Match Monday!! Today I'm wearing this brooch and writing this post for my #DisneyFamily and the owners of @matchaccessories... Earlier this year, the wife of Match Accessories, @samthepit was diagnosed with CML, an incurable chronic form of Leukemia. She has begun a life long treatment of a daily oral chemotherapy. The chemotherapy is working, and they are 100% confident she will find herself in remission. I was lucky enough to meet this wonderful family last year at a Disneyland event. They have grown to become great friends and they are the sweetest people you'll ever meet! It breaks my heart they are having to go through this 😢 We are trying to bring some Disney magic back into Sam’s life. And they are selling this brooch above as a fundraiser to take her and the little ones to attend Dapper Day as a visitor for the first time. Usually they are a vendor at the expo, but needed to step down this year, due to everything going on. This will also help cover family and health care expenses until Jeremy can return to work. And as soon as he is able, he will pay the love forward by producing this brooch in many other colors to raise money for the appropriate cancer charities and foundations.
