What a race! It wasn't pleasant (there area lot of factors that go into that), but I am so freaking proud of myself! 15 Half Marathons To Go!

First things first... let me get this out there. I am by no means a fabulous runner. You wouldn’t want me on your relay team. I am not fast. But what I do have is motivation and a passion to better myself.

So I guess that is where this crazy idea stems from.

If I could feasibly run a 5K and survive, why couldn’t I do the same with a series of half marathons?

So here I am. 

Through the next year I am going to go from Couch Potato to Half Marathon runner. I’m going to complete 15 half marathon races and earn my Rock n Roll Half Marathon medal of honor. 

I’ve lost 65 pounds this year and feel great. Why not do something to make me even greater?
