What's your spin on the tiger miraculous?

I've always been rather nebulous on what it means in canon so I just embrace the whole "Fire" thing it was given and give Roar dominion of the concept of ignition, covering sparks, flames and of course, mother fucking stars >:3

Which could also go all inversion and lead to black holes, or not.

This is what Siluri and I came up with! (For now, subject to change if needed lol). It draws on both the popular fanon powers of invisibility (zivazivc's camouflage being an example that comes to mind), as well as the Clout power seen in canon.

I think this does a good job of tying them up in a neat bow, lol. The urgency of the strike works to keep the OP-ness of invisibility in check—You can go invisible, but you're a ticking time bomb while you do. Perfect magical-girl-ification of tiger ambush powers.

Ice! Kwami Power ups! What better way to stay warm than the softness of fur? I changed some of their colors to be lighter since the colors that represent winter are mainly light colors with white. We’ll be seeing these power ups in Timey Wimey as well ;)

A miracle circus au fic

Not really any warnings apart from one mention of drugs and alcohol.

Marinette had always loved trapeze artists, the way they flew gracefully only to land with a firm grip. The tricks they managed to cram into their performances, each one as dangerous as the last.

They inspired her. Each and every time Marinette’s parents took her to the Miracle Circus the performances would inspire her so much she’d never forget them.

The sparkling outfits and the bright smiles, she wanted to be just like them.

Wanted to be just like Tikki, Miracle Circus’s best trapeze artist.

Tikki was always smiling, effortlessly pulling of the hardest of tricks, they knew exactly what they were doing and did it with ease.

You knew they’d been doing something they loved for years, the passion shone as bright as the stars.

Marinette wanted to be exactly like that, showing the world how amazing she could be and how bright she could shine.

Little did she know that dream would become her curse.

“You’re doing great little bug!”

Marinette stands on the podium, heart pounding, the adrenaline rush was somewhat fun.

She was here, performing for Tikki and the Miracle Circus, a dream come true!

Little bug had become her nickname as most could see her idol had connected with her instantly. Tikki had even said they might have found a successor!

What did bother her though was how she ended up here, one day she was at home, the bakery. The next thing is she's right in front of the big top with no recollection of how she ended up there.

However, her dream was coming true in a matter of seconds, and it was everything Marinette wanted.

Until Plagg bonds with the other newbie, Adrien. Who has a knack for getting them into all sorts of trouble when he drags her out to explore.

Between the clouds of smoke that come from Stompp's tent and the rowdy alcoholic that is Xuppu, they tend to gravitate towards the forest when they have free time.

Wooo! Marinette has a friend!

Marinette had been working extremely hard on her first live performance with Tikki. She'd been practicing the backflips and somersaults to make sure the crowed is impressed.

Whilst Adrien himself learns how to tame the beasts, working with Roarr and Sass who were always by his side in case the blonde lost all control and the animals decided to cause chaos.

It was both exciting and nerve wracking at the same time, but it was her dram come true.

Marinette wouldn't change it for the world.

Her parents had to be in the crowd, they knew she'd be here if what Mullo had told her was true, they knew she had ended up at the circus and were waiting to see their daughter.

It looked like the same thing was happening for Adrien too, he looked extremely panicked.

"My fathers in the audience, so's my aunt and my cousin. They found me."

Marinette places her hands on his shoulders, she needs to stop him panicking.

"Listen, I don't know why you're being like this all of a sudden. I need the cocky Adrien from rehearsals to come back and show them how amazing you are!"

The blonde's mouth is agape at her words, before turning into a huge grin. He pulls her close, a sign of gratitude.

"Come on then, I think the shows about to begin."

So the two of them walk out of the tent hand in hand, smiles on their faces, ready to face just about anything.

But were they ready to face the dark force that threatened to tear them apart.

okay, so first of all - I love, and they totally would

second of all, I reckon they'd adopt regardless as to whether they're able to have kids or not, and I reckon they'd adopt as many as they're able to, you know?

like Adrien would look at a child and see past their outward masks and would be able to see the loneliness and desire to be a part of a family - concepts and feelings Adrien can more than relate to - and he'd want to give them the home and family he didn't have, and he'd be all 🥺

and Marinette, who loves to help people and has a massive depth of love and care, and she knows they have more than enough room in the manor to give a home to these children (I'd imagine Adrienette would redecorate/rebuild the manor to bring more life and love to the place, and erase the taint that was Gabriel Agreste on the home, and would turn it into a place filled with good memories and love), and that she would do her absolute utmost to love and care for them and give them all the support, love, and respect her parents gave her and she'd be all 🥺

so Adrienette are just both going 🥺🥺🥺 and are trying to casually convince the other that adopting is a great idea, not realising the other is totally on board already (just because they're married doesn't mean the silly shenanigans wouldn't stop, naturally)

I'd also imagine that Adrienette wouldn't be picky about who they adopt, either - sure, they'd probably come up with a list of traits, ideal age-ranges, and other such things (Marinette was busy scribbling a mind map as Adrien handed her different coloured pens so she could colour-code it all while they were brainstorming), but I can imagine them not caring one iota about what they thought they'd be looking for if they found a child they really connected with.

