Tonight, the new moon will shine around 7pm in the Northern Hemisphere (more specifically in the US). Although we've previously discussed this on posts in the past, here is a friendly reminder of what you might want to consider for celebrating a new moon 💜
✨️Set Intentions: Take some quiet time to reflect on your goals and what you want to manifest in your life. Write down your desires with clarity and purpose. ️
✨️Let Go & Release: This is a time for cleansing and releasing negativity. Light a purifying incense and visualize any unwanted thoughts or habits leaving your space.
✨️Gratitude Ritual: Express appreciation for the blessings in your life, big or small. Gratitude opens us up to receive more abundance.
✨️Journaling: Writing down your thoughts and feelings under the New Moon's energy can provide valuable insights and clarity.
Check back later tonight for more tips as Aubrey completes her unique New Moon Ritual. Remember that magic is unique to the individual, and everyone does it differently. Additionally, they may do different rituals instead of repeating the same every time.

Witches who can drink, here's a ritual idea:
Pour a shot for yourself and drink it. Can be anything, it doesn't have to be strong. I've used sake. The point isn't to get drunk, just set the beginning of the ritual.
Pour a second shot and set it on your altar/workspace. Again, this can be anything. It doesn't have to be what you started with. If you're working with spirits or deities, you can choose something they like.
Leave the shot out while you complete your spell/ritual/potion/whatever crafte you are working on.
If you worked with spirits or deities, part or all of the second shot can be given as offering and thanks. If all of the shot is used, pour another.
When closing the ritual, finalize all of your work, give thanks, and take your second shot. If part of the shot was previously used, you don't need to refill it.
If you don't drink alcohol, use something non-alcoholic. The shots are really just a sort of visualization and representation of the beginning and end of your work.
Feel free to adapt to whatever you're working on!

4 Easy Morning Ritual Ideas.
(not so new but very effective)
Breathe: Clear your mind and focus on breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Whether you’re in your home, outside or wherever this is a great way to calm and center yourself for the day.
Give thanks: Be it praying, giving an offering or dedication there are so many ways to show your appreciation to your deity(s), ancestors, spirit guide etc. This should be done with the utmost respect for them and their personal preferences.
Drink Tea: This is one of my favorite things to do in the morning. It really calms the mind and body empowering you to think clearly. I personally enjoy using my own herbs to create a personal blend specific to any task or errands that I may have to fulfill that day.
Do a daily pull (Tarot): My absolute favorite thing to do every morning is to spend time with my cards. It’s so simple yet so effective. I don’t ask any questions I just allow my cards and my spirit guide to do their thing and give me any insight or messages they may have for me at that time. I love this tried and true method, it’s so simple yet effective!

Ideas for Wednesday’s Harvest Moon
So the Goddess is once again going to be at Her most powerful this Wednesday with the return of the full moon. As this full moon takes place in September, it’s commonly referred to as The Harvest Moon (I’ve heard it been called other things such as ‘Barley Moon’ so what ever sits best with you)
With Mabon on it’s way, September’s Full Moon is an extremely powerful one. It’s an opportune time to take part in rituals and spellwork. Here, I’m going to share some ideas on how you could celebrate this years harvest Moon.
- Decorate your altar accordingly. The Harvest Moon’s corresponding element is Earth. Place flowers, leaves and nuts on your altar to celebrate. Use Brown and Green toned decorations. Light a green candle to honour the Earth.
- Use crystals such as Citrine, Tiger’s Eye and Bloodstone in Meditation and ritual work.
- Plan a ritual of thanks giving. Take a mason jar and fill it with all that you are thankful for. Write your blessings on some paper and one by one add them to your jar. Keep the jar on your altar until the end of the season to remind you of your own personal abundance.
- De-clutter! Get rid of everything that you don’t need. Take a more minimalist approach and clear out your hearth of collected junk. Give the house a good scrub. Not only physically, but mentally de-clutter your life. Organize and straighten out your emotional and spiritual garbage.
- This is the time to increase your own harvest. Ask for anything you would like to increase, may it be money, mental clarity, psychic ability - put it in a spell.
- Donate what you can. In addition to giving thanks for all you have accumulated, consider what excess you may have to share and give back to those less fortunate.
- If you have ever thought about keeping a dream journal, practicing Tarot or trying past life recollection and astral projection, now is the time to do so.  Psychic powers are heightened now, as is your ability to communicate with the spirit world.

Not really TMI but what are some solstice/equinox celebration ideas you have?
I love the use of fires in rituals, there’s something slightly mesmerizing and primal about them, they talk to me on a very instinctive level.
As such, would love to incorporate sky-clad fire jumping into a ritual one day, but it’s likely to remain a dream due to public decency and Health and safety laws :P

Doodling ritual ideas for raising power
Four nodes on four different subnets connected by a central router, probably connected to a linux box for ease of running a script.
A script sends x number of pings to each host in a clockwise direction starting from the top (or maybe run an iperf test with a decent test size if you want something with a little more oomf). 5-10 rounds, depending on packet/test size.
Question is how to you consolidate it, maybe output the ping/test results to file the concat them at the end of each round? Then use the final file as your focus point/energy store? Maybe echo something to the file after/before each round as well.
rm -fr it when you're done with it.
