I would love a Daring x female reader where the reader is the a daughter of Sleeping beauty and Briars her sister but the reader is going to be sleeping beauty instead. The reader was cursed to be tired all the time and she’ll randomly fall asleep, she gets really close with Daring and he gets really good at catching her before she falls asleep.

Daring x Sleeping Beauty!Reader HCs

It starts with a wild night after one of Briar's parties. He's gone before you wake up. He avoids you until one day when you get a call.

You keep your relationship on the down-low because Briar would skin Daring alive if she knew. She knows about your crush on him and the fact that he's not one to stick around.

At first, you're just the occasional booty call. The more time he spends with you, the softer he seems, the gentler he gets.

You hung out with him before, he's one of Briar's childhood friends, so he's almost always around you. But now it's different. Now there are lingering stares and passing touches.

Him catching you when you suddenly fall asleep isn't new, but waking up in his arms is. Waking up to his warm embrace, the first thing you see is his smile. The first time it happens, you wonder if you're still dreaming.

He starts carrying a pillow and a blanket at all times.

You move around in your sleep, and it messes up your hair every time. But when you wake up with Daring, your hair always seems to be perfectly how you left it. Except when you have it in a more complicated style, then you wake up to a cute braid.

Daring asks you if you are going to watch his game. Of course you are, you go to every one with Apple and Briar, but him asking makes your heart flutter. He gives you his jacket to wear, and the fluttering turns into cartwheels.

He starts asking what parties you're going to, if you'll help him study, and hey, do you maybe want to grab a coffee some time? It all feels very couple-y, but you aren't a couple, right?

Briar asks you about him. She knows there is something between the two of you. And there is something between the two of you, you just have no idea what it is. She gives you a hug and promises to show no mercy if he breaks your heart but also have you tried asking him out? He's a bit, oblivious, babe.

Daring brings you a gift, which is something he has started doing a lot recently. Usually, it's your favorite coffee or a sugary treat. This time, it's a bracelet. It has two charms on it: a sword and a rose.

"What are we?" you ask, and he parrots it back.

"I don't know. What are we?"

Okay, so can we all agree that the message we were hearing at the beginning of the series that Thame needs to be selfish, and that Po meant it when he said that Thame was being selfish by trying to get MARS back together, and that Thame's now hearing, like really hearing Khun Pemika when she says Thame is The Important One That They Would Do Everything To Protect...means that he OF COURSE is going to absolutely find some way to go ahead with the plan and just sacrifice himself to the wolves (the press and fans) like 'yeah I'm in love, what of it, you know idols are people too and fall in love, that doesn't mean we love you (the fans) less' and once the shit has hit the fan Khun Pemika is just gonna have to BACK HIM UP and support him and MARS because he's, like, soooooo important.

I don't mean to rush you at all, but I was wondering what the status is for a new chapter of to know to want or even tbhtbh? I really love your writing, and it's been my Roman empire for the past 2 years lmao. Every post you make makes my day. Also, I don't remember if it was ever acknowledged in your fics, but what exactly is the nature of valtor and griffins relationship? I, for one, would love to see more of griffins reaction to sparkshipping lol. It would be comical. Thanks 😊

Oooooh Griffin is an all time favorite of mine, and I will NEVER forgive WinxClub for dropping this tidbit of her past with Valtor and then never expanding on it. And I actually have no consistent answer what the relationship between them could have looked like, it changes with the weather for me. I know popular canon is that they were a couple for a while, and I can definitely see that. I do think I would prefer it if they were genuinely just friends though, because Valtor is big on using other people's attraction to him to manipulate them, and him and Griffin being platonic would add a tragic layer of genuineness in my opinion. Make that eventual betrayal hit all the harder. Doesn’t mean they wouldn’t have hooked up a couple times tho, just for the heck of it.

And you're not rushing at all, don’t worry! I know I've been dragging my feet for these last few chapters, and I can already tell it’s gonna stay that way for the next ones too in all likelihood, but I am still working on it.

Current prediction is that I’ll have it done around Christmas — unless Donald Trump gets elected president. In that case I will move into the woods and delete my ao3 account, leaving all my fics unfinished and tbhtbh forever trapped in this transitional state of angst and never tied-up loose ends. Also, I will make Sky x Bloom the final pairing. Also, I will kill off Darcy.

SO PROUD of my farming system!!! You select the seed, then you water it with the watering can! And harvest it with the sickle! Not too bad for a Pico-8 game with only two input buttons :D

I wasn't going to go for "specific tools for specific actions", but the core gameplay of LOUSTIC'S GARDEN is actually puzzles, with crops having different statistics and influencing (as well as being influenced by) the crops growing next to them. Since whether the plant is watered or not matters a lot in that system, I felt it made more sense to have two separate tools.

I already have the inventory system prepared in the back-end, it just doesn't show up in the HUD yet :D

Next week I hope to show you the aforementioned inventory menu! And maybe even the quest system!
