Your art of the trio makes me so insane. I'm going to weep softly and hold them forever and ever. Your style is like a hug. It's so soft and warm and comfortable I love it

The little kitten insists upon grooming me when I pet him. He’s like oh you groom me do not worry I groom you too. Big sandpaper tongue on your arm.
Yes baby that tiny amount of licking you’re doing on my thumb is making a world of difference thank you

for those looking to participate in their local communities but unsure how or where to start, I highly recommend starting with your local library. yes I am a certified library stan and library lover but your local library likely has a lot of programming and events that are a good opportunity to meet other people! my small town library has crafting events, teen book clubs, author visits, workshops, birdwatching workshops, gardening workshops, foraging workshops, and more! many of them are even virtual! it's a great reason to get out of the house, too. i guarantee people will be glad you're there. go to local school events, a lot of them have fundraising events and function as a sort of community center. find your closest food not bombs chapter, go to local music events (yes- even your small town has a diy scene!), follow businesses in your community on instagram (especially book stores or cafes), find local artists/makers and follow them (go to events they post about!), pick a few spots to be a "regular" at and start a good rapport with the employees and other regulars! download bumble friends and start meeting people who value what you value and form genuine relationships with them. be open to people outside of your age demographic! there ARE in fact older people who you have a lot in common with, younger people too. you're not alone!! try not to be too judgmental. we are all just people looking for connections.

All the eggs a woman will ever carry form in her ovaries while she is a four-month-old fetus in the womb of her mother. This means our cellular life as an egg begins in the womb of our grandmother. Each of us spent five months in our grandmother’s womb, and she in turn formed in the womb of her grandmother. We vibrate to the rhythm of our mother’s blood before she herself is born, and this pulse is the thread of blood that runs all the way back through the grandmothers to the first mother.
