The current feedback based on internal polling, “anonymous sources”, mail-in votes, and early voting and it’s scaring the shit out of the Deep State and their propaganda teams. Why the screaming? Why have they rolled out Hillary, Eminem, and more? Because the numbers are B-A-A-A-D for Kamala.

"Issam Hajjaj, 27, survived the massacre and spoke to Mondoweiss. 'We were running away from bombing and killing. In all directions, there was either bombing, an Israeli tank, or Israeli gunmen shooting at anyone in their path,' he explained. 'While we were running away from death, I saw dismembered bodies on the road as a result of the bombing, and I saw those who left their loved ones under the rubble and fled to save the rest of the family. We did not know from which direction death would come for us.' ... 'During our escape, we saw bodies being loaded into cars heading to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. Women were screaming in the streets, and children were crying and screaming,' Hajjaj recounted. 'I saw a family that was fleeing together. A shell fell on the father and killed him in front of his wife and young daughter. After the mother got up and carried her daughter, she discovered that her husband was killed; she left him on the ground and fled to save her daughter and herself.' Hajjaj explained that the targeted location was two buildings near Al Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat camp, but to reach these two buildings, the Israeli army destroyed an entire residential square.
... Tawfiq Abu Youssef, an 11-year-old child, sits in Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis where he was referred to for treatment. His face is bloodied and his eyes are swollen blue after he was pulled from under the rubble of their home in Nuseirat. He says he doesn’t know how he escaped death. ... 'Before our house was bombed, we saw people in the street across from our house on the ground cut up. We saw missiles hitting the people fleeing in the streets, how they cut them off, and how the planes bombed everything moving in the streets – cars and people. The street was full of people, and suddenly, all of them… They were on the ground, and smoke and blood filled the place. Everywhere we looked, shelling and shrapnel were flying.' ... The operation was carried out near a central market, where Amjad Abu Laban, 43, was selling some food items on the road. He survived death but suffered various injuries to his hand and foot. He says that everything started at once: planes, tanks, shooting, and people were in the middle of bombing and death and did not know how to react or where to turn.
'Intense bombardment began in several areas in front of us, around us, and behind us, and people began falling to the ground by the dozens near Al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat camp. Before our eyes, we saw bodies being torn apart and scattered on the roads, and we saw soldiers hidden in civilian clothes and in people’s cars running and killing everyone they met on their way without distinguishing between a child, a woman, a young person, or an old person. We saw the bodies of our brothers cut up, without heads, lying on the ground,' Abu Laban told Mondoweiss. 'These massacres that occurred before my eyes cannot be described.'
In the same hospital, Mahmoud Al-Hawar, 27, lies on his back as a result of an injury to his leg. Al-Hawar witnessed the massacre as he bravely attempted to save his family and neighbors from the bombing. 'The planes bombed our neighbors’ house, and there was a girl under the rubble screaming to be saved. I went with my friends to try to save her, but the rubble was heavy, and we could not dig her out or even lift it to reach that girl, so we waited until the civil defense team arrived. A large number of young men gathered to try to rescue them. But the planes bombed us,' he told Mondoweiss.
Al-Hawar recounted that he felt the missile hit him and his group of friends and they were thrown to the ground. Minutes later, Mahmoud regained consciousness and found himself covered in blood and saw his friends next to him, on the verge of death. 'Before we were bombed, if I told you that I saw more than 10 drones above our heads, you would not believe it. We were looking at the sky and did not know what was happening.' After the bombing, Al-Hawar tried to stand up to save himself and his friends. 'I tried to stand up, but I couldn’t. I was covered in blood. I looked at my leg and it was cut off. I looked at my best friend next to me, and I found him taking his last breath.'
Their injuries were all severe, and when someone arrived who could take them to the hospital, the five friends were placed on top of each other in a small transport truck, with Al-Hawar underneath them all. 'I was in pain from my injury, but I was feeling more pain because I could hear my friends pronouncing their martyrdom and taking their last breaths. All my friends were dying above me, and I was hearing and feeling everything. They were all killed. Some of them were martyred on the road before my eyes, and some of them died later.'
Al-Hawar agreed that the scenes he saw of the dead in the streets will never be forgotten. 'I have not slept since the incident. I cannot sleep. I cannot forget anything I witnessed and saw. I cannot forget the people who were running in panic and fear, searching for their relatives and families amidst the destruction and dismembered bodies.' Rescue teams are still working in Nuseirat with limited capabilities in an attempt to recover the bodies that remained under the rubble. Many residents remain missing due to the massive bombing in the area, and the many homes that were demolished, some on top of their residents. Many others were killed in the market as they tried to meet the needs of their families."

