Yesterday in #gandttravel2018 we visited the Thermae Spa and watched Bath from the rooftop pool; ate lunch in the historic Pump Room and took the waters; visited Bath Abbey and took the tower tour; and toured the Roman Baths. Medieval Bath.

Slippery Lane, Bath .

One of the few remaining reminders of the Medieval City of Bath..

It used to lead to the ducking stool at the end at the River Avon, near to the Medieval East Gate of the City, which is the only one remaining.

There is no public access to these areas..

Its very eerie looking and steeped in history, and no doubt has its fair share of ghosts...?