Like, for example, I'd imagine that they might walk in to an adoption centre/orphanage type place, thinking they'd be wanting to adopt a little bubba (say between 1-3 years old), but then while they're there, they meet an older child (say between 8-13 years old) and they're just completely besotted with this child and are like 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 "omg I think we have just found our child" and after talking with the child for a while, they're like "we think you're wonderful, would you consider being adopted by us?" and they then are trying to be so cool and calm (spoiler, they're not, but they're trying their best to hide it) as they wait for the child's opinion.

Maybe it'd take a few visits and stuff for the child to decide whether they want to be adopted by Adrienette (as you said, the child has their own stuff to work through, and their Ladynoir-as-their-parents fantasy they have to come to terms with potentially not becoming a reality, considering this couple really wants them to be a part of their family), and so Adrienette is like "we totally understand this is a big decision, so please take as much time as you like to make up your mind", presenting themselves as patient and supportive (which they 100% are), but then as soon as they're home they're like "what colour do you think they like?", "should we start remodelling the bedroom? it's not too soon, right?", "they looked a little cold when we went over last time, should I knit them a jumper?" and can't stop thinking about this child they desperately want to adopt. Eventually, when the child decides they want to be adopted by Adrienette, the couple are over the moon, and have to hold back from throwing a massive party immediately in favour of helping their new child acclimatise to their new life (they're only able to hold off for about a week).

I can imagine that Adrienette try to keep the kwamis away initially from their new child, to give them time to adjust (and also try to figure out how to tell the new member of their family that they won't be at home during akuma attacks because they are actually the superheroes who fight the magical villains), but the kwamis are too impatient, and about 2 months in, Adrienette hear a loud BOOM from one of the rooms, and they go running to their child, fearing they were severely hurt, their hearts pounding, terror coursing through their veins, and imagination running wild with all the worst-case scenarios they could potentially encounter, when they discover their child happy and safe (despite the giant smouldering hole in the wall), surrounded by the kwamis, and turns to their parents and gets worried they're going to be in trouble, and is like "I'm so sorry! These little cute floating creatures came to visit me - I think they are called kwamis? and they're like tiny gods? they were super nice and cool, and I thought they were friendly, and Roarr was just showing me their powers - which are super cool, but I didn't realise it'd make a giant hole in the wall and I'm so sorry-"

and then Marinette sighs and is like "Roarr - we've talked about this; no using powers without a holder. Remember what happened last time?" and Roarr droops and goes "I destroyed Uluru." and Marinette continues to reprimand the kwamis for not listening to her, when the child eventually shakes off their stupor and turns to Adrien and says a clueless "what?", Adrien shrugs and goes "Two years ago we went on a holiday to Australia and the kwamis wanted to go, so they came with, but Roarr had too many durians and-" and the kid just goes "No, I mean, what's happening? Wait - you know the kwamis?" and then Tikki flies out of Marinette's pocket to berate Roarr when they hear an explosion go off in the distance and she tells Marinette they need to fix it quickly. Marinette, having completely forgotten that they haven't told their kid their secret yet, transforms into Ladybug, casts the cure and repairs everything), and then detransforms, only then realising what's just happened.

and that's how their child finds out they were adopted by superheroes.

tbh I really like the idea of married Adrien and Marinette adopting their kids. Both because it's kind of a flex on Gabriel and Emilie (who thought that the appropriate response to difficulty conceiving was to hunt down ancient magical artifacts and then create a magical son that they could puppeteer and control...... because adoption/surrogates were apparently.... beneath them. or something.) but also because I just think it'd be really cute.

Like, imagine Ladybug and Chat Noir, heroes of Paris, adopting Parisian orphans. imagine Marinette and Adrien struggling to get on the good side of a "difficult" traumatized child who used to spend their days in the foster system fantasizing about Ladybug and Chat Noir saving them without realizing the new parents trying to connect with them rn ARE Ladybug and Chat Noir. Imagine them fostering kids themselves and just being A+ stellar parents between Adrien's patience and Marinette's attentiveness and both of their affection. idk I just think there's a lot there and it could be sosososo sweet

The other thought I had for the ML ATLA AU was about the kwamis.

For Longg: he's a caretaker/guardian of the dragons and is the one who gave the Tsurugi's Tatsu's egg

For Duusu: Emilie's bending teacher. Emilie was one of Duusu's most promising students, and she has a fascination with the Spirits. She enlisted Duusu and Nathalie's help to go to some spooky spirit area like Hei Bai's forest that goes terribly wrong and puts her in her spirit coma. Idk if Nathalie has something to do in this AU already, but if not, she's a nonbender who got stranded in the Spirit World from the same incident. Duusu moved to the Southern Water Tribe to access the spirit portal and is planning an expedition into the spirit world to rescue her, and Felix is helping them prepare (and also possibly going with idk).

For Mullo, Stommp, Roarr, Sass, and Daizzi: I kind of like the idea that they were part of Lila's crime gang, but after she got kidnapped by team avatar, they'd just lost their frontman/leader and had to pick up work where they could. They ended out working for Bob Roth's fight club, not knowing that the participants are brainwashed.