You know what, I hope she doesn't concede. I hope she waits until every single vote is counted. I hope she asks for recounts in the counties that are suspicious.
I don't know if there's enough votes uncounted to give Kamala a path to 270, but I didn't think I care. I just don't want to make it easier for them, I don't want to commit to "the high road" while they get throw vile garbage and get zero consequences.
I can only hope that the reason she hasn't conceded is that they're seeing something.
But for fuck's sake, don't make it easy.

“you thought wrong”

warning(s): cussing, angst, fluff
genre: angst & fluff
pairing(s): kk arnold x reader
“you thought wrong” masterlist
==================================
chapter 2: “you were right.”
==================================
when you woke up the next day it was 9:46 am, the first thing on your mind was kk. you tried hard to not think about her but damn it was hard as hell. you couldn’t help yourself.
symphony had texted you last night at around 3 in the morning asking if you wanted to go to a party, you obviously said yes and got out of bed to brush your teeth and eat breakfast. today was a lazy day so you had nothing to do until the party. you realized that symphony never told you what time the party was so you asked her and she said 6, it was still early in the morning so you decided to clean up your dorm. after you cleaned you took a short nap then after you watched tv. the whole time you were thinking about kk, you couldn’t get her out of your mind.
symphony texted you again at 4:30 saying she’s going to pick you up at 5:45, you replied with an ‘okay’ then got up off the couch to get ready. you took a shower then got out and found a cute outfit, a white tank top and a pink short, tight, skirt. you put on some mascara and lip gloss before grabbing your phone and wallet and putting on your white and pink air max 270’s. it was 5:40 so you just sat on your couch until symphony texted you she was outside.
you went out to the car and got in, greeting symphony with a hug. “so, i heard kk and her team are going too.” symphony informed you as she pulled out of the dorm parking lot. you smiled while thinking about kk and how you might be able to have an actual conversation with her tonight. “where even is the party?” you asked, symphony shrugged. “it’s a simple house party, i don’t know who’s it is though. i seen people posting about it on snapchat so i decided to go and take you with me as emotional support.” she answered, eyes not leaving the road.
“ooh, we should get ice cream before we go!” you suggested. “wait we should.” symphony agreed before finding the nearest ice cream place and going in. you two ordered your ice cream and sat down and ate. “the only reason i wanted us to get ice cream is because i don’t want us to be the first people there and look dumb.” you admitted, licking your ice cream. symphony laughed at this and continued to eat. when you were done you got back in the car and symphony continued to drive to your destination.
you guys arrived at 6:23 and the party was busy and loud, cars everywhere. symphony found a place to park a little bit of a walk from the house but not too far. when you guys got inside it smelt of alcohol and a hint of sweat. you and symphony went straight to the kitchen for a drink then to the dining room and sat down. people came and went from the dining room, a few greeting the two of you every now and then. you two talked about school and crushes and other life stories.
while you were telling symphony a story, kk came from somewhere in the house and sat in the chair next to you. “oh hey kk.” you stopped your story and greeted her, she smiled at you and replied with “hey y/n, how’s the party going for you?” “it’s lowkey a bit boring, me and symphony have been sitting here talking the whole time.” you replied honestly, symphony gasped, “wow so you’re calling me boring?” she held her hand to her heart and looked offended. “what? no!” you defended quickly, kk and symphony started to laugh.
“anyway, how’s it going for you kk?” you asked her, “it’s going good but talking to you has made it a lot better” she replied while looking you up and down, staring at you lips for a little while longer than anything, somehow you didn’t realize she did that. her comment made you smile and get a little flustered. “thank you.” you replied trying to hold composure.
it was obvious that the two liked eachother but you were both too dense to realize it. you two had been unintentionally flirting with the other for a good 30 minutes before kk left. you turned to symphony after kk left the room, “i actually don’t think i’ve met anybody stupider than you two. you both want the other but are too damn dense to notice, and you two somehow managed to accidentally flirt and STILL neither of you seem to realized you two were attracted to each other,”symphony lectured you while you just looked at her like she was dumb, “the amount of times she checked you out was actually outrageous, she stared at your lips more than your eyes. y/n shes clearly gay and obviously likes you, i seen it with my own eyes.” you had no words but after a few seconds you replied to her. “oh my God, symphony you don’t know that.” you defended kk, not knowing that soon you were going to find out some very interesting information. “you’re stupid.” symphony deadpanned.
