She wont make the hermit wait long, a second and she leaned forward to press her cool lips against the hermit's warm, pushing forward a bit more to press her chest to Kasen's, wanting her body as close to hers as possible with her hands bound like this. If she couldn't hold her in her arms, she'd press her body against hers.

She wasn't the weak human poet she used to be in life, she was a jiangshi, and a rather powerful one at that. She'd run her tongue across the hermit's lower lip before gently nipping it with her now dagger sharp youkai fangs, but careful enough not to pierce skin. She knew that biting humans would turn them temporarily but she didn't want to risk it here. She'd pull back slightly, but gently press her forehead to Kasen's, closing her eyes gently.

"L-No, Kasen...if you don't want to tell tales, and you don't want any poems...then I all I can offer you is my heart, and body. I want to prove it to you, more than what just a chaste kiss can prove. I want to feel you skin against mine, I want to explore every inch of your body...but with my hands bound I'm at your mercy to what you'll allow."

She returns the previous gesture now, with her still free, still attached hand, she takes their cheek as they did hers moments ago and rubs her thumb across her lips. Even dragging on her lip just for a second, "Will you prove to me?"

I can't tell my therapist this cause he'd probably lock me up again, but I think I have cotards syndrome/delusion. I feel dead most days, every time I wake up my body is always stiff and cold and it reminds me of rigormortis though logically I know I'm still functioning because my heart is beating and my lungs are breathing, but what if I'm still dead but my body has been re-animated? what if I'm slowly fading away and my heart beat is just my body's last attempt to keep me conscious? sometimes I feel things crawling under my skin and I know that logically there isn't anything there but these thoughts plague me, sometimes I have to tie something around my waist to ground me because I feel like my organs are either falling out, or that there is just this hollow cavern where they used to be. Other times I'm oh so painfully aware that I do have organs that it feels like they're bloating my body, I often see that as the first stage of decomposition. Alot of times I feel weightless, I can't hear my footsteps unless I intentionally make them heavier, what if this is my soul trying to tell me that I'm not supposed to be walking in the mortal world? I'm not officially diagnosed but I feel a connection to the other people on this app with cotards syndrome that I've never felt with those who know for a fact that they are alive. It's so fucking scary sometimes that I know i can't control how my mind works, I'm often entirely too self aware, which might be because of my autism diagnosis and my suspected (by my therapist) ASPD, but just because I might have some kind of grasp on why my brain works the way it does, doesn't mean I know how to "fix" it or stop myself from spiraling and that makes it all the more terrifying...

Again, I don't mean to self-diagnose, but I can't tell my therapist about this and I'm hoping that someone else on this app who has Cotard's Syndrome/Delusion can tell me if this is also what they experience. feel free to reach out to me either in dms or comments, I honestly just need to know that I'm not the only one..