Stommp and Roarr are security, Mullo and Sass run supplies and sell tickets, and Daizzi is like, an attendant who hands out snacks and does first aid. Sass bumps into Luka, looking for his sister on a supply run and that's how Luka finds out about this mess, and now the whole gang is committed to helping them take down Bob Roth from the inside. When they meet up with Team Avatar and see Lila with them, it's all one massive spiderman pointing meme, and the Gang decides to help them find some legitimate work as their next story beat after they finish rescuing the Fight Club members.

Oh love Duusu and Loong!

The other four I kinda debate on. I think Lila was mostly on her own, and the fight club thing..... yeah maybe they could be added to the list of fighters?

-Ohhh okay, starting out with the drama bomb

-So for those that forgot (Like me) Gabriel is sending adrien to London for Private school. And Adrien cant fill out the orientation form because of it

-Plagg... My boy. No cheese jokes.

-So all the students are stressed about the meeting

-Oh so Marinette also got the guilt that now that Lila is the class rep there will be some fishy business.

-Yea the jobs are what I would expect for Nino and Alya

-Ivan out here showing himself to be loyal af. All other men need to step up their game. Mylene showing ambition.

-Juleka wants to be a mortician. Sticking to your asthetic, but didnt she want to model? Or was it just to help her get out of her shell. Meh

-Sabrina wants to be a nurse,

-Yea, Marinette's worries are justified

-Chloé and Lila having Opposite goals, one doesnt care because she is rich, Lila basically wants to "Resolve everything" but thats a lie

-Adrienette cuteness!

-Adrien, you are going to have to tell her eventually

-You can screen shot this and write "Moments before a disaster" and it would be accurate

-And they are shredding them. Im not even surprised

-I will give this scene credit, Lila is absolutely HORRIFYING. I can see the next season's main villain already. Since I assume Gabriel is probably dying this season.

-Ah so none this matters. Because Andre is also being whipped.

-The magic reacts to emotion, which means... IF the person is strong enough emotionally to resist it. Then the charm has a purpose

So i think part of me really likes this episode, but also doesnt.

I like that Lila finally got exposed and Damocles got his redemption for his failures of the past. Going out like a G.

But all this stuff with Lila having ANOTHER life. Thats just nuts.

Thought about it for a bit for the AU, since Moro's pups have a consistent role in the film. Ended up picking Roarr and Trixx as their counterparts.

And I'm glad ml fandom isn't so hell bend in dictating people on what to ship because I've seen some people in Genshin/Honkai fandom in X agreed that people who make straight couple out of canon queer ship deserve to be harassed and that makes my brain goes brrr

Yeah the Miraculous fandom has bigger problems, I don't think most people care about others shipping tiny ships that they don't like, it's just really ignorable compared to other stuff.

Oooooh, we heard of the og kwamis liking certain Twst cast members. What about the reverse kwamis? Would which would be their new favorite holders(well out of reverse twst cast members if they could) had they managed to break free from the Supreme?

Starting off with waizz, they would like Leona actually. Mostly for that sense of protection and safety the latter has.

Dussu and Trix's favourites I initially wanted to be the ones that are holders of them in my ml hard au (maleidiazu version), but then I realised it would be spoiler for a big reveal in there so I decided against so.

Trix likes Epel actually. A bit devious, but who's gonna think this cutie could be a menace? :'3c

Dussu enjoys Deuce's company actually. He's a bit reserved, but he's very nice. :3

Pollen sticks with Malleus this time. That regal attitude he has it's fit for a 'queen'. (Maleficia is right there... -3-)

Noroo still is at reverse Gabe, bc reverse Gabe is an actual role model and responsibile kind adult.

Xuppu likes Riddle, mostly cuz he grew to be more of a joke enjoyer. Reverse Riddle always had some jokes to make everyone crack a smile at least. Ya know... A playful guy.

Kalki would enjoy Jamil. Jamil loves to travel and who else can house a majestic horse kwami than a guy who works for an influential and rich af heir.

Daisy ends up with Ortho. They are a very cute pair. :3

Ziggy likes Trey... And Trey is pretty creative with his pastries so ya know he would use the goat and create pretty good tools.

Roarr likes Rook! Rook is wild and untamed and Roarr likes it.

Long ends up actually with Idia. Idia was a pretty calm and rational guy. He has a hard time with a sword, but meh. Ya know... No one got cut in 2. :'3 (it's a reference to another MLB x twst au I have so :'3)

Fluff loves Silver for a reason different than just Disney princess vibes. I swear it's not just Disney Princess vibes.

Stomp ends up with Jack. :3

Mullo enjoys Azul the most. Just smol tiny lil mouse Azuls helping out people. :D

Sass chooses Sebek, for the sole motive that Sebek is very calculated and has a very precise approach to things.

Orikko ends up with Vil. Vil is now a bit more op :D

And Bark goes to our one and only Ace Trappola. One hell of a combo, but a pretty neat one :v
