Alright. Starting to reupload my art pieces that I had in my old account - Buckybearart ! (My Twitter handle is under the same name but with a underscore Buckybearart_ , I am not planning to change that account since I like to keep at least some form of that name however I am not planning to upload as frequently as I will here on Tumblr and other art sites I am trying to move into and from now on they will have a different watermark) These pieces don’t have the new watermark but I still want them in my art blog ;_; I worked very hard on these.

First one is of Harrier in Lolita dresses! This was for a challenge that the user @/ YaGrandmaPeach made on twitter. I had so much fun with it Q_Q and was a good exercise for me since I don’t draw dresses that often heh!

A summary of what's to come in 2025

I've already kind of said how next year is going to work-but I've decided to do a bit of a temporary post to explain how things will work:

Posts will not follow a real schedule anymore, I used to follow by them but they've made me stressed, my art worse, given me burnout, and since this blog is literally just a fanart blog I see no reason to follow a tight plan. I will TRY to post on the weekends since that's when I have most of the day off but any day of the week is open for posting. However 99% of my posts will be posted 4:00 PM CST OR 4:00 PM GMT if I'm in Ireland but I usually don't post when I'm in Ireland.

Some of my old work is still in the process of being reuploaded to this account. They just are being scheduled for a specific date next year. If I have not reposted something that was posted here before and want it to be back on the blog send me an ask and I will repost it.

I will maybe post less than before this year, in highschool and my freshman year of college I had a lot more time to do stuff but not as much anymore. (I graduate 2026 so there's about a year and a half left of life for this account until I actually move into the real world and may not have the time I used to for this.)

This account will be fanart based only, but will reblog original stuff from my other account.

This account will continue with Nextgen, but also introduce a new, for fun AU dubbed the "Metaknightmare AU" and will be a heavily Anime based AU with sprinkles of game canon. Both AUs will coexist together.

I will continue to answer asks, but they will be like how I've done it most of the time and lump a ton of them together and answer them all at once.

I will continue to reblog fanart of any kind.

I will try to join into more artist collaborations on Tumblr.

I will be catching up on throwing up art onto other places on the internet like Artfol and I plan on using a Bluesky account to post stuff maybe???

Art requests are no longer happening, and Art trades will only occur when I feel like it which is rare. Commissions may take long than they used to thanks to other stuff occurring in my life.

If a new kirby game comes out this year-you'll bet there will be new fanart. The same goes for Warrior cats probably since I've gotten back into that. Frostdawn my beloved.

I mention beforehand that Little Seabird is based off an older au called “Goldtail au” created by Emerald Entrail on tumblr. Now Seabird and Goldtail are pretty different story wise, however one element I borrowed was the concept of “Kelpie Belos.” It was a really cool idea to me, and I thought it could be fun to carry it over to my story. Now Emerald Entrail account has been deleted, and I tried to see if I could find a reupload of the original Kelpie Belos drawing so I could credit them, but I couldn’t find it. I also don’t know if Emerald Entrail has created a new account or if they just don’t use Tumblr. If any of you guys have the og picture or know if Emerald Entrails has a new account please let me know, I want to make sure Emerald Entrails gets the credit they deserve. And if you’re reading this Emerald Entrails, I really liked your au and hope you don’t mind me borrowing kelpie Belos from you! Hope your doing well

Nightmares weren’t usual to Luz, she’d have them now and again. This nightmare was different though. She was home, back in her human form with her mother. They were walking together during a late night, happily chatting away. That’s when Luz spots something.

Out in the distance, she sees what looks to be a a horse standing on a waters shore. Curious, she approaches the strange stallion. her mother calls Luz and asks her to come inside but Luz can’t look away. She feels like she’s being pulled towards this creature. She hops on a very old looking deck, where she notices how skinny the creature is. How almost slimey it looks. how bright his blue eyes are.

Suddenly the wood breaks, and Luz falls into the water. She struggles to swim up, but the wicked creature shoves her back down. She finally sees the creature in its true form. It was no horse…it was a monster!! The monster rears up, planning to make Luz his meal. But before the girl feels any pain, before the monster delivers the final blow.…

this is not an attack or anything, but im wondering how you approach reuploading her old music despite hayden on multiple occassions asking ppl to not share her old stuff around, aside from whats already available on her public platforms like bandcamp or soundcloud

i just think people should have the opportunity to listen to it if they want to. i think Hayden is great but she did make her music and albums publicly available online and then just decided "hey i hate that stuff so don't share it even amongst other fans" and that's kind of a wild take i've never seen from any other artist. and so many of her fans are respecting it, which is cool, but it's also almost impossible to actually find her old music.

i'm posting it to a tumblr account with less than 200 followers and that's the only place i'm posting it aside from sometimes sharing download links. but this isn't an artist had their laptop stolen and now their music is leaked. it's stuff that hayden shared and posted herself and then decided she didn't like and doesn't want associated with her and the ethel cain brand anymore. and i do get that to some extent but i also think that fans should be able to listen to older songs from an artist that they love without having them scrubbed from the internet.

and i'm not posting them as a way to attack her or anything like that either. i do think her old music is genuinely really good. and even if there are songs i don't personally like there are other people who will love them! i have them all in my music folder and it feels wrong to hoard them for myself when there are fans that don't even know some of these songs exist.

