FxM literate romantic roleplay

Muse A and Muse B have known each other since the first year of high school. Did that mean they were the best of friends? Definitely not. In fact they despised each other, a little something like academic rivals. And perhaps… Muse A always felt a bit attracted to Muse B but would never in a million years admit it. And maybe Muse B felt the same. Bickering back and forth until the day of graduation when they finally parted ways leaving all unsaid feelings behind. They never thought they’d run into each other again but it seemed like fate was playing a dirty trick on them when 7 years later… They meet at a rooftop party, a few drinks here and there and suddenly they’re at the nearest hotel doing the unthinkable. When the realization dawns onto them, they vow to never speak of it and to never cross paths again.

Until… Two months later, Muse A finds herself staring at a positive pregnancy test.

My REQUIREMENTS:

* literate, adv. novella style (3-5+ paragraphs), third person. I ONLY use discord.

* I’m looking for someone to play as Muse B character as I would like to play as Muse A.

* Your irl gender doesn’t matter to me, but I do prefer to write with female authors.

* Obviously MxF but I can make exceptions for other pairings as well.

* I want someone who’s open to playing side characters and can add their own plots to make the story interesting.

* I don’t expect multiple responses per day but if you’re not going to respond for a long period of time, please let me know and I’ll do the same. I’m quite busy with college and work but I really enjoy this hobby so I make time for it the best that I can.

F looking for M (or anyone willing to play a male character) Dark Royalty romantic roleplay

Plot: (childhood best friends to enemies to lovers): A story of two rival royal families, one kingdom from the South and the other from the North. They’ve bickered for years, making it impossible for anyone on either side to get along, everyone except them: muse A and muse B. Neither of them knew why it was so futile for them to keep their distance, but from the age of 6 to 18 they were the best of friends. Secret meetings at the local movie theater, hushed whispers between the castle walls, the late night drives as they sang their favorite songs at the top of their lungs. They both knew it was wrong, they knew if either of their families found out there would be consequences but there was no one else who understood him like she did and vice versa. She even promised to marry him when the day would come.

That was until his 18th birthday when he suddenly cut all contact with her. No explanation and no final goodbye, she was left heartbroken and filled with anger for the one person she once loved.

Now, after seven years it's time for both kingdoms to pass the crown to their heir. That being muse A and muse B, what neither of them expected was for a forced alliance between the two kingdoms due to an outside force. Because of this muse A and muse B are obligated to work together and be around each other’s presence despite the resentment they both have for one another.

A few requirements:

-I enjoy and I mean really enjoy playing side characters. I feel like our characters don’t have to interact with each other ALL the time to make the story fun and playing side characters gives good insight on our characters life/personality too :)

Late for the Meeting

Kanade knew she should have went to the bed last night instead of staying up late guarding the entrance.She’d been awake for two days straight, and her mind was going absolutely crazy from it and now the Foundation was calling all the Rings for a emergency meeting.

Kanade yawned, and rubbed at her face with one hand as she stepped out from the in-between. She closed her eyes tight, and when she opened them again she was in her room.

Her bedroom, which had become more of a sanctuary than anything else over the past three months. The walls and ceiling were lined with shelves filled with music , books, clothes, and even a few framed pictures, each one labeled carefully with words like “family” or “friends” and ‘home’. They looked so innocent, but they held so much truth, and sometimes Kanade just wanted nothing more than to grab a handful of those pictures and bury herself under them.

She looked the time and frowned. She should probably get dressed if she was going to be on time. It wouldn't hurt to eat something first before meeting, though. "Maybe...just a quick nap," she murmured.

There was no sense in stressing herself when she hadn't slept properly in days. It'd be best to try and get some rest while there was still time, since it would only be another half hour or so until the meeting started.

She stretched lazily, and turned towards the wall of windows overlooking space. There, among all of the other art that adorned the walls of the bedroom, was her most favorite painting ever. A picture of her mother, standing tall and proud next to his dad who wore a suit much too big for him, both of them smiling happily.

"Miku set time for 1 hour..." Kanade mumbled to her AI companion as she moved towards the windows. "That gives me enough time to get ready.

"Kanade moved to her bed, flopped onto her back and sighed into her pillow. She took a moment to gather her thoughts and then sat upright, pulling her legs under her body and stretching once more.

Her muscles ached in protest against the sudden action, but she ignored them with practiced ease. After all, she'd done this countless times before, after all.

"Just a quick nap...just a little...." she muttered again as she laid down and curled up. It wasn't long before her eyes slipped shut as well, and soon she was fast asleep.

Kanade felt shaking and the sound of someone calling her name.....
