i would still listen to it sometimes, mostly when i was doing bad ngl like that was kind of its purpose, like that image of aoba dramaticalmurder (thatse his last name.) with headphones on the bed. so there's something personal about it but then again one of my reasons for loving him is that i see myself in him so there's that angle. to be honest i didn't feel this one was up to "standards" hxsfcy because 1/3 of it is the other playlist and there's a little too much oliver tree when i'm not even a fan (i still made the association with those songs) and sonically i wasn't sure it was coherent But!! listen at your leisure, now that i look at it i do like it :')

Jerry lifts his head and the world swirls dangerously around him. He grips onto the arm of the couch until the worst of the feeling passes, then smacks his dry mouth and tries to form it into words.

“Do you…” he trails off, rolling his tongue around his mouth before trying again. “Do you ever wonder about… having a vagina?”

Next to him, Rick snorts.

“Jerry, ‘wondering’ is what people who are too dumb or lame for ‘experiencing’ do.”

“Oh.” 

Jerry is taken aback. He stares into space as his drunken brain stumbles its way through the logic.

“Wait. So are you saying…” he strains until he swears he can feel the cogs turning in his head. “You’ve ‘experienced’ having a vagina?”

“Impressive deduction, Jerry.” Rick’s sarcasm is obvious even through Jerry’s haze of inebriation.

“But…” Jerry flails his arms around as if they might be less clumsy than his words and nearly knocks a beer can off the coffee table. “You have a daughter.”

“If I didn’t, do you really think I’d be tolerating your presence?”

“That’s not what I mean.” Jerry gestures vaguely again. “How… how-”

“Ugh.” Rick drags a hand down his face and shoots a portal into the floor in front of him, shrugging himself off the couch and into it. Jerry stares blankly until Rick reappears in front of him with a disturbingly gelatinous purple gun.

Then, Rick drops his pants to reveal his dick and balls.

“Rick!” Jerry splutters, averting his eyes.

“Relax, Jerry, everyone else is asleep.”

Rick twists some sort of dial on the gun and aims it at his genitals, encasing them in a glowing light that obscures Jerry’s view for a few seconds. When it dies down, Rick’s penis is gone, replaced by a bush with the hint of labia poking out from the bottom. In Jerry’s astonishment, the first thought that comes to his brain is that the carpet does, in fact, match the drapes.

When he glances up to Rick’s face, he’s greeted with the exact same expression of unimpressed contempt Rick gives him in any other situation, with no hint that this situation is in any way unusual.

Rick clicks the dial one notch and Jerry’s attention snaps back to the gun. This time, Rick’s genitals revert back to their original form - or at least, Jerry assumes it’s their original form. He’s not familiar enough with Rick’s cock to know.

“Comprende?” Rick snarks.

Jerry nods mutely, his mouth hanging open. 

Rick unceremoniously re-dresses and plops back down into the sofa, flicking on the TV and making a point of turning the volume up. Jerry takes this as a sign that the conversation is over.

not to be a broken record- but the way season three handled Max’s bodily autonomy might not have been perfect, but it was a vastly better ending to his arc, because they made his journey with it into a tangible thing, a man with his face and genetics literally trying to steal his body for his own use and kill Max in the process, and this is resolved through him using a broken piece of that “villian”s tool of oppression to kill him- stabbing him through the heart in a parallel to Max’s own destruction through healing in season, bringing it all full circle, even without directly having Max handle the heaviness of his lack of autonomy growing up or reclaiming it in the same context or even having him address that lack of autonomy in his interpersonal relationships, they stilm displayed notnonly him wanting and fighting for his autonomy but his loved ones around him fighting for it with him, and not only that Michael amd Liz give him the tools he needs to reclaim it

all in all a decent ending to his arc- even with the unaddressed reasons of the echo breakup in season two and the unacknowledged trauma and suicidal ideation and depressive streaks

definitely Jerry, i remember when i started watching RnM with my dad (back when season two was airing i think), and we made fun of each other by calling the other Jerry lmao.

but over the years he grew on me a lot, he has had a lot of development as a character and his dynamic with Rick is so fun, look forward to a Rick and Jerry episode in the next season.

i kinda want to see him meeting Doofus Jerry, to be completely honest, if that counts as a plotline, maybe go more into the "what he could accomplish if he didn't have Beth", since it seems to be a recurring theme with other versions of Jerry. is it gonna happen? are we gonna get chris parnell to voice the evil fuck? probably not! is it illegal to dream? also no. if rick and morty writers won't do it, i will make a fuck ton of fanart about it. probably.

Jo: A strange undead celestial being. Stuck in her physical age at about 27, due to her form having been revived by another celestial being, but having lived and experienced for around 300 years. After the Citadel was destroyed, she made her own hub for the Ricks and Mortys, as well as other travellers, to go. She is married to Rick E-404 C, and adopted her Morty who was stranded on a barren planet.

Pickle Pants: A small alien man, his tail looks like a pickle, but literally has the consistency of a plush/squish toy.(I have been asked before: but don't worry, there are no nerves in the soft/squish part of his tail, just where the bone is, so squishing his tail does not hurt) he is in his mid 30s, and is a very sweet guy. was originally abandoned by his home colony and banished to a freezing planet, but was saved and now lives and helps out in Jo's Citadel.

Bazooka: i don't know wtf this guy is... like a cat dog thing? not very significant to my posts, but just a fun little rnm themed fella to doodle once in a while. his design was originally given to me by my friend... In exchange for a stick of butter. =)