On June 23, 2021, You Tube announced that any Pre-2017 unlisted videos will be made private on July 23, 2021. Why? BTW this is an attempt to raise awareness about an event few fans may even know took place and highlight the importance of supporting archiving projects. It's written by those directly involved - any re-blogs are appreciated. An example of a rescued vid is at the end. Security update: Why? You Tube screwed up when it first developed unlisted videos. There was a loophole. Any unlisted video that was added to a playlist would automatically be made public. Oops! June 23, 2021 was when they made a formal announcement about their efforts to rectify it. You Tube's Solution? - Blanket privatization of ALL pre-2017 unlisted videos & then apply the security update for all new unlisted videos going forward. What if you don't want your pre-2017 unlisted videos to be made private? Filling out a form telling You Tube to do nothing is one option. Great for people who don't mind filling forms to send to You Tube. Make your videos public. 🤨 or download them and reupload them then make them unlisted with the new update. 🙄 You can watch the video below for descriptions of all the options. Most not ideal. Official Video: Released June 23, 2021. You can watch it whenever if you want to, but I must say contrary to what one would expect it is a very clear explanation without too much technical jargon. However, it doesn't really explain the obvious ramifications of this.

What are the freaking Ramifications: You Tube is 18 years old. What?!?!! 😲 Yeah, I know. Any pre-2017 videos would account for more than half of You Tube's history (11 years) and therefore fandom's history on You Tube. How many fans would be aware they had a 30-day notice and could act in time? Were you even aware of this?

More Issues: More importantly, how many users with abandoned accounts with noteworthy, valuable unlisted fanvids are no longer around to fill out a form. How many "Dead Embeds" would be the result of this when the videos go private. Many prefer to Unlist and Embed on other sites. Unlisted is not the same as private. It only means the videos can't be searched and found on You Tube but is available to anyone with a link or Embed. Private basically means no longer accessible and limited to people who were emailed a link directly.

There were only 2 people in Fandom (to my knowledge) who worked on rescuing content like that. We had about 2 weeks before the July 23, 2021 deadline to archive about 11 years of Pre-2017 unlisted fanvids and ask questions later. One of those people was Morgan Dawn and the other was myself. Other archive teams did work on this but their focus was on other types of videos related gaming, political history, anime, etc. Essentially non-fandom. In a nutshell, our collaboration led to the rescue approximately 12K unlisted fan videos. 12K fanvids that would have been made private forever and unable to be seen. The Work About 50% of that total came from accounts that had never uploaded a video since 2018. The work involved required more technical knowledge & resources than we had ever used before on any prior archive projects. There were several brand-new archive techniques we developed specifically out of necessity during that intense time period. One example was renting multiple virtual machines to sift through thousands of playlists just to find a fraction of unlisted videos. There was so much at stake. What happened with the content that was archived?

To my knowledge, there isn't an Open Doors for fanvids. There is just a few dedicated individuals who may be bad at promoting their work. Let's face it, when there is a fire at a library you marshal all resources to save as many books as you can and worry about everything else later. If archiving speaks to you whether that is fanzine, oral history or fanvid related, then there are certain things you can do:

You want to know the kicker? I looked at all the other vids they have available but the best one (in my opinion) is the one that was unlisted & rescued. Unlisted vids are not necessarily unfinished projects or bad takes of a final version that should not see the light of day. They can in some cases be the best vids you will never see.

Help finding a Jily Fic

Alright so there is this one Jily fanfic that was published back on Wattpad during the summer of 2014 where James shows up at Lily’s house August before their seventh year and Petunia is like “he’s cute” but she’s been bugging Lily all morning and so Lily says she’s dating him and it spirals into her parents thinking he was the friend who was supposed to stay over for a week or two before school (but the actual friend got grounded after her parents caught her making out with someone on their Italian vacation). James’ parents had been off on a business (auror?) trip and so he spends the week with her and they eventually start dating for real.

