I’m grateful once again for another year as a cancer survivor.  In 2018, there were an estimated 18 million cancer cases worldwide.  The importance of early detection is important as cancer survival rates continue to improve.

Another year of being a cancer survivor and truly thankful.

This past year some more friends or their loved ones were diagnosed.  Unfortunately I also know some who lost their battle this past year despite the fight.  Some folks are just starting the battle after diagnosis.  Senator John McCain, an American patriot, is in our thoughts.
