YES jfc i literally cried in the middle of the office listening to the end of it (i had it on audiobook with patti herself reading it which i highly reccomend if you have the option) 

it does help if you are already a bit of a geek for that time period or that music, but it was pretty amazing and a great look into the nyc art world at that time

yuup. it’s never just this or that, and everyone can fall in between or all.  that whole gifset was my opinion and i tend to stick to it
