magic work in this state ?

So I have decided to make a list of headcanons for all of the non-overblot NRC students answering those questions.

Heartslabyul

Ace Trappola ❤️ :

-considering the fact that he doesn’t have his unique magic yet, he would be less difficult to deal with then others.

- But his wind magic could make things get out of hand so he still remains a threat.

- There’s not much I can say about him tbh.

Deuce Spade ♠️ :

- Already more of a problem than Ace !

- Not only is he more used to fighting without magic.

- But his Unique Magic [Bet the limit] would allow him to stock up all the damage dealt to him only to send it back to his attacker twofold.

- You would have to BET your life every time you attacked him, the only way to stop him would be to keep hitting him and hope you beat him before he releases your attacks back to you.

Cater Diamond ♦️ :

- 1 overblot is already bad.

- Now imagine that Overblot duplicating itself, all of its copies having the same abilities as the original.

- Cater’s [Split Card] boosted by the Phantom would make him an absolute nightmare.

- And he’s also pretty skilled in magic due to him being a third year.

- Let’s not forget that Cater canonically beat Floyd with his Unique Magic, He is not messing around !

Trey Clover 🍀 :

- ALSO A MASSIVE PROBLEM.

- Trey’ s [Doodle Suit] allows him to overwrite any element he chooses, including other people’s magic (As seen against Riddle’s overblot during Book 1).

- His Unique Magic is OP in this scenario especially when it is boosted by the Phantom.

- Imagine not being able to do anything at all against Trey, if it’s THAT boosted even Malleus could potentially be weakened.

- Also a 3rd year like Cater so he is definitely more adept at using magic than a regular 1st or 2nd year.

(- side tangent : In the English Manga of Twisted Wonderland, Trey’s Unique Magic is called [Doodle Suit] in the 2nd volume but it’s changed to [Paint the roses] in the 3rd volume. Like, make up your mind.)

Savanaclaw

Ruggie Bucchi 🍩 :

- Remember when he could control an entire crowd of people with his Unique Magic after drinking a potion from Azul ?

- Imagine how many people he could control now that he has a constant buff from his Phantom…

- That is terrifying.

- He could use your friends and family as a meat shield, he could force you to kill them.

- If he overblots at least one person is going to die or be severely wounded.

Jack Howl 🐺 :

- Physically speaking, Jack could do a lot of damage.

- And he can definitely maul someone by transforming into a wolf with [Unleash Beast].

- But other than those, he would be similar to Ace in the way that he is not that OP compared to others.

Octavinelle

Jade & Floyd Leech 🦈 :

- Hear me out, they would definitely overblot at the same time.

- And there would be hell to pay.

- Jade’s [Shock the heart] won’t be useful in battle, but Floyd’s [Bind the heart] would allow all attacks to miss both him and Jade.

- And while you could potentially make that magic fail by making Floyd demotivated. Something tells me that Jade might be able to make sure THAT doesn’t happen.

- They have been working together since they were born and have survived a brutal ocean. They can work together almost perfectly (as seen in the Octavinelle book)

- I also believe that they would revert back to their mer-form like Azul did and therefore be just as fast on land as they are in the sea.

(- also it’s implied that Jade chose Floyd out of all his siblings and both of them either killed/canibalized or let their siblings die. The Ocean is its own kind of unforgiving jungle.)

Scarabia

Kalim Al-Asim 🔱 :

-Kalim’s overblot would be sad not because of his backstory but because unlike the others overblots.

- He would (un)consciously use his Unique Magic [Oasis Maker] (a symbol of life) to drown both himself and everyone else.

- After all he can fill up an entire dried river while using very little magic, imagine that paired with the Phantom Boost.

- He would probably overblot because of guilt or pent up sadness and that would lead him to…

Flood the whole world with his tears.

Pomefiore

Rook Hunt 🪶:

- While not physically dangerous, Rook is an excellent hunter and manipulator.

- He knows almost everything about everyone.

- He knows how they look, how they act, who they cherish most and what their weaknesses are.

- His objective would probably be to capture every person that he finds ‘beautiful’ and to try and keep them by his side forever like precious art pieces.

- FULL ON YANDERE

- Worst part is his Unique Magic [I see you] allows him to know EXACTLY where you are. And you won’t know if you you have been targeted by him since it’s magical signature is extremely weak.

- It also works on objects !

- Even if you manage to hide somewhere he can’t reach, he could still use a family member or another loved one to lure you out.

- He’s not scary because he is super-powerful, he is scary because he knows exactly what you are going to do and how to exploit your weaknesses.

Epel Felmier 🍎 :

— While normally he wouldn’t too threatening due to him being a weaker magician than Vil.

- His Unique Magic [Sleep Kiss] allows him to trap people/robots into crystal coffins that make the victim fall asleep.

- They would be forever trapped inside a glass coffin making them unable to be hurt but also unable to stop Epel.

- The only saving grace is that Epel’s Unique Magic has a 75% hit rate. So there’s a 25% chance that he misses. It’s better than nothing !

Ignihyde

They technically both overbloted. So….next.