“i’ll be back.” you told her as you stood up and walked to the bathroom to calm down. as you opened the door you seen kk and some random girl making out. you immediately slammed the door shut and walked right back down the stairs. the sight of her kissing another girl shattered your heart to pieces. you felt the tears well in your eyes as you went back to symphony.
“you were right.”
symphony stood up and took you outside. “what happened?” she asked when you two reached the car. “kk was in the bathroom with another girl, kissing her.” you cried out, reaching over the middle console to hug symphony in the drivers seat. “shh it’ll be okay. let’s go back to my dorm and watch some movies or something like that. sound good?” she suggested while running your back. you nodded your head and let go of her. she started the car and you two went back to the dorms, getting food before she dropped you off back at yours.
==================================
i’m actually so sorry for this taking so long to get out. i’ve been SUPER busy and i only write when i have free time, anyway i hope you enjoyed the 2nd chapter of “you were right” !! i hope you have a good day/night, love you 💋💋

my fav chishiya gif returns
first kiss
(word count 270)
there’s an odd sense of tension in the air as you look at chishiya. his dark eyes are alluring - almost daring you to finally take the dive and fall deep into them. you can barely feel the warmth of his breath from how close you are. you scan the birthmarks and freckles on his face. you picture them creating a constellation across his skin that matches your own, as if the fates are pulling you together.
“chishiya,” you whisper. your voice is low. your heartbeat pounds in your ears. the world around you slowly begins to fade. the only thing that matters is the man standing in front of you, looking into your eyes as if he’ll be able to read your mind if he searches deep enough.
“y/n,” he breathes. you hesitantly reach a hand up to push his bangs behind his ear, exposing more of his face. your hand hovers before his face before you rest it against the skin. chishiya doesn’t move away. instead, he leans into your touch. he tilts his head a little closer to you. “can i kiss you?”
your breath hitches in your throat. you haven’t been sure of anything since you entered the borderland until now. now, you’re sure. you want to kiss him.
you lean in to press your lips against chishiya’s in a sweet kiss. his lips quirk upwards as he reaches out to hold your hips, coaxing your body even closer. the world could have ended - the beach fallen, vegetation taken over the land, lasers killed everyone - but none of it would matter. because you were kissing chishiya.
"i'm here now"
(word count 342)
it’s late. too late. the sun has set by now. the stars have begun to twinkle in the sky above chishiya. he sighs, leaning back against the wall. you should be back by now. where are you?
an unfamiliar feeling of anxiety settles into chishiya’s stomach. he’s not used to caring about people. not like this. his mind is running like it always is, though it’s never felt so much like a burden before. chishiya had always prided himself on his ability to analyze situations. he could tell how someone was feeling, pick holes into any theories or ideas presented, find the most rational solution and use it to his advantage.
but right now, chishiya doesn’t want to be rational. all of the signs point to you being dead. why else would you be so late coming back? you’ve been missing for hours. it’s far past the evening now. even if you do come back now you’ll have to find the beach in the darkness.
he’s broken out of his thoughts by something moving. he only notices it in the corner of his eye, but it’s something - someone. he steps closer, squinting into the darkness. it’s you.
you’re limping along the asphalt of the road towards the beach’s hotel. chishiya simply stares at you for a few seconds. before he realizes what he’s doing, his body begins moving on its own. he’s running towards you, wrapping his arms around your waist, supporting your body weight against his own as you lean against him. dried blood stains your clothes and is splattered on your face.
“chishiya,” you sigh, clutching onto him. his mind is racing. instead of asking all of the questions that linger on the tip of his tongue, he pulls you closer. chishiya presses his lips against yours in a desperate kiss - as if you’ll disappear if he stops touching you.
his hands linger on your cheeks when he pulls away, wiping away the tears and blood from your face. “it’s okay,” he whispers. “you’re gonna be okay. i’m here now.”
"come back to bed"
(word count 291)
you groan as chishiya gently coaxes your body to the side, maneuvering your body so you’re laying on the bed instead of his chest. you reach out to grab him, pushing him back down onto the bed. chishiya sighs in defeat as you nuzzle your face against him, effectively holding him down with your own body weight. “did i wake you?” he whispers.
