(Bisleri International) یک شرکت نوشیدنی چندملیتی هندی است

که قبلا به نام (Parle Exports) یا (Parle Bisleri) شناخته می شد.

این شرکت در دهه 1970 توسط (Ramesh Chauhan) در هند راه اندازی شد.

(Bisleri) بیشتر تجارت خود را در هند با 150 کارخانه عملیاتی

و شبکه ای از 6000 توزیع کننده و 7500 کامیون توزیع انجام می دهد.

شرکت (Bisleri) همچنین محصولات خود را از طریق پلت فرم تجارت الکترونیکی خود

و سایر خرده فروشان آنلاین به فروش می رساند.

تاریخ

(Bisleri) در اصل یک نوشیدنی الکلی ایتالیایی بود که توسط مخترع قرن نوزدهم (Felice Bisleri) ایجاد شده بود.

در سال 1965، یک دکتر ایتالیایی و یک تاجر هندی

با راه اندازی یک کارخانه در شهر Thane هند، آب معدنی (Bisleri) را در هند معرفی کردند.

این آب معدنی در ابتدا فقط در هتل‌ها و رستوران‌های مجلل بمبئی

در بطری‌های شیشه‌ای در دو نوع، حبابی و ثابت فروخته می‌شد.

خرید شرکت

در سال 1969، خانواده (Jayantilal Chauhan) از گروه Parle، نام تجاری (Bisleri) را به قیمت 4 لک هندی

(حدود 50000 دلار آمریکا در آن زمان) خریداری کردند.

در دهه 1970، (Jayantilal Chauhan) تجارت نوشابه خود را بین دو پسرش به نام های (Prakash Chauhan)

و (Ramesh Chauhan) تقسیم کرد.

(Prakash Chauhan) کنترل (Parle Agro) را به دست آورد،

در حالی که (Ramesh Chauhan) شرکت (Bisleri International) را دریافت کرد.

در سال 1976، شرکت (Parle Exports)، یک نوشیدنی میوه ای ساخته شده از تفاله انبه

به نام  (Maaza) را راه اندازی کرد.

پس از خروج شرکت کوکاکولا از هند در سال 1977، شرکت (Parle Exports) با راه اندازی نوشیدنی (Thums Up)

نوشیدنی (Limca) و نوشیدنی (Gold Spot) وارد بخش نوشیدنی های گازدار شد.

شرکت (Parle Exports) برای تکمیل مجموعه نوشابه‌های خود،

آب معدنی و آب گازدار را با نام تجاری (Bisleri) که قبلا خریداری کرده بود، در بازار خرده‌فروشی عرضه کرد.

آزادسازی اقتصادی در هند در سال 1991 شاهد بازگشت شرکت کوکاکولا به این کشور بود.

در سال 1993، (Parle Exports) برندهای نوشابه های گازدار Thums Up،

Limca ،Gold Spot ،Citra و RimZim را به قیمت 125 کرور هند (حدود 40 میلیون دلار) به شرکت کوکاکولا فروخت.

علاوه بر این، نام تجاری (Maaza) را هم شرکت کوکاکولا فروخت.

در سال 1998، (Ramesh Chauhan) شرکت بطری سازی دهلی

و شرکت های بطری سازی پنج مارک نوشیدنی گازدار را به شرکت کوکاکولا فروخت.

در سال 2000، (Ramesh Chauhan) اعلام کرد که (Bisleri) که توسط هشت شرکت مختلف

از 16 مکان تولیدی اداره می شد، تحت یک نهاد واحد تجمیع خواهد شد.

در نتیجه، (Bisleri International) در سال 2001 به ثبت رسید.

حاضر

در سال 2010، Bisleri یک نام تجاری آب بطری ممتاز به نام (Vedica) را راه اندازی کرد

که آب آن از چشمه ای در کوهپایه های هیمالیا در (Uttarakhand) تامین می شد.

در سال 2016، Bisleri با ایجاد نوشیدنی های (Bisleri Pop) دوباره وارد بخش نوشیدنی‌های گازدار شد

که شامل چهار نوع نوشابه Limonata ،Fonzo ،Spyci و Pina Colada می شد.

محصولات و بازار

(Bisleri) دارای 32٪ سهم بازار در بخش آب بطری است،

که در آن عمدتا با Aquafina & PepsiCo رقابت می کند.

Bisleri اغلب به عنوان یک اصطلاح عمومی برای آب بطری در هند استفاده می شود.

بسیاری از برندهای ناکارآمد با املا و نام تجاری مشابه در طول سال ها ظهور کرده اند.
