Posted on my DA for the first time in a while:

It's a small animation ripped from a GBC bootleg of Garou: Mark of the Wolves... I've been ripping a lot of sprites from it recently, especially of Dong Hwan.

(It does also have Jae Hoon and Wild Wolf Terry... And Rock Howard, but Chamat's Rock looks better so I haven't bothered with him.)

Hi! I'm sorry if this has been asked before but do you use any textures in your work? I love the traditional feel it gives your pieces!!!! your CoS art gives me life

tysm 🙏❤️ I do, but not always. I sometimes use textured brushes for flats, which mostly does the job, though more often than not I’ll add a noise filter on top. Every now and then I use a grainy, stained, paper texture on top, depending on the drawing.

I think I got most of my textures off Deviantart back when it still was a thing haha

"Son Goku"

Earlier last week we lost an anime legend.  So, in order to celebrate the person who created one of the most well-known anime franchises of all time I drew one of his most popular characters during my Youtube livestream.

A fighter, defender of the planet, and a friend you can count on.

This isn't the first time I've drawn this character, but it has been a while. I decided to draw him more in my own style rather than trying to replicate the franchises' iconic style. The art style of franchise is probably one of my favorite elements of Dragon Ball as it has a very distinct look. Cartoony, but at the same time, it is very angular and dynamic.

As an extra element I added the four-star dragon ball as brief nod to the show's early beginnings.

This turned out great considering that this was done within an hour and a half stream. Although I could have done a better job on the hands.