It’s very cute and one of the first fics I read in general and for Jily back at a wee 12 years old so if anyone remembers it, please help me out. (The author had also written like half a pirates AU with the cover being Eric and Ariel from the little mermaids)

I think it’s been reuploaded elsewhere. The whole account went down but a few years ago a Jily fanfic account helped me refind it? But then the post vanished like so many tumblr posts do and I can’t find it on my AO3 either.

IMPORTANT: Regarding the use of my Nitro+Chiral/BL/BLVN Scans

I know I do not use Tumblr at all in the past year (but plan to be active on here again soon), but I feel as if I need to put this on here as well, given that what I want to say has to do with scans I have uploaded and provided onto here in the past.

If you’re going to reupload any scans of mine I did in the past (and future), I ask for a link back to my postings.

Reason why I am saying this is that I recently came aware of a Twitter user reuploading some of my old scans without linking back or credit. This user, whom I will not name for privacy for now, has been doing this not only with my works, but my other friends/mutuals within the Nitro+Chiral fandom. It's severely saddening and disappointing, and I'm speaking up not only for myself, but my friends/mutuals as well.

I do not have an issue with sharing my scans; I share them and for the reasons of wanting others to see content that may be hard to get a hold of. What I DO have an issue with is the lack of credit/linking credit. I know what my scans look like; I do them a particular way.

I understand how hard it is for many fans especially (in the N+C fandom outside of Japan) to get hands on items, and I don’t mind the sharing of my scans I created for people to have access, but all I ask at the very LEAST is a link back to my original upload. Just a link. That's all I ask for.

I want to provide content for people who cannot afford/be able to get their hands on it due to items being so old they are out of production. Not crediting me is a major disrespect as I have put a lot of money, time and effort too, into providing scans of content. A lot of my items I have purchased have come from Japan itself, it's an expensive and long time going out in effort to search for a lot of the stuff I have gotten. I've even pulled all-nighters translating content (in the past).

Because of this, I have decided from here on out, when I do upload a scan it will be watermarked in some form. Scans will have watermarks on every single page possibly in multiple areas (mostly hidden), and translations from here on out will have hidden watermarks if they are done solely by me. My translations already come with a credit page, but that doesn't seem to be enough anymore unfortunately.

I was planning on returning part-time to translating and providing scans of content in the next coming months due to time in my personal life finally letting up. What I was not expecting, however, was an individual pretty much reposting my old scans without credit. I hate to do this, but all they had to do was literally just post a link back to my scans.

So the good news, expect this account to become more active in the coming months (hopefully) with new scans and translations and such. Unfortunately though, what will be provided will be watermarked from here on out.

If the individual whom I am referring to happens to see this, since they seem to be pulling content from Tumblr mostly (which is why I am popping on here to say something); please just credit where credit is due. Not just with my stuff, but other's as well. Saying "idk who OP is" is not the right thing to do when you know you are posting content you haven't scanned or taken pictures of yourself. Reverse image search to find the sources.

I hope you understand, and I appreciate you all that have stuck around and continue to. Hope to be active on here again soon to provide content for you all.

Migrating old account to here

FYI, you may see some old art spam here, i'm migrating some my old Golden Kamuy art / posts from @Buruzaitama to here. Especially from Twitter, since I will delete the account there, and the one here on Tumblr will be revived to be only Multifandom again (i'll delete the GK arts from there, but before, I'll reblog them here, so, I still keep them).

I'm still obsessed with Golden Kamuy and @Buruzami is still my main account ♥ and I wish Tsurumi, Shiraishi and Usami will be real, so I marry them, lol.

Reason of this decision: (under the cut, because nobody will read a so long text xd).

Due to Twitter/X guidelines, I want to delete the account content, I'm still keeping my Tumblr and my Bsky accounts, but since I've been using Buruzaitama for so many years (8 and a half), and many fandoms passed on it... and I have it copyrighted and registered is as one of my trademarks, I decided to keep it, and use it as a multifandom account in some socials (except Instagram, i think I won't open it again and only my GK art is submitted there, sometimes... because Insta hates me and think I'm sometimes a bot, lol)

I'm currently not active in other fandoms, but I did it before, and i'll keep @buruzaitama active by reuploading some old art.

I may post some mutifandom new art if:

I draw something for Marco Lasso's birthday (Nov 17. Shaman King, lol)

I open commissions.

I get a sudden hype for other old fandom (Hetalia, Tintin, Shaman King, Shingeki no Kyojin, Dragon Ball, Hellsing, etc).

If i get tooooo hype for a whole new fandom, don't feel surprised if I create a new account, but lately it's not happening. Golden Kamuy has literally saved my life and I don't know if it will happen again with other fandom in some years from on.
