#Todayslunch is from #JustSalad & it’s the #THECALIFORNIA made with #romaine, #grapetomatoes, #avocado, and #toastedalmonds. To #veganize it I removed the #grilledchicken & used #portobellosmushrooms, I also removed the #eggwhites & substituted with #chickpeas instead. I used the #suggested #vegansaladdressing, the #Balsamic #vinaigrette. In addition I cooked a homemade #vegan #misosoup. #hydroflask #insulatedcontainer #veganmisosoup#justunlimited #snowpeak #whatveganseat #spork #reusablebowl
