Xion and Axel originally came from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Even though they're Xion and Axel but they're not from the Kingdom Hearts story in Tsubasa of Phantasia.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (read "Kingdom Hearts Three-Five-Eight Days over Two") is an RPG developed by Square Enix and published by Square Enix for the Nintendo DS. It focuses on the life of Roxas between the end of Kingdom Hearts and the beginning of Kingdom Hearts II. It explores the time from Roxas's creation, to his daily life in Organization XIII, and finally until his confrontation with Riku that leads to his placement in the Simulated Twilight Town.

Rondoline E. Effenberg is a girl who travels through time, chasing Dhaos. Appears in Tales of Phantasia, and also Narikiri Dungeon X. She uses a whip sword and a throwable hatchet. She’s capable of using offensive spells as well as beating her enemies with swords and kicks.

So tonight the Japanese Tales fandom proved its far worthier than the Western one because on Twitter there's a huger amount of posts expressing excitement or interest in Rondoline E Effenberg's inclusion in Rays in JPN. Meanwhile western fans are too obsessed with Magilou and Rondy barely gets anything

Hell I saw at least three bits of fanart from JPN twitter users so clearly Japanese Tales fans are worthy people who recognise true beauty when they see it and whose souls aren't weighed down by gravity.
