Finally I get to share this, I got to work with the fantastic @chichirichick who wrote an excellent fic and gave me no shortage for extra inspiration to draw from. Every time she wrote more I had a new art idea to draw. This was a ton of fun and I think that some of these might be some of my best art in a long time.

I also made a small playlist as a jumping off point as I wasn't sure what I wanted to do for reverb initially. Tori quite expertly wove lyrics, or the hint of lyrics into the fic that is immensely satisfying.

My fic for this year's Chibiverb event! (I say that, but it did expand quite a bit beyond "chibi" status.) @reverbmod

The young witch Maka lives outside of Death City, honing her necromancy skills, hunting demons, and working for the day she develops a perfect resurrection spell. With motives of his own, Soul seeks her out and becomes her research partner. But they find that the secret to regaining what seems lost forever lies in the most unexpected of places.
