WIP for Rio Verde

I'm making over Rio Verde for Olive Specter. I want to keep it in the same theme as Granada Place and Sultry Springside. I also want to keep it similar to the Sims 2 makeover that I did here.

But hot damn...this is a big lot. And I have no idea how to fill it up. What more does one sim need? A bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen. Maybe a study/library. I can fit that in 1/4 of the ground floor.

What do I do with the rest of the space?!

there are many activities to do, it's a south american style house (which I LOVE) and it's full of plants. And of arched doors. My obsession!
