Sorachi's Character Pack for Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers

Over the past two months I've been working on porting over my SRB2Kart characters to Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers, and all 10 of them have been fully ported and approved for release!

Everyone has been adjusted to drive the new karts and have received lots of little improvements, with Asha and Pepelogoo also receiving a complete resprite! You can download them in the link below!

So, Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers finally released yesterday, and my God, does the years worth of effort and passion show. (Go heccing play it, it's so fun and chaotic).

Among the many addition and improvements it made over OG SRB2Kart, I think my favorite presentational addition is the added hitstun. Alongside the new hitsparks and Street Fighter 3 sound affects, the massive pauses when you make contact with something really makes it feel like you just got your shit rocked, or that you seriously just rocked someone else's shit. It's a really satisfying change, in my opinion.

I think this is the first time I’m showing my face on tumblr-before anyone asks “waaa why aren’t you censoring it?” I honestly don’t care lol and some of these pics it be hard to hide it-but here’s me cosplaying as Ryoma in his Armageddon pilot suit! Technically I need the bandages and the wig-the latter I have, the former I can get but probably should do that soon lol-also missing the little yellow circles on his chest but I can maybe glue those on but either way I’m super happy how this looks. My irl friend dyed the pants and shirt for me-who was also someone I got to watch Armageddon with me!-so I couldn’t be more grateful. This’ll be for a con in about a week even if it’s right before I start college again-rip-but I’ll make sure to send pictures about that when it happens.

Demoman: No way. The "Crash Team Racing" on PS1 is better! But "Nitro Kart" is pretty good too of my childhood instead of "Tag Team Racing"

Medic: Oh, and I'm sure that "Resident Evil 4" leaves tons of weapons for its characters between all of the world! Right, Scout?

Scout: Honestly? Both of 2005 video game suck. "Shadow The Hedgehog" is leauges better.

i know why i started calling him Ring Fucker but the unintended side effect of what it sounds like it implies has been. The other day we were talking about character mods for dr.robotnik's ring racers and other sonic race games and I said a sentence "Why didn't they put Ring Fucker in the Ring Racers mod" and a tiny voice inside my brain said "they didn't want him to fuck the rings". Well. You (my brain) and I both know that that's not what he does nor does anyone else outside of 3 of your friends call him that but thank you anyways. Anyways look at this ygo characters mod for Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart it doesn't have any bakuras in it nor is it for dr.robotnik's ring racers at all but it does have this fucking thing
