So many people assume that I hated Link becuase he didn't speak, but that actually didn't bother me. I'd have learned hylian sign for him, but he didn't sign to me either. He literally wouldn't give me the time of day. Not a blink, not a smirk, nothing.

That's what made me angry.

Doesn't excuse how I treated him.

But I wasn't a big enough asshole just to mistreat him becuse he didn't speak.

A random memory I have of Revali

I keep thinking about this one memory for some reason so I might as well post it right? This one is one of the most vivid memories I have.

Anyway, everyone is taking a break from training in a forest somewhere, but I’m still practicing my archery. I can’t get my arrows in the center of the target, it’s a little bit frustrating, and Revali just sighs and gets up. “I refuse to watch this any longer.” He walks toward me and he shows me how to hold the bow “properly”- I already had been holding it properly, but this way seemed more efficient so I wasn’t about to correct him. He stands behind me and puts his hands over mine to direct them into the right position. He tells me to focus... I start to look over at him but he snaps at me to keep my eyes on the target so I do. After a few moments, he tells me to fire, so I release my arrow and it travels much faster than before, it doesn’t land right in the center but it’s pretty close, just a little to the left. He backs up. “Hmm... not bad.” He starts to walk back to the rest of the group but I run over and tap him on the shoulder. He turns around and I sign a simple “thank you”. He starts to say “You’re welcome” but he says instead, “You should be thankful,” and leaves. I continue practicing.

Ah, our LGBTQ+ canons? Let me think of a few.

I, Revali, was transgender and gay. Thank god that Rito weren't overly sexually dimorphic in my canon. When I was Midna, I was a nonbinary lesbian and crushed very hard on Zelda. As Lord Dominator from Wander Over Yonder I was an arospec nonbinary lesbian. And as Sans... I was very AroAce, but I did end up in one relationship so I suppose I was Grey-aro.

I've been terrified of Tears of The Kingdom coming out, because I've been scared it would break my heart as an Age of Calamity Revali. My partner is playing it and showing me Rito Village right now.

Tulin, oh my Lord. Our meeting really did a number on you, hm? You learned how to shoot with your talons so you could use your wings like me. You've done so well with developing your control of the air. You're so headstrong and I... Don't know what to say other than I'm so proud of you. Your head in my lap is one of the warmest memories I have, and I'm so grateful I had a chance to meet you.

And Teba, you better have kept an eye on him. Knowing myself, I'm sure he's broken many bones.

Rareship canons, you say? Well, It's Revali from Age of Calamity here once again (It's been about a year since I last sent something in. Been very busy). Sidon and I were something in my canon. And by that I mean, the sidon who went through time. I had honest to god never met Sidon before I met adult him. So, yes. That is my rareship canon. What a stupid shark man.