Diasomnia

Lilia Vanrouge 🦇 :

- Him overblotting would probably make all of his magic come back as if he was in his prime.

- And Lilia is scary powerful to begin with but he can potentially go toe to toe with Malleus if he has both his experience as well as his original magical and physical abilities (as seen in Book 7).

- His Unique Magic wouldn’t be very useful in this case but he is still a very big threat to everyone around him while he’s in Overblot.

Silver (Vanrouge) 🗡️ :

- Similar to Jack in the sense that…

- While he is physically powerful (swordsmanship and being taught by Lilia) and is probably extremely adept at using magic.

- I don’t think he is too much of a threat since his Unique Magic [Meet in a dream] only works if he’s asleep and won’t affect anyone who is awake.

- So unless his Unique Magic somehow becomes like Malleus (makes everyone fall asleep/ traps everyone in a dream) or he overblots while everyone is asleep.

- He won’t be too much of a threat unlike others.

Sebek Zigvolt 🐊 :

- While less powerful than Silver and less adept at magic (according to book 7 anyway).

- Sebek’s [ Living Bolt] would make him a bit more threatening due to his Unique Magic allowing him to turn his body into lightning allowing him to be faster and stronger.

- And while the boost will make it so he can use his magic for longer periods of time, I have no doubt that it would cause him so much pain that he would be weak enough to be defeated.

Here we are, my hand hurts and I spent two hours on this !

Kiyoshi figured out the Sickbay and called Ji Ho in to find a cure for his travel sickness. They were just starting with some tests and it isn't necessary for Vlad to be here. But they couldn't bring him to leave Ji Ho. So vulnerable and exposed to Kiyoshi and Jeb.

Since Jeb is a healer too, and designated as engineer, he joined them to operate the unknown devices. The Bond was raging and Ji Ho shot glances over to Vlad. Trying to reassure him over their connection.

But Vlad couldn't be calmed, he can't even look at Ji Ho. Even though he knows there is never anything going to happen between them. Does he, though? He'll never forget how wildly fascinated Ji Ho was by Kiyoshi in the beginning. And the glances he often shares with Jeb... And Vlad also didn't forget how intimate Jeb and Ji Ho had been when Jeb entered Ji Ho with his magic to find out more about that spell. So Ji Ho just hoped this would be over soon. He planned to spend some couple time with Vlad later. To show him he's his and his alone.

Meanwhile at the Bridge. Jack and Sai are on duty. (And the bots seem to plot something down in the engine room? ö.Ö') Sai completely snapped out after Jeb's revelations and is getting lost in his books. Not willing to think about his crooked real life... He lately discovered the stories from Cora Rose and he got addicted. At least the MC's in the books are able to overcome their hardships and have a happy ever after together. And he can feel the love between the characters. Ah, dammit. Now he cries again... He loves Jeb more than anything. Why can't they just be happy together, woohooing themselves into oblivion? Why???

Jack is worried about his oldest friend. Usually Sai explodes, gets angry, screams, chases him until he's breathless and his anger eventually subsides. He can't stand seeing him so broken, sad and hopeless. Sai doesn't even want to talk about it. As soon as Jack scratches the topic, Sai just furtively wipes his eyes and says he's going to be fine, putting his nose in his book again... Lifting it up to his face so Jack doesn't see the tears rolling down his cheeks.

After their appointment in the Sickbay, Vlad and Ji Ho picked up their belongings from the cargo bay. Including their meteorites. Just to find out that they started to glow. But not like before at the Invisible Farm. It's different. They used these meteorites to teleport and they even opened portals to the otherworld. So the fear arises they would suddenly bring them somewhere else ö.ö Vlad: "There's never time to breathe, is there?" Ji Ho: "Let's bring them to the lab. Jeb and Jack could build a container or something. To keep them from - eh ... whatever they are doing right now."

Ji Ho was just about to ask Vlad on a date after they got rid of the meteorites, when Sai entered their quarters. His eyes still wet - but smiling manically... Sai: "Mind if I crash here? I... I can't ... And I don't want to... You know?" They know Sai and Jeb well enough and of course they know what happened, even if they don't know what Sai exactly was babbling about. So Vlad just said: "Eh - sure."

Ji Ho: "I'll care for him and you get those meteorites locked away?" Vlad sighed and just said: "Sure." Sai, in fake cheerfulness: "Don't mind me. I'm fine." That was it with their date. But of course they won't leave Sai alone in his misery. Ji Ho: "I'll make it up to you." And Vlad got a little nervous about the prospect.

I'm going to be perfectly honest and say that I've never written fanfiction. I do not know how to do the thing. And I have never written (or read) a coffee shop scene.

And honestly, I'm not very good at imagining AUs for my stories. Like, this is The Universe that things happen in. I can imagine alternate courses of events, but not whole other worlds. She doesn't want to hurt people, she wants to make them happy! Which isn't the way to go, and probably it was best if she didn't do those things... Especially because Ironhide hated that.

She was found in a pod as a protoform and was taken by the Autobots before the Decepticons could use her for experiments. She was not a kid by any means, she's fully capable of doing what her older friends do.

