Is Donnie in love with Kendra? Or at least he think he should be? Sorry that one fic that sorta ends with him worshipping her got stuck in my brain but I know its not canon

Donnie sees Kendra as his entire world at the moment. She’s the only positive feedback he gets, and even when she’s slightly disappointed in his performance, it’s heartbreaking for him. He might not be in love with her, or even know the difference between love and his obsessive worship. But when she uses physical touch as a reward, it feels amazing. When she’s unhappy with him, he doesn’t spiral if he can fix it right away, which is usually the case, even if he has to push past his own discomfort or needs.

Kendra uses Donnie’s brothers against him all the time. Asking if Donnie thinks she’s being as mean as them, or why Donnie’s trying to pull away from her, when she’s so much nicer to him than they ever were. Ect.

She definitely enjoys the power trip more. The only reason she’s even so gentle with him, is because he’s so pathetically pliant and eager to follow her every whim.

I came up with this from a prompt from the febuwhump list, and idk I just like fucked up angst, and it seems like enough people do too, so Ive kept feeding it 😂 As crazy as it sounds, it’s probably my most grounded AU just because I have known a lot of manipulative people. So writing Kendra’s dialogue is an interesting exercise in getting it realistic and not too mustache twirling.

They work out of an abandoned warehouse. Donnie stays there, and usually, at least one of the dragons is present. Kendra and Jeremy live there, while Jason spends his time going back and forth, not being as eager to move away from home as Kendra was.

When he’s not doing anything specific for Kendra, Donatello follows whoever around like a little puppy—too scared to really talk much, but also unable to be alone with his negative thoughts. Jeremy and Jace try to act nonchalant, but it’s off putting—having a little creture that was once their enemy, moving in their peripherals constantly.

can anyone else like, imagine.. 'Rise Of The TMNT''s Purple Dragon's as borrowers. Well, tinies- shrunken Purple Dragons you name it.

— |☆| Like, they are little criminals who sneak in tech stores tear apart pieces from various technological equipment as to create their own stuff, making impressively advanced tech due to not only their smarts, but also due to the fact that with their small size- they can pay way more attention to detail to their creation's hardware, wiring- or whatever it's called. Tiny malicious hackers, all on one laptop, sitting on the keyboard- just slapping various keys to type in some code that can steal someone's data or break into some important system or something. Don't question me as to how they hold knowledge as to how to manage coding, hacking and stuff while being 6 inches tall and basically have been living in the walls most of their lives or something. Best concept I can come up with is that they all met in a tech store and picked up a knowledge from there or something.

hey, a Kendratello Au question:

if Donnie DOES manage to somehow recover from Kendra and realize that he was being manipulated and used by her, will he develop some kind of trauma or PTSD? Or something probably worse than that?

Draxum works in tandem with Leo to watch over Donnie’s health. But Leo let’s Draxum take the lead. They’re more worried about the immediate concerns, like Donnie’s fever, and mental health. His ninpo will grown stronger once those things are addressed. Splinter is pulled in five different directions. Donnie is his main focus, but Raph, April, and Mikey are ignoring their own health and need to be watched closely as well. He’s trusting Draxum in the first few days, and provided support where he’s better suited. They will all be needed at some point. Splinter knows this will be a looooong recovery, and keeps trying to remind the others that they need to rest too.

They weren’t that bothered by the idea, when Kendra pitched it. But seeing how wrecked Donnie became, they started to feel bad. Which is why, when the family saves Donnie, Jeremy and Jason grab all of Donnie’s tech and find Raph to return it. Jeremy even grabbed S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N.’s AI chip and removed all of Kendra mods. Donnie will still have to rebuild him, but he will be just like before.

When Raph brings Donnie his shell, Donnie’s thoughts are “at least I’ll have some protection when I irritate them too much.”

While I’m not necessarily taking requests at the moment, I went back through my old sketches to see if there was anything I hadn’t posted yet that would suffice.

Had an idea a while ago about Donnie getting injured pretty bad on a solo mission and having to stop off at Jeremy’s place for help. Brooke steps in too, wanting to help as the resident reptile expert…..but gets scared to let him jump back into other potentially dangerous missions long after he’s healed. Try explaining to a little third grader why you risk your life everyday to save the world❤️‍🩹

Rise Fic Idea

So the brain rot for another fic has set in and since I'm still struggling through a piece I'm determined to finish, I'm dumping it here!

So I've seen a few posts of people thinking it would have been cool if Jason from the Purple Dragons mutated into Mondo Gecko. Apparently, he was called Jason before mutating in some versions of TMNT. Sooooo here's my thought,

Kendra is the reason Jason mutates so she can use him to spy on Donnie and she doesn't just mutate him. She mutates Jeremy too and he becomes an alligator.

Basically, I think it would cool if he becomes Leatherhead. It would fit his iteration from 2003, in terms of intelligence and I love his friendship with Donnie in that version. I'm also a leathertello fan so if I can work that in I'll be happy.