“you’re so warm,” your voice is muffled against his skin. “i always notice when you leave.”
chishiya hums, raising a hand to rub against your back. he gently scratches his nails against your bare skin. it feels so intimate to lay like this. your chest pressed against his own, blankets only pulled halfway over your bodies, sunlight streaming through the windows.
“we have things to do today.”
“we always have things to do,” you whine, shifting to sleepily blink up at him. chishiya lets a small smile spread across his face. “we won a game last night. let’s just stay like this for a while.”
you know you’ve won the debate when chishiya’s smile grows. he throws his head back to lean against the pillows. you smile yourself, moving upwards to press a kiss against his jawline before laying back down on his body again, this time with your head against his shoulder. “i hate it when you do this.”
“do what? cuddle with you? kiss you? force you to get a good night’s sleep?”
chishiya huffs, wrapping his arms around your waist. “you’re too cute to argue with.”
you can’t help being flustered, shoving your face back into the crook of his neck. “you love it.”
“i love you.”
you press a kiss against his neck, smiling when goosebumps raise along his skin. “i love you too.”
"are you sure about this?"
(word count 274)
“chishiya?” said man doesn’t even spare a glance at you as he continues working on yet another invention. his shoulders are hunched from how close he’s leaning in to see exactly what he’s doing. you can almost feel how stressed he is, even from across the room.
you lock the door behind you before stepping closer. you slowly reach out to press a hand against his shoulder, leaning down to see exactly what he’s doing. he’s holding an empty soda can, fiddling with a mess of wires in his hands. a bottle sits on the desk - something he stole from the mechanics. kerosene.
“you’re making another bomb?” this time he finally acknowledges you, albeit only with a small hum. unfazed by his dismissive behavior you reach over, slowly forcing him to set the wires down. chishiya looks up at you now, silently questioning what you’re doing. instead of answering you push his chair back.
chishiya’s hands ghost against your hips as you throw your leg over his to straddle his hips. big brown eyes blink up at you as you lean in, finally pressing your lips to his. it starts off innocent enough. sitting in chishiya’s lap isn’t an uncommon experience in your relationship. though things quickly become more heated when he leans up to press his lips against yours into a deeper kiss this time.
you’re nearly gasping for air when you finally pull away. his face has a light flush, disheveled blonde hair messily pulled into a ponytail. “are you sure about this?” you whisper.
chishiya leans up, pulling you into yet another kiss. “i’ve never been more sure about anything else.”
"i could stay like this forever"
(word count 338)
chishiya sighs as he enters your shared room. what was supposed a free day was quickly turned into an incredibly long bore when hatter called him and the other executives into meetings for everything he could think of. though pointless, not showing up would risk damaging his position of authority, small as it may be, so he reluctantly dragged himself to the room and sat around at a table for hours.
you’re sitting on the bed, already waiting for him. he raises an eyebrow at you, kicking his sandals off and stripping from his jacket. the beach’s air conditioning does little to cool him down after spending so long sitting around in a room. “i thought you were supposed to hang out with kuina tonight.”
“i was,” you sigh. “but that was when i thought i would be spending the day with you. besides, she’s hanging out with arisu and usagi tonight. something about wanting to get to know them better.”
chishiya hums, sitting down on the bed. you pat the spot next to you, gesturing for him to lay down. despite his questions he obeys, moving so he’s face down on the bed. you shift so you’re hovering over him, pressing your hands against his back. he groans, letting you massage the tension out of his muscles and shoulders.
after a while, chishiya sighs. you take the cue to move off of him, rolling to lay next to him. he shifts onto his side to look at you, reaching over to pull you into a kiss. it’s gentle. sweet. your lips quirk upwards into a smile when he pulls away. you take the opportunity to hold him down, pressing little kisses all over his face. chishiya laughs at the ticklish feeling. it’s a beautiful sound - one you don’t hear far often enough. when you pull away both of you look at each other with small, loving smiles. an unspoken agreement passes between the both of you. despite it all, you wouldn’t give this up for the world.

BOOK: Keeper of the Lost Cities
CHAPTER: Two
(141/270)
The next second was a blur.
The car swerved right—missing Sophie by inches—then jumped the curb and sideswiped a streetlight. The heavy steel lantern cracked from its base and plummeted toward Sophie.
No!