Hiii, Carmen!!! So nice to hear from you!

I'm mostly good, just very stressed for an exam I have at the end of the month! Studying for it has basically been my constant the whole summer.

Since I already went to Barcelona in January and will be in Madrid in November, I didn't travel, but I have a home in Mali Lošinj, on an island in Croatia, so I went there for a week with my family. It's always so nice, the sea is absolutely beautiful! While we were there, we also had a trip to Zadar, which is a city on the coast. Though I really wish I had a boat, because sailing around the islands must be the best experience!

How was YOUR summer? Any interesting trip? I remember you telling me you often go to Cádiz, did you go there?

2024 Altar Tour 3/4

Hi all,

Welcome to part three of my altar tour. In this post I’ll be going over my main work space where I do most of my practical magick, herb burning, etc. My altar is constantly growing and changing, so this is just a little snapshot of what it may look like at any given moment. I said in a previous post that I tried to take natural “unstaged” photos to show a true depiction of my workspace on a regular basis. My altar feels most like home when it is healthily cluttered. Everything you see in these images are thrifted.

So this is what my workspace looked like last night. You can see the devotional art I did for Father Lucifer (he loved it!! 😊) as well as my play collar sitting on a bed of rose petals surrounded by some crystal palm stones and skulls. The wine bottle is full of the moon water I use to fill the crystal bowl on my worshipping space.

Different tools get used for different workings. The sigil on written on the chalk board is to Mother Astaroth.

I keep many of my herbs in this closet here. This is also where I keep my chalk that I use to draw sigils and cast circles.

Typically, I keep another little shrine for Lucifer and Faviel here as well. Right now it’s a little scattered because I was doing work with him so our lovely friend Leviathan is occupying the space right now.

There you can also see a card from the Goetia Tarot for Goddess Lilith with some Kabbalah Jasper and sage.

On my crystal triangle I have a variety of crystals and spell ingredients as well as a devotional bronze lizard for Lucifer. The jar of grubs is for our friend Faviel (he really loves his grubs) The skull bottles also usually contain sun water.

And inside this gold box we have our witch bells which I intend to bless with Lord Paimon, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet. There is also a tetragrammaton that I don’t use often and a charm from the show Supernatural that I found in a thrift store.

6. special skill?

So Agatha has a thing for gardening. She hasn't killed any plant so far and manages to even make orchids bloom and survive the winter.

Elaine has a talent for drawing. From making all the symbols of her magic on her, she has developed a nice talent with the pencil as well.

Isadora has a lot of flexibility (she was a rhythmic gymanstics kid) and stamina from running every single damn morning no matter the weather or the conditions.

13. bed time routine?

Isadora has the longest one for sure. It involves showering all types of skin care and journaling, as well as reading.

Agatha doesn't have one per se, but she always makes sure to wash her face and teeth before bed.

Elaine is the type of person you see slumped over her desk at three am

21. eating habits like?

Isadora has a really strict balanced diet where she tries to avoid red meat and takes vitamins as well. Doesn't eat carbs at night and has an addition to spinach salads.

Elaine is guilty of snacking a lot and not always eating healthy. She is trying because she knows she has to be healthy if she wants to be the Heiress, but it's fairly common to see some kind of energy drink on her desk.

Agatha has a sweet tooth which usually means both Kit and her go out to have breakfast a lot, and she is pescatarian.

26. favourite place to travel to?

Isadora would love to go to Edimbrugh, but every time she tries to bring up to her mother the idea of leaving for a period of time on her own, Tifanny says no.

Elaine isn't really a fan of travelling, since she knows everything she needs is in Duskshore, but if she's forced to choose she would love to go somewhere sunnier. Like Italy. Or maybe Greece.

Agatha wants to go to Patagonia, in South America.

29. favourite colour?

Isadora's favorite color is yellow, even though everything she owns is pink.

Elaine would probably choose red but doesn't really think about it.

Agatha's navy blue for a certain someone.

38. guilty pleasure?

For Agatha is trashy 2000's rom coms. She watches them when she's feeling low.

Isa has a little bit more of expensive taste and everytime she's feeling meh she goes to the hair salon and does something to her hair (not dyeing tho, Tifanny would raise Hell if she did something that extreme... Although she nearly died when Isa cut it ear's length when she was 19)

Agatha likes to stress bake. And then eat it all. Sweet tooth, you see.

41. favourite type of music?

Isadora listens to pop mostly but also classical music if she needs to focus.

Elaine surprisingly loves techno the most.

Agatha moves through the alternative/punk/indie sea.

43. favourite aesthetic?

Elaine would be something like dark royalcore.

Isadora would choose either light academia or cottagecore.

Agatha would go for grunge.

44. fashion style?

For Isadora is either really preppy and formal or looking like a princess.

Elaine also dresses formal but while Isadora is more flowy fabrics and tull and lighter colors, Elaine's wardrobe is usually basics and a bit of a capsule one.

Agatha has a really basic style but knows her complements. You know summer is over when she takes out the thrifted denim jacket she's had for forever from the wardrobe.
