"Parting is such sweet sorrow" Robby whispers kissing his Lover's forehead "If love be rough with you, be rough with love" his Lover whispers back slowly looking up at him. "Sin from my lips? O trespass sweetly urged! Give me my sin again" Robby held back his tears leaning down and kissing his Lover's lips sweet and gentle then sitting holding his Lover closely. "The course of true love never did run smooth" Lover weakly chuckles gently touching Robby's cheek "What stops me from joining you, in this painful fate?" Robby asks as he started to weep "Fore you must go on and live your life" Lover smiles weakly dragging his down Robby's jawline. "A life without you is not a life I want...you have made for the better" "And my time left with you is short but comforting...don't cry for me dear heart, I am but a footnote in your long life" Lover leans up a kisses Robby before abruptly falling limp against Robby. "I love you, and I hope to see you again..." Robby stands up with his Lover in his arms walking towards the battle field as he had to cross to get back to his side. He took a deep breath and started across the field as bullets ripped and ricocheted passed him. He was getting his Lover home one way or another. He let a shaky breathe escape his lips as a bullet grazed his cheek. He stiffens his upper body as he continues across the field feeling the blood dripping down his cheek. He froze in the middle of the battle field, his heart beating in his ear. He looks down at Lover's lifeless body, his body started to shaky now fully taking in the lost of his love. He closes his eyes closed tightly, just listening to the bullets whiz by him.

His memories of his time with Lover flashed through his mind then his eyes shot opened as he gasped for air suddenly he wasn't in the middle of he field he was back on his side with his group. "He lived as he died with his best friend" A voice said as Robby puts Lover down taking the dogtag and putting it around his neck. He slowly stood up as all he could hear was screams for a medic. "Sargent Greenfoot, get out there" "Yes sir" Robby held back tears and vomit as he went back into the field his cheek still bleeding, and his heart shattered.