It was her only thought as her instincts took over.
Her hand shot into the air, her mind pulling strength from somewhere deep in her gut and pushing it out through her fingertips. She felt the force collide with the falling lantern, gripping on like it was an extension of her arm.
As the dust settled she looked up, and gasped.
The bright blue lantern floated above her, somehow held up by her mind. It didn’t even feel heavy, though she was sure it weighed a ton.
“Put it down,” a familiar, accented voice warned, bringing her out of her trance.
She shrieked and dropped her arm without thinking. The streetlight hurtled toward them.
“Watch out!” Fitz shouted, yanking her out of the way a split second before the lantern crashed to the ground. The force of the impact knocked them over, and they tumbled to the sidewalk.
Fitz’s body broke her fall as she landed across his chest.
Time seemed to stop.
She stared into his eyes—eyes that were now stretched as wide as they could go—trying to sort through the flurry of thoughts and questions swirling around in her head to find something coherent.
“How did you do that?” he whispered.
“I have no idea.” She sat up, replaying the past few seconds in her mind. Nothing made sense.
“We need to get out of here,” Fitz warned, pointing to the driver, who was staring at them like he’d witnessed a miracle.
“He saw,” she gasped, feeling her chest tighten with panic.
Fitz pulled her to her feet as he got up. “Come on, let’s get out of sight.”
She was too overwhelmed to figure out a plan on her own, so she didn’t resist when he dragged her down the street.
“Which way?” he asked when they reached the first intersection.
She didn’t want to be alone with him, so she pointed north, toward the San Diego Zoo, where there was sure to be a crowd—even during a firestorm.
They took off running, though no one was following, and for the first time in her life, Sophie missed hearing thoughts. She had no idea what Fitz wanted—and it changed everything. Her mind ran through terrifying scenarios, most of which involved government agents throwing her into dark vans to run experiments on her. She watched the road, ready to bolt at the first sign of anything suspicious.
They reached the zoo’s massive parking lot, and Sophie relaxed when she saw people outside, milling around their cars. Nothing would happen with so many witnesses. She slowed her pace to a walk.
“What do you want?” she asked when she caught her breath.
“I’m here to help you, I promise.”
His voice sounded sincere. Didn’t make it easier to believe him, though.
“Why were you looking for me?” She tugged out a loose eyelash, more than a little afraid of the answer.
He opened his mouth, then hesitated. “I’m not sure if I’m supposed to tell you.”
“How am I supposed to trust you if you won’t answer my questions?”
He considered that for a second. “Okay, fine—but I don’t know much. My father sent me to find you. We’ve been looking for a specific girl your age, and I was supposed to observe and report back to him, like always. I wasn’t supposed to talk to you.” He frowned, like he was disappointed with himself. “I just couldn’t figure you out. You don’t make sense.”
“What does that mean?”
“It means you’re . . . different from what I expected. Your eyes really threw me off.”
“What’s wrong with my eyes?” She touched her eyelids, suddenly self-conscious.
“We all have blue eyes. So when I saw them, I figured we had the wrong girl again. But we didn’t.” He looked at her with something like awe. “You’re really one of us.”
She stopped and held up her hands.
“Whoa. Hang on. What do you mean, ‘one of us’?”
He glanced over his shoulder, frowning when he spotted a crowd of fanny-pack-wearing tourists within earshot. He pulled her toward a deserted corner of the parking lot, ducking behind a dark green minivan.
“Okay—there’s no easy way to explain this, so I’m just going to say it. We’re not human, Sophie.”
For a second she was too stunned to speak. Then a hysterical laugh escaped her lips. “Not human,” she repeated, shaking her head. “Riiiiiight.”
“Where are you going?” he asked as she moved toward the sidewalk.
“You’re insane—and I’m insane for trusting you.” She kicked the ground as she stomped away.
“I’m telling the truth,” he called. “Just think for a minute, Sophie.”
The last thing she wanted to do was listen to another word he said, but the plea in his voice made her stop and face him.
“Can humans do this?”
He closed his eyes, and vanished. He was only gone for a second, but it was enough to leave her reeling. She leaned against a car, feeling everything spin around her.
“But I can’t do that,” she argued, taking deep breaths to clear her head.
“You have no idea what you can do when you set your mind to it. Think of what you did with that pole a few minutes ago.”
He seemed so sure—and it almost made sense.
But how could that be?
And if she wasn’t human . . . what was she?
