Well, it's a little hard for me to explain how to pronounce that name in the "exact Finnish way" since well, Finnish phonetics is confusing even to myself and Finnish is my native language, lmao. And even if I try pronouncing it myself in Finnish audibly out loud, my speech impediment makes me sound kinda like a pirate with my vibrating throat R-letter.... so it'd sound more like Rrrrrrr-roni.

But yeah, whenever I speak English, I just pronounce Roni as either "ron-ee" (as in Ronny, Ronnie etc.) or "ro-ne" (as in maca-roni), it really depends a lot and I accept both ways of pronunciation. Way easier that way, lol. I also sometimes use other nicknames for myself, like Henry, Bill, Viljami etc. Tbh whatever nickname is fine for me, idc lol, I love nicknames <3

hELLO I'm a young trans boy named Roni, but the issue with that is it often gets pointed out as a weird name, especially since it's pronounced like macaroni and like.. heck. I'm already out to my parents, so I can't really change it and I'm personally comfortable with it, it's just the constant judgement and having to repeat myself. A good chunk of people I know think my name is Ronnie. Another name I was considering is Roswell, but my mom hates that one and I'm already attached to Roni. Heckin.
