Hi!!!!! First thank you so much for the well wishes :) I’m fine!! I don’t mean for this to sound like. Condescending in any way but I am an adult so WP isn’t where I’m spending a lot of my time anymore, and my priorities are very much elsewhere. Nov 1 isn’t over per se but I probably still wont be updating for a while because it’s something I work on v sporadically, it’s very much a hobby fic.

I’m sorry to keep you waiting, but I’m glad you enjoy the fic!! That means a lot to me :) and it likely won’t take an entire other year for me to update, but please don’t expect anything soon 😭 like I said I have other priorities, most of them are other creative projects or school work.

As for plans for the fic, I’ve had an outline for the story + ending for a while now. We have definitely crossed the halfway point in the story. Some future plot points r where Witch came from, how Oscar feels about M/C, the existence (or lack thereof) of Oscar’s family, and …….. An ending. Maybe not a happy one

I was actually able to find free pdfs of the entire Percy Jackson and the Olympians AND Heroes of Olympus books in hebrew which is so great because lately i couldn’t find any good books in hebrew (other than children's books that are 10-15 pages) at the used books spot i usually visit (aka the flea market pfft) and now i have two full series??? Nov 16: There are some problems with the new campaign. Fahed and the campaign manager are currently trying to resolve it, so don't donate but also don't request a refund yet. They're currently taking donations in this Paypal (proof of legitimacy here).

Nov 10: Don't request a refund from the old campaign yet, the campaign manager is appealing the bank to lift the ban and get the funds out!

The old campaign was closed and its description links to the new one here. Read more about it here. At the time of closing, the campaign only needed €3,338 to reach its short-term goal. This is CAD $4,968, which is a goal of $87 + $4,968 = $5,055 in the new campaign.

The children catch colds living in tents, which are difficult to treat. My note: Medications are expensive, in demand, and difficult to find at times.

Priority: Fahed wants to rent an apartment to protect his family for ~€1,700 a month for at least 3 months. This would cost ~€5,000.

Food prices have spiked and even flour for making bread is not available. Milk for baby Yahya is expensive and difficult to find. The children are suffering from malnutrition.

Fahed has set a goal of €82,000 in his campaign to pay rent and feed his children. This amount accounts for extra fees.
